00:00Good morning everybody. It's 6 o'clock a.m. here in New York City. I'm joined of course by
00:05Charlie Hurt and in today is Griff Jenkins. Good morning. Good morning. It's great to be with you
00:10guys. I love the national anthem start as I was just saying off the air. We actually got a tweet
00:15yesterday when I started the Fox News 10 a.m. and someone was attacking me saying why don't you play
00:19the national anthem for your show and you know who knows. You're playing it in your head. You're
00:24humming it. I was. Always. We're going to do a segment on like these earworm songs. Yeah. Is
00:29that your earworm song. So we'll get to that later. But I did have a specific earworm song in my head
00:35this week before I did hits for Fox and Friends. And it may have been a George Michael song from the
00:4180s. Oh OK. I think I know which one it is. I'll leave it out there. All right. All right. Well
00:47let's start off with this because we got a Fox News alert. Griff. Yeah we do. Multiple people are dead
00:51after a driver plowed their SUV into a crowded street festival in Vancouver late last night.
00:56An arrest has been made but authorities are confident the incident was not an act of terrorism.
01:02Chanley Painter is here with the details. Chanley good morning. Hey guys so what happened during a
01:06Filipino street festival shortly after 8 p.m. last night. Police confirming that a 30 year old
01:12Vancouver man is in custody after allegedly driving his black SUV through the crowd. Videos posted on
01:19social media show emergency crews rushing to the scene and a devastating path of destruction along a
01:25street lined with food trucks celebrating Lapu Lapu Day which is a public holiday honoring Filipino
01:31heritage. Several people can be seen motionless lying on the ground. Some appear to be severely
01:36injured. Authorities have not provided information on the number of victims but confirmed several
01:42people are dead and multiple others are hurt. It's also not clear if this was an accident or
01:47intentional. Vancouver police are confirming though. At this time we are confident that this incident
01:53was not an act of terrorism. The mayor of Vancouver says he's shocked and deeply saddened by the
01:59horrific incident and city councillor Pete Frye got emotional when reporters asked about the incident.
02:06I'm pretty choked up. This was a great day. Wonderful event. Huge community event. And to have an end in tragedy
02:13like this it won't break us or the community but it's horrible.
02:21The Canadian Prime Minister also posting about the tragedy saying he is devastated and quote
02:27we are all mourning with you. We are monitoring the situation closely and thankful to our first
02:32responders for their swift action. This is of course a developing story we will update as we learn more
02:39from police this morning guys. Back to you. Yeah. Thank you Chanley. Please keep us updated.
02:45All right. Meanwhile massive protests are breaking out in Milwaukee at a federal courthouse following
02:51the arrest of a judge accused of helping an illegal immigrant evade ICE. This as another judge in
02:58Wisconsin up in my husband's hometown of Hayward Wisconsin is threatening to close court and start
03:05raising bail money for defendants. Pretty remarkable stuff you guys. I mean just sort of mind-blowing case
03:13and like when you first start first heard about this judge literally smuggling a defendant out of the
03:22courtroom I had a hard time believing I just assumed there was some part of it was wrong some part of
03:28it could not have been real we were missing the full story but in fact that is exactly what happened
03:34she had witnesses and a victim in the courtroom ready to testify and because this person was an
03:40illegal alien she smuggled them out to freedom. Can I fill that a little bit witnesses and victims
03:46that were there was a it was a domestic abuse case against the illegal alien and she allowed the illegal
03:53alien to get out. And you know how hard it is to get victims and witnesses back down all the time you're
03:59still right. And they were in the courtroom ready to have their day in court and this judge erased all
04:05of it. Well you know her job as that judge is to fight for the victims of that domestic violence who
04:13are sitting in the courtroom and yet she chooses to focus not on getting justice for those victims but to
04:21protect against the law protect an illegal alien. Edward Flores Ruiz was deported in 2013 illegally comes
04:31back into the country commits violence and so ICE is there to remove him because that's what our laws
04:37say. It's what the election in November guys I think pretty much showed that the majority of the
04:44country don't want those criminals here but yet you've already got state lawmakers Democrats in
04:51Wisconsin that are willing to fight for this judge who thinks she's above the law. Listen here.
05:00We call for the return to American law and order and an end to the administrative's administration's
05:07ham-fisted attempts to replace it with authoritarianism. We soundly and roundly reject
05:15fascism in the United States of America. You're from Wisconsin. Yes. Is this indicative these
05:26protesters the state lawmaker? Well watch this look this is the email from the judge in my husband's
05:31hometown of Hayward Wisconsin she sent this email out she says I have no intention of allowing anyone
05:37to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp especially without due
05:43process as both of the constitutions we swore support requires. Should I start raising money
05:49for bail? If there is no guidance for us and no support for us I will refuse to hold court in Brand 2
05:56in Sawyer County. So this is a second judge threatening to do the same thing. Yeah and shut down her court.
06:03To me the first word that comes to my mind is impeachment. They should be impeached. You are not
06:09doing your job. You are not looking out for the victims. You are not serving your county well and
06:16you know they bring up all these constitutional issues but as you laid out very clearly ICE is
06:21following the law. Yeah and you know we're going to talk a little bit later this morning with a
06:26Wisconsin lawmaker that may already be looking at impeachment but what was significant about that
06:32judge saying that she wants some guidance if she doesn't get guidance. Well what would that guidance
06:38be? To break the law? To ignore the law? Because Duggan is charged with obstructing a federal procedure
06:45which is ICE removing the illegal alien who is by law to be removed and concealment as you mentioned
06:52smuggled in the face of the victims out the back door. You know the spokeswoman for DHS Tricia
06:57McLaughlin was on our air last night talking about people just like future judges that want to follow
07:03suit. Here's what they can expect. Listen. Since President Trump took office we've seen these activist
07:08judges trying to subvert the will of the American people and the mandate that President Trump was
07:15given on November 5th 2024 but this is just beyond the pale. I mean take the Wisconsin judge the fact
07:21that she led this individual this illegal alien American people should know what the charges against
07:27him were strangulation suffocation battery other domestic abuse charges this is no innocent guy and
07:35as far as the New Mexico case it went beyond just harboring this member of Trendy Aragua. The wife and that
07:41judge actually went so far as to destroy evidence. We are going to continue to go after these activist judges
07:48especially in such egregious cases like this. Yeah you know this is this by the way I've talked to people up in
07:56Wisconsin in northern Wisconsin where that judge is from they say obviously she's a super lefty. I think it brings up and I
08:01want to move on to the next topic but I just want to make this one point. I think it brings up the
08:05danger of our law schools not teaching the law but turning young you know would-be attorneys into
08:13activists this belief that somehow they're gonna save the world by you know their activism as opposed
08:19to following the law. Yeah exactly. There's a problem in our in our law schools. And also where were these
08:25people when they that when the exact same you know concerns were going against Donald Trump where they
08:33were trying to put him in jail and there were none of these concerns. Yeah no one is above the law
08:37right? Yeah yeah yeah exactly. Meanwhile out in California Adam Schiff claims that he had he had his
08:44luggage stolen and tells a story about going to a Target and to get new luggage and having a conversation
08:52with a cashier that kind of concerned him. Watch this. I was in South San Francisco two years ago after I had
09:02an experience in the city that all too many people had when my luggage was stolen out of my car that I
09:06went to this Target in South San Francisco ten o'clock at night and I'm getting the the toiletries
09:14I'm going to need for my next two days in the city. The cashier asked me if I want one of those Target
09:19bags with a little bullseye on it and I said yes that Target bag is going to be my luggage for the next
09:25two days. And she asked me what happened and I told her and basically said in not so many words
09:30yeah Democrats are and I thought you know if the cashier in South San Francisco at ten o'clock at night
09:38believes that Democrats are because the shampoo is locked up and my stuff got stolen out of the trunk
09:45we've got a major problem that we have to address. I think you call that. Houston we have a problem.
09:52That's an epiphany. It's like he should write a book about it. The moment I saw the lie that Democrats in my
09:58party of which I am a leader and a strong voice should probably do something about crime.
10:04Yeah but what's interesting is for a lot of these guys they never he would have never been confronted
10:08with the locked up shampoo and and the horrors of you know going into these stores which by the way
10:15hurts the store owners because in the end people buy less when things are locked up. They're like
10:20oh yeah you can't get the shampoo and they're like you know what screw it I'll just go to Amazon
10:23in order in order shampoo and I'll get it you know by midnight tomorrow whatever. He was confronted
10:29with it because his luggage was stolen he had to go get his necessities and and until he's faced with
10:36it he's not realizing that it's his policies his ideologies that's making everyday working Americans
10:43like the woman behind the counter in Walgreens life miserable. She has to work there at night as
10:47people go in and steal unless it's locked down. Yeah and look what's going to be interesting to
10:54see is what happens next. Will Adam Schiff then begin to talk about getting tough on crime or is
11:00this just a moment he tells a tongue-in-cheek story on Bill Maher and they go right back to the policies
11:06you know Steve Hilton running for governor out there is going to drive hard on this issue but you're
11:10going to see it I just literally had to get the Zyrtec I was buying yesterday at the you know drugstore
11:16had to be unlocked it's it's from coast to coast because of these policies that you have things
11:21like what Adam Schiff's talking about we'll see if something happens. Zyrtec and toothpaste it doesn't
11:27matter razors it doesn't matter what you need it's locked up if you're in one of these blue cities
11:31that doesn't care about crime and the whole thing goes back full circle too I mean I mean first of all
11:36who are these kids that think they can come into stores and steal and what happened to that
11:40and then you have DA's you aren't doing everything that the left stands for you know ends up you know
11:47you don't want to strengthen the family you don't want you don't want to support marriage you don't
11:50want to support you know um uh you know DA's that want to do the do the do the right thing this is
11:57what you get Adam Schiff. And how sheltered do you have to be to only learn this four years in? Yeah
12:04we'll see we've all been talking about this we'll see if they learn from it. Yeah. Meanwhile turning
12:09out to your headlines a routine traffic cop in Georgia turning into a fatal shootout Saturday as
12:14two deputies were shot one was killed the other was critically hurt the driver sped off in a camper
12:20after the shooting but has since been identified and located the sheriff's office confirms there's
12:25no longer a threat the names of the officers not yet been released. And the White House
12:33Correspondents Center taking place last night without President Trump. Yeah the nerd prom but
12:38his presence was still a main theme throughout the night. Watch. I know this has been an extremely
12:46difficult year for all of them. It's been difficult for this association. We've been tested attacked
12:52but every single day our members get up they run to the White House plane train automobile with one
12:58mission holding the powerful accountable. Those comments came just minutes into the event after
13:04Trump and White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt both declined to attend. This year also marked
13:10the first dinner without a comedian roasting the sitting president. And finally a story everybody's
13:16talking about quarterback Shadur Sanders is heading to Cleveland after the Browns selected him
13:22in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. With the 144th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft the Cleveland Browns select
13:34Shadur Sanders quarterback Colorado. Shadur is of course the son of NFL legend Deion Primetime Sanders and was widely
13:46regarded as one of the top quarterback prospects heading into the draft before sliding all the way down
13:51to the 144th pick. The Browns coaching staff however raising eyebrows with this less than enthusiastic
13:58reaction to Sanders who is now one of five quarterbacks that Cleveland will roll into
14:04this summer with. It's very interesting there's a lot of you know people upset about it perhaps the
14:12Sanders himself upset about it but I will offer him this consolation and that is Tom Brady
14:17when 199th not 144th 199th in the sixth round and he's got more Super Bowl rings than any quarterback
14:25in history. You would think great great stat to bring up. So you know look at the bright side. Yeah you
14:31would think at the very least he's probably got some pretty good football genetics. Yeah absolutely and
14:38you know a lot of talk about it on on in sports circles but there was a belief that maybe he could bring
14:44some drama and we've seen you know big ego players in the past that really derail locker rooms so who
14:51knows why it went so late but he's in there now so we'll see what he does. All right today it's race day
14:57in Talladega you can catch Jack Links 500 today at 3 p.m eastern on Fox. Jack Links by the way a northern
15:06Wisconsin company I'm just mentioning that love those guys let's check in with Rick Wright with live at
15:11Talladega. Hey Rick. Good morning that nice little nice little factoid there I didn't know that Northern Wisconsin
15:19that's pretty that's pretty cool yeah guys so we're starting off race day today we're at the
15:23International Motorsports Hall of Fame over 130 cars here including this one they're calling this a
15:29vehicle I'm trying to figure out what the definition of a vehicle is now but this thing went over 400
15:33miles per hour the first gas-powered vehicle to go over 400 miles per hour and I tried to sit down in
15:38it and I got stuck like my butt wouldn't even fit in it so some very tiny person took this over 400
15:43miles an hour but pretty interesting we're going to be talking with the director of the museum here
15:47in a second this morning we've got Jamie Little of Fox Sports and we also have Joey Logano coming up
15:52you're not going to miss that all kinds of fun today here from Talladega send it back to you
15:57so what I took from that Rick is that small people travel faster
16:00that is exactly it yeah we're out of luck we drive slow all right thank you Rick thank you
16:08we'll be we'll be catching back up with you all throughout the show an American journalist
16:13making headlines with the first reading at Pope Francis's funeral she's here to tell us all about
16:19that incredible moment thousands gathering in Rome today to pay their respects to Pope Francis
16:28who's took tomb now sits in the Saint Mary Major Basilica doors opened at 7 a.m local time just
16:35one day after he was laid to rest the nine days of mourning are now officially underway after more
16:41than 400 000 people joined world leaders yesterday for a funeral mass honoring the late pontiff now all
16:48eyes turn to the future of the catholic church in the beginning of the conclave italian media reports
16:54suggest a start date could be set as soon as tomorrow at the cardinal general congregation bringing
17:01us one step closer to naming hope francis's successor and this morning an american journalist in vatican city
17:10making headlines after being chosen to deliver the first reading at pope francis's funeral
17:16truly i understand that god shows no partiality but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what
17:27is right is acceptable to him to him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him
17:36receives forgiveness of sins through his name that vatican news reporter kelsey gussie joins us now uh
17:44kelsey thank you so much for uh joining us this morning um so what was that like
17:51honestly it was a huge blessing it was a shock it was a surprise i wasn't expecting it i found out
17:57on wednesday that i would be reading and so then it was just very much thinking about how to prepare
18:01and get ready for the event um when you how did you first learn that you were going to be asked to do
18:07that well my boss received a call because they were looking for someone to read in english and she
18:13thought of me and of course you can't say no to an opportunity like that and so it took me by
18:19surprise at first but then i agreed no i would think not you really can't um were you nervous
18:26i have to say i was nervous leading up to the moment i got to the ambo and then at that point
18:30it's just you take a breath you look out and you say okay i know how to read i'll just read
18:35uh yeah but reading in front of a crowd like that at a moment like that is uh not just like reading
18:42something normally um how how did you prepare before you went out there well we actually had
18:48a practice the day before and we practiced again the mo like a couple of hours before the mass started
18:55and it was just to get us set up and ready but then i had also practiced a couple times before at home
19:00both that morning and the day before what was the atmosphere like with those massive crowds
19:08yeah honestly uh it was it was overwhelming in a sense because you look at it again you saw
19:13thousands and thousands of people i mean from the point of where the altar was all the way back to
19:18casa san angelo which is a pretty far distance yeah and you could feel that it was very solemn but it
19:23was also full of a lot of love yeah so um you had to have said a prayer to yourself as you're walking
19:30out there what was the prayer you said to yourself when you went out there honestly there's a lot of
19:36prayers that were said i asked my parents for prayers and people here in rome were praying but i
19:40remember saying okay i'm doing this to i mean honor pope francis to say goodbye pope francis so i just said
19:47okay our lady you gotta help me and this is for you pope francis well it is you know uh you know it's about
19:53something else uh so if you can sort of remove yourself from it that probably uh makes it a
20:00little bit easier to to do but uh still just an extraordinary thing tell me this uh the day after
20:06the funeral um what is rome like today uh the day after all of that yeah obviously it's a little bit
20:15less full in the sense of there's not as many people in the square but i think as you also mentioned
20:20before people are still flocking to the tomb to see where pope francis will be buried or where he
20:25is buried and so there's still a sense of memory and people thinking about the 12 years that he had
20:32i've seen a lot of stores with signs and pictures of pope francis honoring him so there's still a lot
20:37of people they're talking about pope francis well kelsey gussie you did a fantastic job and and you
20:44made america proud so thank you very much for joining us thank you a different kind of baby
20:53bump president trump is considering a five thousand dollar bonus to new moms our next guest says her
20:59company supports making more babies and she'll tell us why president trump appearing to back the idea of
21:07giving new mothers a baby bonus of five thousand dollars there are reports that you're considering
21:14doing something for moms across the country hearing that as a kind of bonus one of the house sounds
21:21sounds like a good idea to me and i love it it comes as new cdc data shows the birth rate has dropped
21:30nearly 26 percent since 2000 remaining near record lows our next guest is on board with trump's pro
21:37family agenda and she co-founded the diaper company called every life it's a pro-life uh diaper company
21:44with the slogan make more babies every life president sarah gable sepert joins us now sarah so great to have
21:52you on as always so what do you think about the idea of a five thousand dollar uh baby bonus
21:58look i think that vice president jd vance said it best at the national march for life this year in january
22:06he stated very simply that he wants to see more babies in the united states of america and that the true
22:14national benchmark of success looks like people being able to have healthy thriving families i could not agree with
22:22this more a five thousand dollar baby bonus would be an incredible policy coming out of the white house
22:29that we should all be celebrating anything that's uplifting and propping up the family unit again is
22:36something that we should all be excited about at every life and public swear back in 2023 we actually
22:44implemented the exact same initiative we actually provide to all of our employees who have a baby or adopt a
22:51five thousand dollar baby bonus after taxes because we know that strong families build a strong nation i
22:58am very encouraged to see what is coming out of the administration right now because this actually
23:03allows us to have a stronger country for generations to come yeah that's so great so if you work for sarah
23:09you get ten thousand dollars five from donald trump and five from her okay so look at these numbers are
23:15really remarkable on this is the the the birth rate right now it's 1.617 births per one woman the current
23:22fertility rate needs to be around 2.1 um for in a in order for our population to replace itself this
23:29number really struck me sarah we just this year we have 76 000 less babies than just in 2022 so we clearly
23:40need to have more babies or as your company slogan says make more babies what can we do to you know i
23:46think what it's a cultural thing people think babies are a burden people think it's a bummer or it's gonna
23:52stop me from fulfilling my dreams and my passions but that's really not it what can we do to change
23:57the culture um besides offering financial incentives sure that's why at every life we are saying as many
24:05places as we can make more babies we need more children in this world not less as you mentioned
24:11we have a society today that sees motherhood fatherhood parenthood and children as an inconvenience
24:18a burden something that's going to steal them from being able to accomplish their dreams their goals
24:24i can tell you that careers come and go but being a parent is irreplaceable it's something that lasts
24:29forever having a child is actually your true legacy it's why we are here on earth we were
24:35meant to find god get married and to make babies we need to procreate this is a beautiful wonderful
24:42thing and so i'm excited that our company not only in our products and our messaging but also in the way
24:48that we are giving back we've already been able to hand out over 4.4 million diapers to moms and dads
24:54in need who desperately need the essentials like diapers and whites and i believe that we're just one
24:59example of what it looks like to stand up for the family unit i'm very encouraged again to see
25:05what is coming out of the white house and i hope to see all of this come true because it can really
25:10initiate something so special for years and years to come yeah an optimistic country is one where
25:16people want to have babies you know people ask me all the time about having babies and how many
25:20they should have and i always say because listen let's be honest it's it's hard work to have a baby
25:24you know they they need your attention they need a lot of a lot of things they need diapers they need
25:31love and time but i always say don't think about the right now think about how many babies
25:35or how many children you want around the table 20 years from now and i think too often young people
25:41aren't thinking far enough in advance about how they want to have their life feel like and be like
25:47when they're much older and of course there's also end of life stuff you know you want you want
25:53children because also going into old age it makes it better and they help care for you as well
25:58um sarah so great to have you on and we love what you do at your company and congratulations
26:04um to you on all the success of it you deserve it um thank you sarah thank you for having me you got
26:11it wisconsin republicans want to remove the judge charged with harboring an illegal immigrant how they
26:17plan to do it and we're going to check back with rick wrightbluth who's getting a look inside the

27:05everything nhra quarter midgets asphalt dirt we got uh if it's got wheels we have it what's amazing
27:11about these cars if you if you're not a huge nascar fan you think oh they drive stock cars they drive
27:16cars that you basically you can buy kind of that's the theory behind it but there's nothing else in
27:20there except for the driver's seat basically and and they're they're strapped in now they're really
27:24strapped in yeah the safety i don't think they understood what safety was back in the 60s and 70s
27:30you look inside to think steering wheel seat and that's about it and you look at today's uh cars on
27:37the nascar circuit the hans device everything keeping them buckled in there and i mean just it's it's
27:42amazing that these guys would have these massive crashes back then and and be able to walk away
27:47from it with that lack of safety and they they didn't always there were some really you know bad
27:51tragedies and and now they have these cars these crashes and you walk away there's a lot of history
27:56around how nascar started and how these races let's talk a little bit about this it was all running
28:01moonshine originally yeah it was moonshine that's how nascar got started and i was telling you before
28:06that bruce griffin car over here this thing is sweet uh it's awesome it's owned by bruce griffin neil
28:12bonnet one of the alabama gang members actually drove it but bruce griffin if you're if you're
28:16familiar with uh racing bruce griffin and gary hot shoes blues out of south florida they actually ran
28:22drugs out of their haulers and their cars and their race teams as they were traveling across the country
28:27and did it for many many years finally got caught and both those guys actually did prison time there
28:32you go so it's not something you should be doing at all here but it's part of the the history of this
28:37kind of a sport yeah drugs are batting k and that what uh he says yeah you don't want to run drugs
28:42and you get caught you go to prison all right there are a couple of the examples of what you can see
28:46here tell me just if somebody's driving along interstate 20 here cutting across alabama maybe
28:51heading to georgia give them their their in 20 words why you need to stop at this museum uh all kinds
28:56of awesome stuff in here whether it's jet rocket cars propelled by rockets whether it's uh something doing
29:03700 miles an hour or just the history of stock car racing come by and see us all right adam stocks
29:08thanks so much great having you this morning appreciate it appreciate it guys uh a lot more
29:12coming up here from talladega this weekend send it back to you great stuff rick we remember to put the
29:17moonshine in your check luggage when you bring it back turning now to your headlines the united states
29:24and iran making progress towards a nuclear deal yesterday after concluding their third round of
29:30negotiations the white house says the talks lasted over four hours describing them as both positive
29:35and productive with a promise to meet in europe for a fourth round of discussions this saturday
29:41president trump remains optimistic a deal can be reached without use of military force
29:48the usda is threatening to stop all imports of live animals including cattle and bison from mexico
29:55if the country fails to increase efforts to combat a dangerous parasite that's been migrating northward
30:01ag secretary brooke rollins warning mexico that quote if issues are not resolved by wednesday the usda
30:08will restrict the importation of all commodities animal commodities from mexico and those are your
30:16headlines did i read that this is some sort of flesh-eating parasite or something yeah it sounds
30:20horrifying sounds terrible that's something very tropical obviously this week whether or not that's
30:25resolved i'm out of ice custody wisconsin gop state representative tyler august joins us now tyler
30:32it's so great to have you on um tell us what your thoughts are on this case and also it seems to be
30:38spreading there's one in in sawyer county now another judge who says she's um upset about not being able
30:45to harbor illegals um and prevent them from being deported even those who are violent yeah good morning
30:52uh this is really uh an unfortunate situation to say the least uh if if you had told me that i would
30:58need to be weighing in on an issue such as this i would have never believed you historically unfortunately
31:04the left has become so extreme on the issue of illegal immigration that they're willing to put forward
31:11uh put put these illegal uh illegal alien criminals uh ahead of ahead of the safety uh and protection of
31:19united states citizens and that's something in wisconsin that we're simply not going to tolerate
31:24we are continuing to monitor the uh the federal charges uh against this milwaukee county judge uh but
31:32we stand we stand prepared to act uh and prepared to take this issue on uh this is so out out of
31:39bounds so outside of a norm uh this this judge needs to be held accountable should these charges uh
31:47move forward and a conviction come out of this and tyler what you are talking about taking action
31:54what are you looking at doing in terms of possibly removing uh judge dugan from the bench and how will
32:00that happen sure we're still talking to our colleagues here in the state assembly and i need to speak with
32:05our friends in the wisconsin state senate as well uh but really there's there's three options uh should
32:11should we decide to move forward there is uh impeachment there is what's called removal by address
32:18and then there's of course the the voters always have the right uh to uh to run a recall election to
32:25remove any elected official from office should they uh be should they feel that that's necessary
32:32uh so the first two options are obviously legislative remedies uh the impeachment would would be a
32:39majority vote of the state assembly and then a trial in the state senate the removal by address uh would
32:46be a higher vote threshold in both houses to to remove uh but like i said unlike uh we'll continue to
32:54monitor this uh should this this judge could save us all a lot of a lot of uh headaches and save us all a
33:00lot of time and just simply resign these actions are so outside of the norm and what the expectations
33:07that wisconsinites have for their judges that uh i think resignation at this point would be would
33:13certainly be the right the right thing to do to try and uh do the right thing for once here do you see any
33:19indication that she's thinking about that uh we haven't seen any indication of that of course the the
33:25liberals uh in milwaukee and across the state are rallying around her again they've become so extreme
33:32on this issue of illegal immigration that uh
