00:00Listen, he can make you an omelet, or he can cook up some meth for you.
00:08What happens when you mix the Waffle House with meth?
00:13A lot.
00:14Was the meth smothered, covered?
00:16Well, 3 o'clock in the morning at a Waffle House.
00:19I'm guessing there might be some meth inside, right?
00:21Some of the patrons, maybe?
00:23I mean.
00:24At 3 o'clock in the morning?
00:25Certainly wouldn't surprise me.
00:27Yeah, this is out of Tennessee.
00:28We got a criminal prosecution.
00:31Investigators allege that Anthony James Silcox, 31, a cook, sold meth from a Waffle House in Kerryville.
00:42That's a town about 30 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee.
00:47Yeah, cops made the arrest.
00:51Cops had a search warrant in hand.
00:53They raided the Waffle House.
00:55They arrested Silcox.
00:57While he was standing at the grill, he might have been making, like, the steak and eggs or something.
01:03Oh, it sounds so good right now.
01:05With the waffle-thin steak.
01:08Everything on Waffle House's menu is delicious.
01:10You know that.
01:11A search of Silcox yielded that he had 3.3 grams of crystal-like substance believed to be meth, as well as drug paraphernalia.
01:20During the police interview, Silcox reportedly admitted to selling meth from the Waffle House, but he said that he does not sell methamphetamine every day, but has sold methamphetamine several times in the past year.
01:33Yeah, cops reported that Silcox stated that he was just trying to make a living and was currently residing in—he was living in—he was residing in his Ford F-150 truck and at random motels.
01:50Hey, man, let's try to make ends meet.
01:54You got a short-order cook.
01:55You got the grill guy at the Waffle House.
01:59And, listen, he can make you an omelet, or he can cook up some meth for you as well.
02:05Yeah, I'd like a Denver omelet and meth, please.
02:08Maybe you can mix the meth in the omelet.
02:11In the omelet, yeah, that's exactly right.
02:13You know, too bad this is Wednesday, you know?
02:15Too bad it's Wednesday.
02:18This would have been a much better Monday story, you know?
02:20Six o'clock already, I was just in the middle of a dream.
02:27I thought I heard MJ talk about crystal methamphetamine.
02:33It's just another Meth Lab Monday.
02:36Wednesday.
02:38Yeah.
02:38The crooks are on the run day.
02:41Oh, yeah.
02:42The cops are gonna come, Dave.
02:46It's gonna be a fun day.
02:49It's just another Meth Lab Monday.
02:51Wednesday.
02:53Yeah, Wednesday.
02:55Yeah, what were we gonna say, Rox?
02:56You know their motto is good food fast.
02:58So you'll be eating fast, talking fast, moving fast after a side of meth with your Denver omelet.
03:03Is that really their motto?
03:04Good food fast.
03:05Really?
03:06I didn't know that.
03:07I never knew Waffle House even had a motto.
03:09All I knew is that they had a rectangular-shaped building with yellow block letters.
03:15That's all you need.
03:16That's it.
03:17And that waffle maker that they pour the batter into.
03:22Yeah.
03:22That's all I knew.
03:24All right.
03:25You ready for this one?
03:26You ready for another moron?
03:26That was Tennessee.
03:27Let's move morons now to L.A.
03:30video surveillance shows burglars smashing a car into a jewelry store front window.
03:43Got this?
03:43So surveillance video captures two burglars crashing into a Westwood, Los Angeles storefront stealing jewelry.
03:54Guess what?
03:57The jewelry they stole, it was fake display jewelry.
04:01Aw.
04:04Good try.
04:05I didn't know.
04:05That's smart to do.
04:07They got away with $200 worth of fake merchandise.
04:10But the damage, the damage to the building is like upwards of $20,000, according to the owners of the jewelry store.
04:18Yeah, that's the problem.
04:19Yeah, incident happened on Sunday.
04:21Law enforcement agencies continued to invest-a-migate.
04:27But there have been these smash-and-grabs, these violent robberies, you know, all over the country.
04:32I've seen some videos of just, like, a pack of 50 people running in some super high-end stores and leaving with everything.
04:39Like a flash mob of, like, robbery.
04:41They just do it in, like, 10 seconds.
04:43Yeah, I mean, there's really-
04:44Home Depots are getting hit.
04:45You've got a Gucci store.
04:48It wasn't a-
04:48Louis Vuitton.
04:49That's right.
04:50Louis Vuitton.
04:51And Lululemon.
04:52And smash-and-grab.
04:53It's like-
04:54And California's really bad.
04:56Los Angeles, the San Francisco area, Oakland.
04:58They're, like, smash-and-grabbing places.
05:01Chicago's that way, too.
05:02A bunch of places.
05:03So, here's-
05:04Burglars smash a vehicle into the front of a jewelry store to get the jewelry out of the front display in the windows.
05:10And it's fake jewelry that's just there for display.
05:15Big old-
05:16We got away with $200 worth of fake jewelry.
05:19I guess there is still some value to fake jewelry, but they thought they were going to get real stuff, and they got-
05:23They got garbage is what they got.
