00:00All right. Second date update right now. I am a little, I don't know, I'm a little concerned right now because we have Danny who reached out to us and Danny straight up said, yeah, I think I know it went wrong, but I don't really want to talk about it.
00:11He just wants us to get Mary on the phone, though.
00:14Yeah. He said we had an awkward conversation that may be the reason that we're not talking anymore.
00:21And I go, OK, well, what was that conversation? He would not tell us.
00:23Nope. So against our better judgment, we are going to call Mary right now and see if we can get her on the phone.

01:06OK, well, we wanted to see if we could talk to you on the air for a minute, actually, about a date you went on with a guy named Danny.

01:27Yeah. So what had happened was J.R., Lana, it's me, Tia.
01:33We talked to you guys before for a different date update.

01:45You guys never call anyone back to, like, check in and see if you have an update.
01:50And so Danny, a.k.a. Brett, and I wanted to call in and see if we could get on the air and tell you that you really helped us out.

02:21I don't know exactly what went wrong, but remind us what exactly went wrong on your date or went right on your date last time we had you on.

02:29So it was kind of, yeah, thanks, Tia.
02:33It was kind of embarrassing.
02:35We went to a friend's holiday party and I had a little too much to drink, of course, and ended up relieving myself in the front yard.

02:48Brett, I remember this. It was at her friend's house, right?
02:54That's right. And I'm sorry, it wasn't my finest moment and I was pretty embarrassed, but, you know, Tia and I talked and, you know, persistence pays off.
03:07I just kept asking and seeing if she would want to go out again and, yeah, Tia, she's just amazing.

03:19Wait, Tia, when we had you on the air, though, did you originally say no to another date?
03:23Yeah, I did.
03:24It was so embarrassing.
03:26I had, you know, it was a really good friend's house and a lot of other friends there and I just couldn't handle it.
03:32Okay, so what changed your mind?
03:34He was apologizing profusely, like, a lot.
03:37And then we really, we still didn't talk for a while, but then a couple months later, we ran into each other out and just, I don't know, I had a new perspective.
03:46He was still being so nice and apologetic and I finally said I would go out with him again and he's just been amazing.
03:54Like, he's such a gentleman, so sweet, so smart, like.
03:58And obviously using a restroom.
04:01Yeah, we have not had any more incidents such as this.
04:04We've kept him out of the bushes.

04:48You know, you didn't want to go back out with him again because he embarrassed you in front of your friends and what he did at the party.
04:53Was it really all that big of a deal, or were you kind of blown it out of proportion, it seems like?

05:00Maybe I needed just a break to realize, I mean, life happens.
05:03Occasionally, we all drink a little too much, and in the grand scheme of all the things that a man can do to me, this really wasn't such a big deal.

05:13And your friends probably don't even bring it up anymore, right?
05:16Yeah, or it's really one of those where you can look back and laugh.
