00:00Hi, I'm Greg Gutfeld, along with Judge Jeanine Pirro, Jessica Tarloff, Jesse Watters, and
00:07she lists the seven dwarves as her emergency contacts, Dana Perino, the five.
00:19Jesse and Dana are in D.C., thank God, and they're not doing a 12-hour sit-in with Spartacus.
00:24We'll tell you what they're up to later.
00:26But first, President Trump is getting a head start in the next 100 days by showing America
00:31how the sausage is made.
00:32DJT hosting a two-hour-long cabinet meeting.
00:36Core GDP, and this is, you know, you probably saw some numbers today, and I have to start
00:42off by saying, that's Biden, that's not Trump, because we came in on January, just the quarterly
00:47numbers.
00:48Well, Mr. President, I don't think I've ever worked so hard to try to fire myself.
00:52They say I wear a lot of hats.
00:58We all want to thank you for being held, too.
01:00We do.
01:00You really have sacrificed a lot.
01:03You've been treated very unfairly.
01:05You're invited to stay as long as you want.
01:07And at some point, he wants to get back home to his car.
01:11Trump also celebrating 100 days of kicking the left's butt, Jessica, by going back on
01:19the rally circuit, doing a signature dance in Michigan while basking in the glow of the
01:24MAGA maniacs.
01:25And it wouldn't be vintage Trump if he wasn't smacking the liberal media, silly.
01:29They're giving you the big break of a lifetime.
01:32You know, you're doing the interview.
01:33I picked you because, frankly, I never heard of you, but that's okay.
01:36You think Vladimir Putin wants peace?
01:38I think he does, yes.
01:40Do you trust him?
01:41I think.
01:41Do you trust him?
01:42I don't trust you.
01:43I don't trust a lot of people.
01:45I don't trust you.
01:46Look at you.
01:46You come in all shooting for bear.
01:48You're so happy to do the interview.
01:49I am happy.
01:50And then you start hitting me with fake questions.
01:52We had a president that was grossly incompetent.
01:54You knew it.
01:55I knew it.
01:56And everybody knew it.
01:57But you guys didn't want to write it because you're fake news.
01:59All right.
02:01And by the way, ABC is one of the worst.
02:03I have to be honest with you.
02:05Bye.
02:07So, Dana, you look lovely outside.
02:11That's great.
02:12Okay, enough phony stuff.
02:13I want to start with that just interview right there.
02:17I think, like, after the Biden cover-up, it's not Trump that's being tested.
02:23It's the media that has to be tested.
02:26He has nothing to prove.
02:28They do.
02:28And I think that's how he structures these interviews.
02:31He has nothing left to say to them.
02:33They have to prove to him that he's unbiased.
02:36Well, I think that it does say something about President Trump.
02:39He is literally willing to talk to anybody.
02:43And they've had an incredible push for their 100 days.
02:48And I know it's a media construct.
02:50But you know what?
02:51Use what you have.
02:52Use the tools at your disposal.
02:54And so that's the one that they tried with this one.
02:56ABC News, interesting choice.
02:58It didn't go with David Muir or Lindsey, who did the debate, if you'll remember that one.
03:03But I do think I admire him for wanting to get out there, be willing to take the interview.
03:09It's interesting to me that Terry Moran said yes.
03:12Right?
03:13Because you know going in that this is a possibility.
03:16And I think we got something out of it.
03:18But on the Biden point in particular, ABC News was the chosen entity for all sorts of news from the Biden administration.
03:28Listen to their podcast called Start Here.
03:30They were always having Mayor Pete.
03:32He would go on to talk about something specific coming on.
03:34If you had something from the Department of Energy, then they would have that guy or that woman come on.
03:39It was always ABC News who got the story.
03:42But the question is, Greg, to your point, like, how did they miss the story?
03:46And then everybody acted like it was a surprise on June 27th, 2024, when Biden and Trump debated.
03:54So, yes, they have a whole of their own to crawl out of and it comes to numbers.
03:59I remember one time being at the White House years ago and a reporter said, your numbers are terrible.
04:03Your poll numbers are terrible.
04:04What is President Bush going to do?
04:05And I was able to say there's only two entities in Washington with lower approval numbers than us, Congress and the media.
04:13And it's only gotten worse.
04:15Well said.
04:16You know, Jesse, Trump keeps rolling along to him.
04:20A hundred days is just like is just a number like Pritzker's weight or your IQ.
04:27Do you think he pays attention to this stuff?
04:30Yeah, that's why he had a rally, a sit down with ABC and a cabinet meeting.
04:35I mean, he did more in one day than Biden did in a hundred.
04:38But I just want to know where the bad hombre mugshots are behind Dana.
04:42Did you do something, Dana, with the mugshots?
04:45I literally just got through security.
04:47I didn't have time to do anything.
04:49OK, good.
04:49So, yeah, he's busy.
04:51There's no lids.
04:52There's no doctor checking to see if he has Alzheimer's.
04:55The vice president's not lining up judges to swear in case the president drops dead.
05:00The vice president's doing what he should be doing, trying to steal Greenland.
05:04And so right now we're in a really good place.
05:07He's crushing it on culture.
05:09He's crushing it on the border.
05:10And he's crushing it on a waste, fraud and abuse.
05:12And the rest of the agenda, we're waiting on deals, peace deals, trade deals, tax deals.
05:18And I wouldn't doubt that these deals are going to get done because he's already done a lot.
05:22He's already done a deal with Panama to kick China out.
05:25He's done deals with big law firms.
05:27They're now, like, funding him to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
05:31We did a deal with Boeing to get new fighter jets.
05:34We got deals galore.
05:35This is what he loves to do.
05:37And you're right.
05:37He talks to anyone, Greg.
05:39Bill Maher, he even talks to you.
05:41He even did exclamation point.
05:43Now, ABC's in trouble.
05:44That was the worst thing I've ever seen.
05:47They couldn't do it with Muir because his fact checks all backfired at the debate.
05:50They couldn't do it with Stephanopoulos because he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
05:53And he caught the brass $15 million, and now it's funding the presidential library.
05:58So they went with a third stringer.
06:00And the third stringer came in way too hot.
06:04Trump does his best when he's confronted.
06:08And he just steamrolled this guy.
06:10You know what I would have done if I was ABC?
06:12I would have had Stephen A do it.
06:14He's a Disney guy.
06:15He's an ABC guy.
06:17Put Stephen A in there, and that's a great interview.
06:21Interesting point, Jesse.
06:22I'm lying.
06:24Judge, there's criticism from the media that these cabinet meetings are too deferential.
06:30What do they expect to happen in a meeting with the president?
06:34Are they supposed to throw punches?
06:35Yeah, they're supposed to say, you know, Mr. President, we don't like you.
06:38We don't want this job.
06:39But, you know, look, the amazing part of the cabinet meetings is that this cabinet,
06:45they really like each other.
06:47You can tell, and they say it, they talk to each other all the time, if not several times a day.
06:53They are totally in sync.
06:54They are working together toward one agenda.
06:57They are following through on the president's promises that he promised America that he would
07:02make sure that the border would be closed, that he would turn the economy back.
07:06And as we watch with Biden, as industries crumbled and there was unfair trade and there was cashless mail
07:13and all of these crazy things that were happening that caused prices to go up,
07:17this president comes in and he's got a team behind him of people who want to support him,
07:23whether it's politically or economically or in terms of trade or in terms of education, civil rights.
07:31They're all on the same page.
07:33And you know what, for all of the criticism that he has taken over these hundred days,
07:37you know, with Doge, it's going to be terrible.
07:40Name one person who didn't get their Social Security check, one person who got thrown off of Medicaid.
07:46I mean, it's all scared by the Democrats to try to make sure that people don't accept anything
07:52that the president's doing.
07:53And by the way, consumer spending is up 1.8 percent.
07:57Business investment is up 21.9 percent when Biden left it down by 5.6 percent,
08:05which makes it a 28 percent increase.
08:08Disposable personal income is up.
08:11So you've got this president who has done things in three months that the Democrats have caused the problems for,
08:19and he's just trying to come back.
08:21But be rest assured, firm convictions.
08:24He's not backing down.
08:25It's what he ran on, and he's not going to slow down.
08:29Jessica, you get the remaining 20 seconds to respond.
08:34What do you make of the judge's analysis?
08:37I don't see any holes in it.
08:39I see a few.
08:40It's like, is it Swiss cheese?
08:41That's the holiest of all the cheeses.
08:44She's looking at me and smiling at me.
08:46We just have to keep looking ahead.
08:47So those of you at home know we're still friends.
08:49I heard he has nothing to prove.
08:52The cabinet's totally in sync, and he's crushing it.
08:55And if any of that were true, he wouldn't be out there lying about everything from election results to how his first 100 days has been.
09:04It is the worst first 100 days for a president in 70 years.
09:08That's not true.
09:08And it's objectively true, actually.
09:10No, it's not objectively true.
09:11And we can't interrupt what we're in.
09:13No, it's based on the data on approval rating.
09:17That's what it's based on, the approval ratings for all of the presidents, and his being the lowest.
09:22The GDP number today was negative 0.3%.
09:28It was 2.4% in Biden's last quarter.
09:31That's why he was out there today freaking out.
09:34That's why he's posting about the stock market and saying this is Biden's stock market when he took responsibility for it on January 29th.
09:41And he said, oh, this is my stock market.
09:44Now he doesn't want it anymore.
09:45And to quote the philosopher king, Dave Portnoy, don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
09:52This is Donald Trump's stock market.
09:55This is his economy.
09:56And the tariffs that he's implementing are destroying the economy.
10:00He could have just come in and continued on the course that we were and made some modifications.
10:05You want to put more tariffs on China?
10:07Probably get a lot of Democratic support for that.
10:09But coming in and doing these blanket tariffs and blowing up our system, we have ports that are empty.
10:14As a result, waiting for those ships to come in that can't come here.
10:17We're going to have shelving problems by the end of May.
10:20I guess his platform is I'm kind of the Grinch.
10:23Did you hear him talking about Christmas time and how many dolls you're going to get?
10:27So the little girl, she was going to get 30 dolls, but now she's only going to get two dolls.
10:32The man who brought back Christmas isn't going to deliver for little Cindy Lou who?
10:38Well, you know what?
10:38This is like we're not getting Social Security.
10:40You're not.
10:41There was a man in Seattle who didn't get a Social Security, by the way.
10:44By the way, Joe Biden, in two consecutive quarters, had a decline of 1.6 and 0.9.
10:50Okay?
10:50We're talking about 0.3.
10:53Give the man a chance to remedy the economy.
10:550.3 from 2.4 percent in three years.
10:57Remedy the economy.
10:58Look, the Democrats are the ones who are willing to give everyone the money for AID and USAID,
11:06green energy, NGOs, all the scams.
11:09Trump is putting an end to it.
11:10And you know what?
11:11Everything's going to be a golden age, Jessica, and you know it.
11:14All right.
11:17Back in the boxes, just like old times.
11:21Up next, Democrats are holding slumber parties to stop Trump.
11:24Democrat sing-alongs on the Capitol steps were peak cringe.
11:28How about a Democrat slumber party?
11:30Chuck Schumer tried to pull an all-nighter in the Senate to protest Trump's first 100 days.
11:35He accused 47 of being a mob boss, but he couldn't last.
11:40They gave it up at midnight.
11:42And after getting called out on his 17 percent favorability rating,
11:47Schumer was back embarrassing his party today, and he brought some friends.
11:51Donald Trump's first 100 days can be defined by one big F word.
12:00Failure.
12:04This is not Joe Biden's economy, Donald.
12:09It is your economy.
12:11It is the Trump economy.
12:13It is a failed economy.
12:15But at least they're wrangling the hog.
12:18Hogg, according to a new report, the DNC could vote to oust their vice chair, David Hogg,
12:23after he vowed to primary old guard Democrats.
12:26They're going to hear a challenge next month by a Native American DNC member.
12:31Hogg also facing the wrath of Carville.
12:34What is your plan to deal with our abominable approval rating?
12:38Win elections.
12:40Win elections.
12:40Judge Jeanine Pirro, when you're supposed to do an all-nighter, does it count if you go to bed before midnight?
12:51Yes.
12:51I got to tell you, the whole thing is laughable.
12:55I mean, the guy says he's going to do an all-nighter and he's got to go to sleep at midnight.
13:00I mean, come on.
13:00Your favorability rating is 17%.
13:04It can't stay up.
13:06And then, you know, you actually, it's time for him to go.
13:10And for him to not have anything to say.
13:13I mean, think about it, Jesse.
13:15How many presidents did he work for when he was in Congress?
13:19I think in the 80s.
13:20So, you had Reagan, and then you had the first Bush, and then Clinton, and the second Bush, and then you had Obama, and then you had Trump.
13:31That's seven presidents.
13:32And the best idea he's got is to do an all-nighter, and he can't even do that.
13:37You know, this is why you've got people like Hogg who are interested in taking these people out.
13:43And you look at the Republican Party, and we've got people like Thune, and Mike Johnson, and people with energy.
13:50And our president, who is actually older than Chuck Schumer, he can run circles around him, you know, from now until, you know, next year.
13:59And it really is a question of whether or not they've got the energy and the intellect, as well as the ideas for the Democrat Party.
14:08And ironically, the Democrat Party is, is that they're failing at masculinity, they're failing at intellect, they don't know what to do.
14:16Donald Trump is crushing them.
14:19Jessica, Dave Hogg's going to get cooed by a Native American.
14:22I don't need to know anything else.
14:24I'm for the Native American.
14:25They deserve it.
14:27That actually shocks me.
14:28I think it's the first time that you've ever said something like that.
14:31You're on the side of the Native Americans.
14:33Something nonsensical is that?
14:36No, that happened a lot yesterday, even.
14:38And I miss you here.
14:39It feels very empty over here to my left.
14:43The Democratic Party is, we're fixing ourselves.
14:46We don't have a unified leadership structure, a lot of different voices that are making an impact and connecting with people.
14:55But give us a little bit of time and we'll find our footing.
14:58Donald Trump is working at a breakneck pace.
15:01And as usual, we've got to keep up with it.
15:03But I do think that if they move forward with this big, beautiful bill, that that will be a tremendous opportunity for the Democrats.
15:11Because the $880 billion in cuts to Medicaid, if it goes through as it is now, will be the undoing of the Republican Party in the midterms.
15:19There are a number of swing district Republicans who have hundreds of thousands more people on Medicaid in their districts than the margins that they won by.
15:27People like David Valadeo in California, who's had concerns about this bill.
15:32Mike Lawler here in New York.
15:33And if the Republicans make them take that vote to get the big tax cuts, to balloon the deficit, explode it, balloon it, however you want to say it, and they're going to have people in their districts losing their Medicaid, there is no way that the Democrats don't retake the House in 2026 and have a chance of picking up some important Senate seats as well.
15:56Dana, she's making a lot of predictions today.
15:59A lot of predictions.
16:00I didn't say blue wave, like, you know, I'm not like a red wave rider like you have been, but I'm just saying, don't take away people's health care.
16:06They don't like that.
16:07Does it matter if they're legal or illegal?
16:10Even though Obama took it away.
16:12Let's get Dana in.
16:13Dana, what?
16:14I think she's wrong on a couple of things.
16:16And here's a point.
16:18I'm sorry, but I'm not within striking distance, so I'm going to take my shot.
16:23Okay, so first of all, what the Democrats are talking about in terms of the big, beautiful bill is that they want to deny a middle-class tax cut.
16:32So, first of all, I do not believe that President Trump is going to sign a bill that cuts Medicaid.
16:38I don't.
16:38I don't believe it.
16:39And I think that the Democrats are going to go into this saying that's always going to happen or that your Social Security is going to get cut.
16:45None of those things ever end up turning out to be true.
16:47They are the scare tactics.
16:49But if you start telling people who are already souring on this economy, and one of the reasons the president's numbers are down,
16:55that across the board that the Democrats want to deny a middle-class tax cut and all those taxes are going to increase as well,
17:02I don't care what they do on Medicaid.
17:03That is, like, one of the worst ideas.
17:05And some numbers came out yesterday, since we apparently like numbers on the show today.
17:10The NRCC, that's the Republican congressional arm, they did 100-day polling.
17:15And the congressional ballot for the midterm of 2026 is six points closer than it usually is.
17:21What does that tell you?
17:22To me, it says the Democrats, one, have no ideas.
17:25Two, they're so unpopular and so uncool that even for people who think,
17:29eh, I don't really love what's going on in the first 100 days of the Trump administration,
17:33they're not going over to the Democrats.
17:35And they don't have a lot of time to make that up.
17:38Greg, the Schumer F-bomb joke bombed.
17:41You know how that feels.
17:42I do.
17:43I do.
17:43I felt very bad for him.
17:44You know, he should just emulate Joe, walk toward the light, trade in AOC for a visiting angel.
17:52It's embarrassing.
17:54You know, the 100 days of the Dems, it's not, it's worse than watching paint dry.
17:58It's like watching sour milk curdle.
18:00They're not getting any better.
18:02I'm with Jessie on the Native American.
18:04You know, she's citing fairness and gender diversity as a reason to eject hog.
18:10I'm with her.
18:11I mean, how do they pick another white guy born of white privilege?
18:17I mean, first they're bringing back Columbus Day and now they're doing this.
18:21You know, if he wants to live by the woke, he's got to die by the woke.
18:24You know, it's like a cannibal covered in peanut butter.
18:27The Democrats are eating themselves and that's where the real chaos is.
18:31They keep projecting chaos.
18:33They are possessed with chaos because the ideology of identity politics has created this internal
18:40competition, this bitter competition between who is the most aggrieved, you know, who has
18:47victim status.
18:48And they can't agree on it.
18:49The only thing that can unite them is their distaste for Trump.
18:54But that's not enough.
18:55And that's why Republicans under Trump are thriving, because they're not looking at each
18:59other.
19:00They're looking outward at the world with shared experiences, trying to see what problem they
19:04can solve rather than looking at each other and saying, that's not fair.
19:09I deserve that job.
19:11Reorient yourself, Jessica.
19:12And if you don't reorient yourself, we're going to replace you with a Native American.
19:15I'm sorry.
19:16It's just fair.
19:18Coming up next, President Trump schools the fake news on the media's favorite Maryland
19:24dad.
19:25President Trump's bar with ABC News anchor Terry Moran on his best issue with voters,
19:31deportations.
19:32Things getting pretty heated over the ongoing case of alleged best 13 gang member Kilmar Abrego
19:38Garcia.
19:38Watch it here.
19:39You could get him back.
19:40There's a phone on this desk.
19:42I could.
19:42But the court has ordered you to facilitate that.
19:45I'm not the one making this decision.
19:47We have lawyers.
19:48You're the president.
19:49He had MS-13 on his knuckles.
19:51He had some tattoos that are interpreted that way.
19:53It says MS-13.
19:55That was Photoshop.
19:56You want me to show you the picture?
19:57I'm not an expert.
19:58Abrego Garcia is not the only immigration story the press is focused on.
20:03There are many.
20:04But Charlemagne Vigod blasting the media and accusing them of misleading the public over
20:09a report that the Trump administration is deporting children with cancer.
20:13Watch.
20:13I do think when the media has that conversation, we can't rage bait, though, because, you know,
20:18every time they say it, they'll be like, oh, a two-year-old got deported, a three-year-old
20:21got deported.
20:21But they're not telling the whole story of their parent was here illegally.
20:25And so the parent got deported.
20:26And so they sent the child with them.
20:28Because when I hear it, I'm like, why the hell would they deport a two-year-old?
20:31Why would they deport some child with cancer?
20:33All right.
20:36Hey, Greg, just before we get your comments, this little gem came in from a congressman
20:41from Georgia.
20:42His name is Hank Johnson.
20:43Watch.
20:45First, they came for the Latinos outside of the Home Depots.
20:54And I didn't say anything about it because I'm not a Latino at the Home Depot.
21:00Then they came for the Hispanic-looking folks wearing hats backward with tattoos.
21:12I didn't say anything about that because I don't wear my hair backward and I don't have
21:19any tattoos and I don't look like a Latino.
21:23All right, Greg.
21:25Then they came for this stupid congressman.
21:27I was just thinking that would be so much better with bongos, Dana.
21:32We need to put bongos under that.
21:34Give me your thoughts.
21:36Well, let's simplify it.
21:37The letters and the numbers are labels that translate the symbols on his knuckles.
21:44The reporter tried to say that the labels were the tattoo, an intentional deception to
21:52make you think he's a gang member.
21:53No, we know he's a gang member.
21:57Those numbers above aren't even the same typeface.
22:00Let me put it this way.
22:01Can you put us back in boxes for now, all of us in boxes?
22:05Okay, people at home, we're not really in boxes.
22:10It's just a production thing.
22:13Those, that label was added on as a translated.
22:17What the, what the newscaster tried to do was make it sound like, oh my God, the whole thing
22:22was doctored.
22:23No, it wasn't.
22:24But the real joke is that we are, we are talking about the nature of the tattoo when we already
22:31know the nature of the thug.
22:34And because we know that he is a gang member, that he has a violent history, that there are
22:40police reports and there are court proceedings that cover this whole thing, we now have to
22:45shift this over onto, oh wow, it's photoshopped.
22:50No.
22:50If you, do you honestly think the mafia walks around with Gambino crime family tattooed on
22:56their chest?
22:57How stupid are you?
22:59But the Democrats and the media have made him into their latest martyr.
23:03They never do the victims.
23:04They only do the victimizer.
23:06You know, whether it's a criminal, a human trafficker, a guy trying to play women's sports,
23:11doesn't matter.
23:12They always pick the wrong guy.
23:13In this case, this guy.
23:15And Judge, he is from Georgia.
23:18And so is Lakin Riley.
23:20Yeah.
23:20Well, I didn't hear him worried about her, which I think is probably the basis of your question.
23:24But if you will just indulge me, I have to do this.
23:29I am sick and tired of the issue of whether or not Abrego Garcia is an MS-13 gang banger.
23:36Okay?
23:36I had a gang unit as a prosecutor.
23:39It was one of the first in New York State.
23:41I had gang interpreters, gang investigators.
23:45And you identify a gang member by the colors or the tats.
23:49And the gang interpreters have made it very clear that the marijuana on his finger is for M.
23:58And the S on his finger is not S.
24:03It's smiley face is for the S.
24:06And the plus sign is equal to one.
24:08And the skeleton is equal to three.
24:11That's what a gang interpreter would tell you.
24:13The weed, the smile, the plus, and the skeleton means you're MS-13.
24:20End of the story.
24:22Okay?
24:22Now, number two.
24:24The guy comes here not as an illegal through the regular ports.
24:28He comes in as a gotaway.
24:29He didn't want anyone to know he was coming in.
24:32He gets here.
24:33He beats his wife not once but twice.
24:36Two orders of protection.
24:37Beats the hell now we find out that there is a court document where the father of those two children, the mother of whom he was living with, goes to court and he wants to get his kids back because his wife is living with a gang banger.
24:52Okay?
24:53And the time is very consistent with the time that she was living with Abrego Garcia.
24:58Now, we had two hearings.
25:00Two judges said he's a gang banger.
25:02And the only reason that there was a hold put on the deportation order, twice the deportation order was issued, is because he was fearful of a rival gang in El Salvador that would kill him.
25:16Okay?
25:16So, I got to tell you, I don't know how much evidence you need, but this guy is an MS-13 gang banger.
25:23And let me just finalize it with this.
25:24Obama deported 3 million people, 83% of which never got a hearing.
25:31No one ever complained about a hearing.
25:33No one said they needed due process.
25:35No one even said they needed to call a lawyer.
25:39This is bizarre.
25:41And if you buy into it, you're crazy.
25:44Sorry.
25:45Jessica, earlier today, Hakeem Jeffries, the House leader of the Democrats, said he doesn't want people going down to El Salvador anymore.
25:52I mean, he didn't say not for vacation, but not to go and do this kind of stunt anymore.
25:57They must have numbers that show it's not working.
25:59Well, we know that people's feelings about the economy are what decide elections.
26:03And he wants to be talking about cuts to Medicaid and cuts to Social Security.
26:08And that's a real debate that's going on within the party.
26:10But it is also clear that Van Hollen going down to El Salvador did move public opinion on this issue.
26:17By two-to-one margin, people think that Abrego Garcia should be returned to the United States.
26:22And the reason that people are talking about that exchange last night with Trump and Terry Moran about the tattoos
26:30is that we were all assured that no one was dumb enough to think that it was actually said MS-13.
26:35But it seemed like Trump actually did think that.
26:38And there have been a number of experts on gang tattoos, like CBS.
26:41I'm looking at an article right now that they spoke to who said that these experts did not say that the symbols the judge talked about,
26:48the marijuana leaf and the cross.
26:50Then they're wrong.
26:51Then they're, okay.
26:52They're wrong.
26:52Our gang expert is better than these guys.
26:54I prosecuted those cases.
26:55Okay, that's fine.
26:57Either way, public opinion has shifted on this issue.
27:00In terms of the kids, the problem with those cases are that those mothers did not get to talk to their lawyers.
27:09One of them who had the two-year-old, this is not the four-year-old who had cancer,
27:12who supported the two-year-old, had two minutes on the phone to talk to her husband
27:15to try to figure out what would happen to her American child.
27:18And so, yes, like any mother, they said, I will take my kid with me rather than leave them in a system
27:24where I don't know what's going to happen to them.
27:26I think we can all agree that you should be able to talk to your lawyer before you are deported,
27:31especially with your American citizen child.
27:35The New York Times has a really interesting deep dive piece out today on the El Salvadorian president,
27:40Bukele, and the prison.
27:42And what it exposes is that actually he was uncomfortable with the arrangement
27:47once he figured out that Donald Trump was sending people to his prison
27:51who had not been convicted of any crime.
27:54We know as well that there's reporting that up to 75% of the people that have been sent there
27:57have not been convicted of a crime.
27:59So think about this.
28:00The guy who refers to himself as the world's coolest dictator,
28:04he is uncomfortable with what we are doing to people.
28:07This isn't about deportations.
28:09This is about sending people to a foreign prison camp
28:12without getting a hearing and without being convicted of anything.
28:16And that's why Americans' public opinion on the immigration policy has shifted.
28:21The conviction is not the requirement.
28:23Let me correct something that I said.
28:26Because Hakeem Jeffries apparently denies that he doesn't want people going to El Salvador.
28:30So maybe, Jesse, he thinks it's a good idea.
28:33I don't know.
28:33But his office denies this report that he said don't go down to El Salvador anymore.
28:37Just for the record, Jesse, I'm about to you.
28:40No one else is going because it's stupid.
28:42And I'm sorry, Jessica, I love you, but I don't believe anything you say anymore.
28:46You're wrong about everything.
28:47Every time you come up with these things,
28:50first he's a Maryland dad that actually does have tattoos that spell MS-13.
28:55And then there's this other tattoo expert that you have.
28:58I thought we were supposed to trust the experts, right?
29:01And all these experts say this guy's a gangbanger and you don't trust the experts.
29:05Let me ask you this.
29:06When a guy hangs out with MS-13 and gets picked up in a gang sweep,
29:10how is it that the MS-13 ranking gang members are allowing a non-gang member to hang out with them?
29:18Don't you think that's a little bit of a security risk, Jessica?
29:21That's like when, like, the feds raid a Gambino gambling den.
29:27And do you think it would be believable if some Italian guy was like, I'm not in the mob?
29:31Yeah, they're just letting random guys play cards in a gambling den with a bunch of mafioso.
29:37Use your brain, Jessica.
29:39And I don't even believe you're this two-year-old nonsense.
29:42Oh, you just listen to what the lawyers for these migrants tell you.
29:47And then the day later, it's all wrong.
29:50You know what the protocol is?
29:51When you pick up an illegal, when you pick up an illegal, you don't know this.
29:55I'll tell you this for the first time.
29:56When you pick up an illegal and they happen to have their kid with them, they get a choice.
30:01Do you want to be deported with your child?
30:03Or you can assign a family member or a guardian here in the United States to leave the child there.
30:10That's the choice.
30:11And if you don't like the law, then go to Congress, change the law.
30:15Because otherwise, you just get women here coming here, breaking through the border, having babies,
30:20and they all get to stay because you feel bad.
30:23I'm sorry.
30:24You can feel bad about a lot of things, but I'd rather follow the law.
30:27Yeah.
30:28All right.
