00:32teams i should say in the eastern conference now do they have the all-star break coming up or is that

00:36hockey i'm thinking oh hockey i believe is coming up this weekend have to double check that but the

00:43basketball all-star game should be approaching uh very soon as well okay yes absolutely uh speaking

00:49of the lakers uh lebron james still sitting on 117 points away from passing kareem abdul-jabbar

00:57for the most points in nba history he had a bit of a tweaked knee last night but once he gets back

01:03into action i'm thinking around five games or so well i mean because well three games it's doable

01:10but that would be 40 points a game right i mean lebron james is amazing he could do it possible you

01:15know we could do it um but uh you know if you if you're conservative about it you know he's been

01:21around 25 points for his career so that would be about five games and that is really an incredible

01:28record basketball doesn't have you know a lot of the big records like the base baseball's got the

01:34home run record a lot of records and then you know football you're kind of like the uh the quarterback

01:39touchdown record you know that brady and uh payton uh we're always going after and stuff like that

01:45not as many of them i mean really it's kareem you know kareem abdul-jabbar the all-time nba scorer he

01:51was formerly the only guy to score over 38 000 points for his career lebron now is just the second

01:59guy to do that what if lebron does it in the all-star game to those no that doesn't they don't count no

02:06that doesn't that does not because there's no defense yeah i mean yeah yeah that would be a great

02:12waiver lebron though to get the 170 points he just he just tells the guys hey they're counting the

02:18all-star game so everyone back off that would actually be fun to watch uh but we'll see what

03:00surgery which is such a tough break for this rookie sensation who came out and just blew everyone

03:05away in a story that was almost like the football version of roy hobbs in the natural you know it's

03:11just absolutely incredible what he was doing out there drag for him um yeah hope he doesn't need

03:16tommy john surgery that's that's a little bit scary um now football odds makers are saying right now

03:24the eagles are a two-point favorite no way still a very close game but uh yeah i guess you know philly

03:32has done a lot i mean they were the number one team in the nfc uh well they were the number one

03:37team in football record wise yeah uh certainly have a great defense they have a great offense

03:42uh but i think it's going to be a very close game you know patrick mahomes is just he is he's he's

03:50becoming a legend right in front of our eyes i would i would have imagined that he and his team

03:54would have been the favorites but maybe not we'll see what happens we still have a couple sundays

03:59you know it's still two sundays away before the uh super bowl and finally baseball former
