00:00You asked the question, how are we to respond to this unprovoked aggression?
00:05In India, they would say this wasn't unprovoked.
00:08This was the consequence of the Palgam attack in April.
00:14What do you see as the provocation?
00:16Well, it is totally unprovoked.
00:20When Palgam happened, there were two things that India should have listened to.
00:25Number one, we wanted some credible evidence that they could have presented to us or to the international community regarding Pakistan's involvement.
00:34Or they could have joined an independent, transparent investigation into the incident.
00:39If they had opted for either of the two, we would have said, you know, we would have come to the conclusion of it as to whether Pakistan was involved or Pakistan was not involved.
00:48We are not involved. We were not responsible for what happened at Palgam.
00:51But India, totally unprovoked, they refused to provide credible evidence with regard to Pakistan's involvement in this incident.
01:01And they also refused to join an independent investigation into the incident so that the truth could unravel.
01:10So under the circumstances, there is absolutely nothing else that one could say that this assault has been totally unprovoked.
