00:00Okay, we're going to demonstrate the basic elbow strapping. We're going to use the Tiger Tear EAB, and this is going to be our start position.
00:09Okay, so starting this position here with the elbow slightly flexed, we're going to work our way around the arm for a lap,
00:20and then work our way down on a 45 degree angle and round the lower arm.
00:30Then we're going to work our way back on another 45 degrees, back up the arm, and then we can repeat if we want to put extra reinforcements.
