00:00Hello there and a very good morning to you on this Thursday morning which is
00:04rather chilly for some there's some sunshine around as well let's take a
00:09look at the bigger picture we do have high pressure extending across the UK
00:13notice low pressure sitting across Iceland and it may just throw in a few
00:18sherry bursts through the weekend across the far west there as we head through
00:22Saturday into Sunday the temperatures will slowly recover it's going to turn
00:26even warmer with the chances and thundry showers towards the southwest on Sunday
00:31for the time being if you are stepping out as I said it's rather cool in
00:35places a mix of clouds and some sunny breaks coming through for England and
00:39Wales but one or two drizzly showers along this eastern side a fine morning
00:43across Northern Ireland as well as Scotland watch out for one or two mist
00:47and fog patches and a dry start across Shetland as well as Orkney now as we head
00:54through the morning not a lot of change clouds will drift across the sky any
00:59drizzly showers will tend to fade away and they'll be more in the way of
01:03brighter skies and sunshine coming through the breeze is fairly brisk down towards
01:09Channel coasts and elsewhere it's just a dry day a fine day with some lovely
01:14sunshine temperatures rising very nicely through the morning into the afternoon so
01:20most places seeing the mid to high teens however along this eastern side here
01:25temperatures holding around 12 to 14 degrees Celsius with an onshore breeze in
01:30shelter further west though you'll see temperatures coming in around 17 to 19 so
01:34feeling warm in that sunshine it's worth noting UV levels are moderate in the
01:39northwest but mostly high now through this evening and overnight we'll see that
01:44cloud just come and go again some clearer skies temperatures falling down to
01:48single figures across many parts so again a cooler start to the day but it will be
01:54bright any cloud across England and Wales breaking up a fine day to be out and
01:59about with a light breeze and some strong sunshine coming through temperatures
02:04recovering across this eastern side 16 or 17 inland we'll likely see a 20 where
02:09you see some shelter and with that sunshine now on Saturday notice a few showers
02:15creeping in across the outer Hebrides one or two could just about crop up across
02:19Northern Ireland as well but there will be some fine dry and warm weather here
02:24elsewhere lots of sunshine a lovely day yet again and temperatures into the 20s so
02:3018 to 22 degrees Celsius and warmer still on Sunday but watch out for some
02:35thundry showers down towards the west country
