00:44 So even in our factory when I wanted to put women workers on the assembly line,
00:47 my general manager said that, "No, women will not be suitable."
00:51 So I think I saw him as a bottleneck, so just removed him actually.
00:55 Because it will not work, you know, because I think we just have to move on.
01:00 So I don't think that⊠I mean, of course there are stereotypes,
01:03 but I think you just have to see that and you just have to remove it
01:06 and you have to just keep going, number one.
01:08 And number two is that what I found is that, you know,
01:11 there is tremendous support available in the ecosystem.
01:14 I think when people look at you, they look at that this lady is not going to give up,
01:19 I think people will support.
01:20 And I think for us, I think it was extremely fortunate
01:24 that we decided to do in a place where there are lot of enterprising things happening
01:29 and stereotypes can be broken up by the leader
01:33 and I think you have to be at the front and you have to lead by example
01:37 and you have to execute on the ground and then I think things will fall in place.
