01:03so we did the parades and funerals and the one christmas eve i was in my barracks and everybody
01:10was leaving to go for christmas vacation this girl that lives in philly said uh gary what are you doing
01:16she like saw me in the hallway i go no i'm just gonna hang out like christmas the next day she
01:20goes you ain't gonna spend christmas by yourself so her and her boyfriend i rode with them to philly
01:25and i spent christmas morning with her dad who was a philly firefighter and her family and his her
01:32brother went out so the next morning it's christmas morning i had a gift under the tree i said nobody
01:37knew i was coming it was soap on a rope old spice and her brother goes hey bro i had to run out last
01:43night you gotta have one gift under the tree i was like but it was it was the best gift i used that
01:49soap on a rope there was nothing but rope like i really used it yeah man that was a good philly night
01:56how did you end up in the presidential uh honor guard well when you're in boot camp they said
02:02everyone over six foot with a 34 inch waist um come down and we met with these they had they gave
02:08this big presentation and so of course you want to sign up they sell it to you right you're on the
02:14white house lawn and you're doing these parades and funerals in arlington they're like oh that sounds
02:17cool and then i didn't know they did a background check right so you're on the white house lawn a
02:22lot right so i think there was 80 guys that signed up four of us made it wow i was 17 though i had no
02:29police record you can't have no police record okay you know there was guys that had like unpaid
02:33speeding tickets that couldn't do it they didn't know they had i had nothing i didn't have a driver's
02:37license nothing i was just like this i'm barely here man that was like your whole background you
02:42had nothing so what the hell right you mentioned ben simmons are you a basketball fan because i know
02:47i know you're a football yeah yeah i like sports all right you know i'm a bingles fan huge really

06:06they are uh 17 right i got a son 27 a son 17 and my daughter's 15. how is that possible right
