Nice stiff hand with your thumb raised and you're going to start with the tape running down in this position here. Okay, so I like to work around the wrist and we're heading up towards the thumb. Nice loop around the thumb. Keep that thumb nice and stiff there.
00:30Nice loop and then back down and back round the wrist. Okay, then we're going to repeat that same motion back up, round the thumb, back down in a figure of eight, round the wrist. One for luck, up and round and back down.
