00:00The palace has assured that the public that Prime Water Infrastructure Corporation will be given due process following calls from Bayan Muna for President Ferdinand Marcus Jr. to issue an executive order reviewing and canceling its joint venture agreements with local water districts.
00:18The palace emphasized that the process could not be rushed, stressing that the law must be followed to ensure that no party is unfairly treated. The administration's response comes amid mounting concerns over alleged irregularities in Prime Water services which have reportedly affected around 16 million Filipinos.
00:41Malacanang also confirmed that President Ferdinand Marcus Jr. has already ordered an investigation into the matter, now being led by the Local Water Utilities Administration or LOA.
