01:22There are multiple women realtors
01:24That have been experiencing
01:26And have had these encounters
01:27With this same man
01:29At least 12 of us that we know
01:31Spanning as far back as
01:34July of last year
01:35And as recent as
01:36April 12th
01:37Angela Julian says her experience
01:40At an open house last summer
01:41Still unsettles her
01:43And now she knows
01:44She's not alone
01:45Came in
01:46Looked around the house
01:48Asked questions
01:49Asked me to show him the backyard
01:51So I showed him the backyard
01:52Then he proceeded to tell me
01:54That I had an ant on my foot
01:56And I started hopping around
01:59Trying to figure out where the ant was
02:01The victims say
02:02They've been targeted by a man
02:04Pretending to be a potential buyer
02:06Several of them claim
02:07He used excuses like bugs or ants
02:10To get close and touch their feet
02:13I didn't see an ant
02:14But he kept telling me
02:15That it went behind my shoe
02:17And so he started to unbuckle my shoe
02:19And caress my foot
02:21After sharing her experience online
02:23Julian discovered she wasn't alone
02:25One woman commenting on a post saying

02:29In February at my friend's open house
02:31When I had a listing
02:32This incident prompting
02:34A safety alert for agents
