00:11the reason that this is a problem is because we no longer mean it and it
00:15doesn't have the same credence that it did before so we're apologizing for
00:18things that we did not cause nor are we in control of so this is something like
00:23having bad phone signal someone bumps into you and you immediately apologize
00:27for that somebody stands on your toes you're apologizing to them for them
00:32standing on your toes and the issue with it is that now the word sorry no longer
00:35carries the same credence and unfortunately when you want to use it
00:39now it no longer packs the same punch that it once did so you need to tone it
00:44down on the I'm sorry and I certainly do it way too much I say I'm sorry
