00:00Starting with Liverpool and ahead of transfer windows, we always like to look at players
00:07who we discuss multiple times, players who they might get in or positions they might
00:11improve on, but what about players who need to make sure they tie down new deals or have
00:18a big stance at the club before a window when the future can certainly be uncertain? Who
00:24are Liverpool's biggest assets ahead of the transfer windows coming up and how important
00:29is it that they actually remain at the club?
00:31It's a funny one when you say assets because obviously the ones you look at are Mo Salah
00:36and Bertie Van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, all three are out of contract ahead of January
00:41so I don't think Liverpool's entertaining any bids for any of them to be honest in the
00:47middle of the window, especially how this season's going, but in terms of a mark of
00:52value it's not actually significant, hopefully them deals get sorted out, but there's not
01:01any players you'd be worried Liverpool would lose really, I mean obviously Luis Diaz has
01:08attracted interest in the past, he's attracted interest from Barcelona and you're probably
01:14looking at players like Isilk maybe, not that I don't think Liverpool would want to sell
01:18anyone anyway, but when you're talking about assets, him and the likes of Alexis McAllister
01:24who's having a really good season, Ibrahima Kanate, but if you look at January maybe,
01:30is there anyone going to leave? I can't see many leaving to be quite frank, maybe if a
01:38big coming forward, Taro Endo, if Liverpool went and got another midfielder in, we'll
01:43deal with that, I'm thankful we can earn a little bit of money back here on Endo, he
01:48hasn't played a lot under Arne Slott, and if Liverpool got another number six in, would
01:53he be surplus to requirements or do they keep him around for an extra body and someone who
01:58can help see out games? With Alisson Becker coming back to fitness, would Liverpool have
02:06a decision to make on Kevin Callagher if a decent offer came in, you know Callagher's
02:09been outstanding during his time in the team, bar the mistake at Newcastle, all goalkeepers
02:17make a mistake, but he'll have a year and a half left on his deal with Liverpool if
02:21the right big came in, think well do we sell him or do they have that risk that Alisson
02:26who's had two fairly serious injuries for goalkeepers now, in the past year, would Liverpool
02:34look at that and think well no we can't risk it because what if Alisson gets injured again,
02:38Mahmoud Ashfili is not coming in until the summer and Vytautaslav Djaros wouldn't have
02:43the experience to be a goalkeeper in a Premier League title push, so there might be some
02:51decisions to make but I can't really see too many players, if any, leaving in January.
