01:10in a little while I have to convince Jen to stay I'm definitely out if we can't figure something out
01:16with my restroom yes this is a good win for you Paige wow okay this is a deep breath situation this is
01:22my Achilles heel and I don't know what to do yet let's go and I have to convince Theo to move tons of
01:29natural light coming in oh wow wow Paige gonna give you an extra garage no David will does this feel
01:35like a house you could see yourself moving to yes welcome home wow are you gonna love it or are you
01:42going to list it hi I'm Jen I'm Theo we're the owners of this uh three bedroom sorry four bedroom
01:55feels like three we have two kids Lucas ten and Naya five my kids were born in this house I have that
02:02memory and building on that is the reason why I want to stay in this home Theo has a hard time
02:09letting go of things with the way that our family is growing now this is in our house anymore there's
02:15not enough storage not enough bathrooms kitchen's not functional I can't even do the laundry without
02:21hitting my backside on the furnace this is Naya's bedroom it used to be the nursery it's still the
02:28nursery we have her in a baby bed still because the room is so small it doesn't fit the length of a bed
02:34because of this wall the best feature in this home is the backyard and the pool our kids love it David
02:40is gonna have a hard time finding a pool I don't think so I've seen David work his magic we bought this
02:46as a starter home I see that there's potential and I believe Paige can pull that potential out of
02:51this home and I'm not leaving this house has reached its expiry it's time to go this is lovely
02:59it beautiful lake swans got everything going on here and you know what else this is what is it just
03:05minutes away from our new clients home but there's lots of houses that are five minutes from the lake
03:11lots of them that are for sale I didn't say that I think all the jibber-jabbing we're doing doesn't
03:16really mean much let's go see the house before we go gotta take a selfie all right hey it was in
03:22focus of the winner I was in the picture too after you oops already breaking my door wow sorry I'm sure
03:33that this is bothering somebody this is bothering me right now it's bothering me too wow beautiful
03:42huge living room so they have an eat-in kitchen but the counter space is almost non-existent and
03:49when you've got two kids I mean you're constantly making lunches making dinner yeah making breakfast
03:54and you've got no space to do it and as a mom who had three kids a big family galley kitchens get
04:00really tight so I can see why we're here well I'm here anyway and I don't really need you here
04:08but I know why I'm here already oh they have a pool a nice huge pool now this fireplace is
04:18interesting it's very misplaced it's such a bad I've been downstairs or in that living room okay why
04:24am I talking about this let me find some more good turn left and then you've got a mud room which is
04:30always needed in a house holy crap this is jam-packed with stuff well that's because they haven't
04:37created the storage to put it into to create the space David basement gentleman first nobody says
04:48that nobody ever says that it's a new day oh the kid zone wow I like the space wow it's just filled
05:00with stuff yeah this is oh wow yeah look at all of it oh look it from when their babies were born in
05:09the house this is so sweet oh and those little and those little footies can travel to the new
05:16house pretty easily they're staying here they're staying here look at the storage they've got in
05:20here it's probably closed no it's worse it's the pantry that's because they have zero storage upstairs
05:26I know I have the same site that you have mine might be better though because I can see further
05:30than you can see with what I can turn this into you've got something you don't want to look at
05:36no I have to see this what is going on in here in a downstairs full bath well it's not a full bath
05:42did you see this you didn't look all the way around it's a shower it's not a full bath it's a
05:46three-piece a full bath yeah you need a bathtub and a shower is it a suit or a bathroom you know
05:51we're having a loss in translation because where I'm from this is a full bathroom it has a shower
05:55you're getting ripped off apparently so are your clients with en suites that don't have bathtubs
06:01laundry room great love a good basement laundry I do listen I have some tricks up my sleeve okay
06:07anything you can do will help them and me you do realize that when you help yourself you're actually
06:13helping me too that's going to increase the value or equity to move into the new house but you know
06:19what that really means what does it mean that I always win that's not true second floor let's do it
06:26I'm very excited to see this second floor and all right so we got four bedrooms up here and a bathroom
06:31this bathroom's a good size good thing because it's probably the only one up here
06:34this is a baby girl's bedroom can you imagine a teenager in this room where does the big bed go
06:42because you can't sleep in this forever you cannot you can barely get a single in here it's a small
06:48bedroom you're right it's a decent main bedroom what do we have up here we technically have four
06:53bedrooms technically I guess yes they have four bedrooms and one bathroom okay so I have a little bit
06:58of work to do let's hope we have a big budget for that little work I know the problems in this house
07:04and I know exactly what Jen and Theo need could this starter home be there forever could but I think
07:12it's always gonna come with a challenge or two on the main floor I know exactly what to do they have
07:18a galley kitchen and they need storage check it's done my biggest challenge is is the fact that they are
07:24so close to the lake because people that are close to the lake always want to be close to the lake but
07:30the basement well the basement that's a nightmare a lot to talk about hey David should be here any
07:45moment look at that good morning everyone good morning good morning oh this is an exciting day
07:51isn't it yes how you guys feeling overwhelmed that's real you could be moving in a little
07:57while yes it's very exciting so excited also be staying in a little while you know one of the
08:03glaring things about your house when we walked through it was the lack of storage a good reno and
08:07reconfiguring some of the spaces we can find that space in our home oh I agree with you oh what do you
08:17think David I think it's time to look elsewhere I love the neighborhood love the lake love everything
08:23about it our house is just we've outgrown it over the course of 15 years a lot of things change including
08:30the price of homes I've done an evaluation on your home and currently it is seven hundred and twenty
08:35five thousand dollars okay and that's obviously before Paige does the wonderful job that she's going
08:40to do which is going to increase the value and give you more equity to get the new house exactly so Theo
08:45what do I need to give you to get you out of that house four bedrooms okay three bathrooms in on
08:52suite large Eden kitchen two-car garage finished basement in a big yard because currently we have
08:58a backyard oasis and it's become a must as long as we have enough space for a pool as long as we can put a
09:04pool in and it needs to be in proximity of our current home within 10 minutes 15 minutes let's give you
09:1215 minutes easy with the hands 15 minutes to the lake would be pushing it what is the budget I know
09:19we talked money a little bit but you guys weren't firm on it we'll start with 850 and see what you can
09:24find us I have a question does this 850 include if you have to build a new pool we have to add on top of
09:30that 850 which is a question it's fair 850 to the budget and then they'll then if they have to put a
09:35pool in that will be something that they'll make sure you guys remember that part let's get there okay
09:40so Jen what do I have to do Jenny oh we have a list too okay I have a list ready to go but the longer
09:46the better we need to renovate the kitchen okay I need more storage and the mudroom update that
09:52basement renovate that basement bathroom renovate that laundry room okay um and then the we're
09:58almost done I'll finish it for you okay most important if you want me to stay Maya's bedroom
10:05it doesn't fit the length of a bed in her room no problem there's plenty of areas to take from let
10:11me worry about that what are you gonna take from David if I didn't know how to build a table I wouldn't
10:17be at the table let me worry about that how much is the budget to get this pretty big renovation
10:23done 140 140 000. you know what that number doesn't scare me no I'm pretty confident that with your
10:31needs list Jen I can get all the work done to make this your forever home no no no no no there's gonna be
10:39a little sign on the front lot and you know what the sign's gonna say I love this home with a sold
10:45sticker on it hey Paige how are you good there's a new one what are you doing a lot and the budget

11:01this double door into a single door and then here banister gotta go and then the flooring from here the
11:08whole main floor living room all new flooring all new flooring okay so come into this great galley
11:14kitchen and a fireplace we're gonna take it out watch the plan follow me my friends I'm following
11:20so here's the actual mud room so I want to divide and conquer this space get rid of the fireplace and
11:26create a walk-in pantry wall it up add a couple of pantry doors so that there's your pantry and then
11:33you can still come in still have coat hooks and you still have a mud room area so when you come back
11:38out you have two doors right here you open up you walk in boom close it up out of sight awesome this
11:44is one of my saving graces to keep Jen in there yeah it's a massive upgrade I want to take out the
11:48slider close this whole wall up take this counter run and take it all the way down to the wall now
11:54they have plenty of cabinet space more counter space and then here to an appliance garage so that
12:00they have a coffee station it's a big change but it's not a lot of work oh I'm gonna give you some
12:04work don't ask me twice welcome to the basement that's a lot of stone a lot of stone okay oh there's
12:16a lot of space in there well great so here's the first part of the work I want it all to come down
12:22I know that's a lot I'll help you come down and do built-ins across the whole wall that's full-on stone
12:30this is not faux no that's four inch thick coursing well you wanted more work yeah maybe I regret what
12:37I said well there's more okay come on there's more here's where the work comes in starting with
12:43this really creepy bathroom so we're just gonna pull everything out I'm going to square it off
12:47enlarge the shower a new vanity a new toilet and make it user-friendly this side is their current
12:54laundry room I would love to take the laundry room and flip it to this side because what I really want
13:01to do is give them a dedicated laundry room with counter space for folding and new cabinetry that's
13:07the basement and um yeah a lot of work down here now there is the top floor we have one more space
13:13this is the room Matt mm-hmm that will make me or break me why well this is their daughter's room
13:22mm-hmm and I have to figure out what to do in here so that she can grow into this space we're taking
13:28some walls down nope we can't there's nowhere to go the basement I feel like we have covered the main
13:33floor we have covered this is my Achilles heel and I don't know what to do yet so all right so this
13:42house is gonna keep them in their neighborhood house beautifully finished main floor not only
13:46that I have doubled their garage size four bedrooms four bathrooms decent sized backyard the only thing
13:55I don't know at this point is how they're gonna feel about the basement good morning welcome to the
14:06neighborhood 15-minute drive yeah but the walk to the lake is too far well here's the thing more square
14:11footage and you've now got a two-car garage I see that Paige gonna give you an extra garage
14:15no David well here you have your formal living room dining room combination oh yeah oh this is
14:27really nice this is nice all right amazing come around the corner because it's got something you
14:32don't currently have which is gonna be helpful oh main floor your main floor laundry it's perfect
14:39it seems a little tight and small like it was in the basement but it's not downstairs yes
14:43well it is still down from the main floor you know what she's talking about stop being coy
14:51so this is your eat-in kitchen ooh family room combination windows everywhere tons of natural
14:59light coming in look at the space you have in here oh this is cozy I like this room it's really nice
15:05I love the deep cupboards mm-hmm I can fit all my appliances inside yeah that's your pantry is in
15:10your kitchen where it should be the backyard is a little small I don't see a deck pool does look a
15:17little small from here it is a little small let's head downstairs okay to see the basement and then we'll
15:23head up to the second floor where the real treats are now we move into the basement unfinished it is
15:30unfinished but it's big space I mean the only positive is is that it could be a clean slate we
15:34can do what we want with it let's roll with that okay oh this is bright oh wow is this the primary no not
15:42even close what no this is one of your kids bedrooms and it has a bathroom it does your kids are gonna
15:49have access to their own bathroom you have to see what's through there so this would probably be your
15:54daughter's bedroom ah she would love this I don't know how you could potentially get this for your
16:01daughter in your house I have faith page yeah yeah well wait to see this you might lose some come on
16:06this is the main bedroom what is this not incredible this is huge it's massive it's perfect and a massive
16:14ensuite oh wow this is big it's a little dated but it's a massive space you've got a huge soaker tub
16:23you put new countertops in and you know and paint those cupboards out and you will see how quickly
16:28it changes I mean no matter what page does you're still going to end up in a better situation here
16:34in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms that house will never give us an ensuite
16:39so how do you feel about this house overall for you I like the house I think the space is great I
16:47like main floor laundry now it does have room to grow here that's what we wanted but you know the
16:53walk to the lake is a little longer what do you think this house is listed at I'm thinking around 1
16:58million I would say 920. this house is listed at $850,000 which is your budget where do we go
17:05from here I need that finished basement and the backyard is a necessity we need the yard yeah we need the yard
17:12the lot size really is part of the financial part right it's kind of gets you this much house if the
17:17lot was much bigger huge then we probably wouldn't be looking at it right because the price would be
17:21too high if we needed to to get us that yard I'm sure we could stretch the budget
17:28that went just fine and I do believe Jenny just opened the door to a larger budget you know what that
17:38means that means it just opened up everything what was this about more money where are we gonna get
17:45the money from you're telling me that if he doesn't show you everything that's on that list that we can't
17:51find a little bit more money we'll come into the kitchen and let's start here because I think this is
18:02going to be my favorite transformation I want to turn this space right here into your walk-in pantry
18:08my what walk-in pantry I love it okay yeah it's gonna be amazing and then I just want to wall this
18:17whole space up get rid of these slider doors and extend the whole counter and cabinet space all the
18:23way to this wall so we have plenty of prep space counter space storage space and turn this wall into
18:30an appliance garage so you have a coffee station you have blenders and then guess what when you're
18:35done with everything you could close it up and you just have beautiful built-ins like that idea I don't
18:41like that idea I don't like that idea Paige why not those sliding doors we use all summer long to get in
18:49and out of the house right to use to get to the pool to get to the barbecue I was thinking that since you
18:55have the side door in such close proximity that we could just use that to go outside it's just awkward
19:00going out the side and around if we're to stay I want an appliance garage I just don't want every
19:06time I need something I have to go down into the basement you'll have the pantry that you can put the
19:10appliances in the slider has to stay maybe David can find us a house that oh boy okay oh David talk
19:17around me oh one more thing Paige yes any plans with our daughter's room I'm working on that as well
19:22okay I'm definitely out if we can't figure something out with Maya's room well I'm between a rock and a
19:29hard place on one hand if I lose the doors I lose Theo but if I don't I lose Jenny you're not willing to
19:35compromise on that no I don't know I honestly hope David pulls through David has his own challenges
19:41with my list good vibes only please this isn't good vibes doesn't look good I see it I'm not sure what's
19:57happened but it is definitely peeling away from the house wow yeah even though we are taking it out
20:05of the basement I know and well that's the whole point so we can get rid of it because it's falling
20:09over we might as well just get rid of it it's not being in use anymore once we start inspections
20:13if the city sees this we may not even be allowed to close the permits like it's it's unsafe it's got to
20:20be done okay but what now if we take this chimney down it's not as simply as just pulling it off the
20:24house and walking away we have to fix all the siding going to repair the roof repair the brick
20:29I get that how much is it go 12 grand to get it down $12,000 I don't have $12,000 for it like at all
20:37Jenny and Theo are gonna love this house incredible open concept main floor eat-in kitchen family room
20:46combination it's got five bedrooms four bathrooms it's got a two-car garage plus the little
20:54feature in the backyard I think they're like good morning hi David I'm impressed so far I love the
21:05look of the house yeah well I see double garage yep that's nice it will deliver everything on the box
21:10but it's not in walking distance to the lake like our houses but it's 15 minutes away not too far all
21:16right right all right let's take a look amazing let's go oh wow got your formal living room which
21:23is spacious I like it yeah beautiful formal dining room seating for enough people if you're having a
21:28big party so far so good the main event is right this way which is wall-to-wall windows and natural
21:35light it's a nice oh I like this open space I like this little family room it feels cozy cozy yeah
21:40oh it's nice I really like it let's get a close look at the kitchen all right so you've got your
21:46eat-in area you've got your peninsula you've got your gas stove perfect nope this is a good size
21:51lots of storage yeah lots of counter space does this feel like a house you could see yourself possibly
21:57moving to yes you said that very quickly I like that yes let's go see the backyard all right oh
22:03this is nice so plenty of grass area for the kids to run around no complaints here no plenty of
22:10grass area well the pool's a little bit smaller than ours I'm not doing laps they're going in
22:14there to get wet yeah does it make you smile a little because I'm waiting for the smile okay there
22:19you go that's the smile that I wanted so much more to see oh you're making me happy today David so
22:23let's head downstairs to see the basement oh yes yes oh oh and oh there's lots of oh's down here
22:29try to imagine your basement renovated how do you think it will compare to this we won't be getting
22:34this much space okay to the second floor your bedroom oh wow this is a good size I like this
22:44have a look at the bathroom okay yeah it's nice so you've got a good size shower yeah right you've
22:51got a soaker tub you've got everything you need in here nice window natural light and you've got an
22:56ensuite you are not sharing a bathroom with your kids that's right see I see it if he checks off all
23:04the boxes and you have no choice what to move oh I like that idea kids bedrooms this is probably
23:11the smallest okay of the bedrooms on this upper level but next door bedroom okay it's crazy beautiful
23:19oh wow yeah yeah oh wow she'd love this or we could put Lucas here because he's the oldest and then I
23:26could have the other room which is just as good just as good bigger for her sure is this an upgrade
23:31I mean in terms of bedrooms for your kids definitely right yeah for sure you've seen
23:38everything tell me how you feel about it overall backyard's perfect yeah pretty much checks off all
23:45the boxes I think so okay what do you think this house is listed at 999 okay what do you think
23:51I'm thinking about 980 this house is listed at 900 000 so still that 50 000 over budget it delivers
24:01everything and it delivers things that you are not going to get from page that maybe you know are worth
24:08an extra 50 grand so what do you want to do I say let's keep an eye on this one but let's see another
24:16one to compare maybe a little closer to the lake definitely closer to the budget all right good good

25:44just jump to it so what this is is this is the flu to your fireplace that was here that was being
25:52directed through an old window that has been since covered up and basically was very dangerous so we're
25:59going to fix it to make it safe secure what were they thinking now there's more though you guys okay
26:06this is a deep breath situation so on the exterior of your house where your chimney is so here's your
26:11house here's your chimney your chimney's peeling away from the house like literally like it could fall
26:17at any second you have to be joking I'm not I wish I was I'm just gonna jump to it it's very expensive
26:23it's twelve thousand dollars and that's outside of any budget that I have and it has to be done
26:30what are we gonna do I don't know I have no idea we don't have that money we don't I did look at
26:38our budget and I was just thinking where can I move things around and the one place that I have
26:44not touched yet I know you see me pointing over there no is the new laundry room that's plumbing
26:50that's electrical no that's excavating that's concrete work I haven't touched it hey so it's
26:56about the same price don't even I need that laundry room page I don't want you to have it that was a
27:01must-have I know David showed us houses with laundry rooms I know I know and I can't stay I know you
27:07won't stay if there's no laundry room okay this is too much for me right now I just need a minute
27:12can we talk about this yeah yeah okay oh my gosh it's all right no it's not all right where are we
27:20gonna get the money so mad right now you have no idea okay we'll find some other way to fix it
27:26no you find some I'm going oh
27:29so the engineer has come up with an idea that the city seems on board with of time back the
27:41chimney to the existing house with a fabricated steel bracket that will go around the chimney
27:47and tie it back to the house forever well how much is gonna cost two thousand leave it here only two
27:52thousand save ten thousand city's happy engineer's happy no I'm very happy yes okay and Theo and Jen
27:58will be here soon and you know what I know where I can spend that money awesome this is really good
28:02news whoa hey Paige how are you good yourself good we'll have some updates you want to see the kitchen
28:10yes we have a lot going on drywall is done here putting up the final mud everything's looking really
28:16good right I have some good news for you guys okay I spoke to the engineer and we don't have to
28:21take down the entire chimney we can tie it back to the house and that's gonna save us 10,000 bucks
28:27which means now I can put that money back downstairs and give you a beautiful laundry room yes this is a
28:33good win for you Paige wow yeah how about another win nice bedroom oh nice bedroom I have a good plan
28:41for that that I'm working just a plan it's really important that's like the one thing I know that's
28:47your main thing I know I get it no I got you the construction team kicks it into high gear with new
28:56flooring going in on the main floor and in the basement an install is happening in the mudroom and in
29:02the kitchen the electric fireplace goes in the basement and Jen's laundry room gets its plumbing
29:14this is exactly what I was envisioning I am nervous though because even though I feel like we're on the
29:25right track with their daughter's room and the appliance garage I just don't know if it's gonna be enough to
29:30keep Jenny in the house I'm just hoping that it is all right so we are in their neighborhood and close
29:39to the lake the house has four bedrooms three bathrooms nice eat-in kitchen walk out to a
29:45backyard and a heated pool it's got a finished basement more importantly it does address some
29:51concerns Theo has had over the budget let's see what they think how close are we to your house yeah not
30:00even five minutes I know how close are we to the lake close one car garage mm-hmm it's kind of
30:06typical let's have a look at it and then you guys tell me what you think okay you're ready yep so front
30:15entryway a little small little crowded this is going to be sort of giving you an idea what you can get in
30:23in your neighborhood for what you guys want to spend all right let's head up to the first floor
30:28here open concept decent sized kitchen you've got the island where's the dining area the island is the
30:38dining area that could be a problem the look on your face is priceless look it's a nicely done kitchen
30:44you've got covered space you've got the counter space it's not really for me I think I'm stuck on
30:48the last house yep no I know which had a lot of space great kitchen great eating kitchen all the
30:55extras that you guys you know probably need for your future come this way okay this is your laundry
31:02on the main floor so it's not in the basement but it is stackable where's the sink in the counter I
31:09mean but that is the issue right this is the only house for sale right now currently in your neighborhood
31:13that you know addresses Theo's you know concern over budget so that's what's sort of driving this
31:20house tour okay look how beautiful this is you got a huge backyard I mean you've now got one a bigger
31:26pool and really I believe this is going to be where you're probably going to do most of your
31:31entertaining in the summertime right well nobody's really well okay that's fair point but overall it
31:36has potential all right lots more to see let's go bedroom number one so this would probably be
31:45Lucas's right yeah it's a good size bedroom you can have a proper size bed in here it's not much
31:50bigger than what he has already next door is the bathroom that like in your case you're gonna be
31:56sharing it with your kids sizing's about the same yeah primary bedroom similar in size maybe a little
32:02more than what you currently have yep no it's you can get a king-sized bed in here okay decent size
32:08closet space this is going to be Naya's bedroom which will give her a little more space than what
32:14she currently has I know Paige is working on something for her room and yes I'm curious to see
32:19what it'll be online but very curious wouldn't you like a nice big bedroom for her and a bathroom
32:25that's just for the kids and a bathroom that's just for you guys Theo yes I would I would
32:30some big decisions have to be made yep okay well let's see the rest of this all right
32:36the basement which is finished it has a second kitchen we don't need a second kitchen it's just
32:44gonna it's just taking up space yeah I don't even know what to say
32:47all right what do you think this house is listed at 885 what do you think 875
32:56this house is listed at eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars right on budget where are we
33:01going from here I did love the other house really liked that one and that one was fifty thousand
33:09over budget what is that amortize that it's pennies pennies we don't have I still want to see what

33:37then some yeah mission accomplished almost I think that you need to have a serious conversation
33:45with yourself about the budget I really like the last house I think it's perfect for us and I don't
33:50want to lose it in terms of a house that can take them into the future it's a way better option than
33:56their house will ever be I don't want to move that's our house the kids were born there like I don't
34:03understand why you want to move I don't understand why you need to hold on to so many memories and try
34:07to make something work when it just doesn't work anymore it will work when Paige is done so go Paige

35:40is just it's such a big difference and remember right here was your what most random fireplace in
35:47the world never seen anything like it to tell you the truth but now it's no longer a fireplace it's
35:52your brand new walk-in pantry Wow oh my goodness you weren't expecting that where is crazy you'll see
36:03your beverage refrigerator plenty of shelving plenty of storage in here that's awesome fabulous this is

37:11transformed you guys deserve it you have a beautiful family and this is how you should live there's still

38:25still room here she's got lots of room here yeah Annabeth that she can actually grow with it doesn't
38:32matter the size of the room anymore there we go it's just the way that it's designed and laid out
38:37yeah and that's what I was hoping you would say she's gonna be so excited when she sees this yeah

38:57different house however there are still some elements I think missing in this house that may
39:05not make it the forever home that I think this family of four needs I do as well yeah I agree and
39:11I think the four-bedroom house with the pool that we looked at really is a forever home from start to
39:17finish and it started in the driveway what did you see in the driveway Theo two-car garage you come into
39:22the house that incredible eat-in kitchen family room combination no the space was great and I'll
39:28be at the pool was a little smaller but the backyard was not no the backyard was great also on the main
39:33floor laundry yes the laundry down here is beautiful it is but it's still downstairs in the basement right
39:40right and on top of it your kids are gonna have their own bathroom and that's gonna be a big deal when
39:47your kids are teens the two bathrooms upstairs huge game-changer that I think to me is the difference
39:52between what Paige has done here with our house she did some incredible work in here so obviously
39:57the value has changed okay yes so the value now of this house is nine hundred and ten thousand dollars
40:04wow that's good the pre-renovation value of this house was seven hundred and twenty five thousand
40:09dollars with a renovation budget of one hundred and forty thousand dollars the current value of this house
40:15is nine hundred and ten thousand dollars for a total increase in value of one hundred and eighty five
40:21thousand dollars that does help out with a house that was about fifty thousand dollars over budget you can
40:28now easily afford that house and then that gives us everything that we need and everything that we want
40:33oh boy the time has come
40:40out of the park out of the park it was sailing out of the park well did you see what my boat did inside
40:49of the park what do you think Paige could not have done a better job this house who uses the bathroom in
40:54the basement ever like whoever gets up in the morning and wants to walk down two flights of stairs
40:58that's who uses it yes convenient I also love that other house had everything that we would
41:04ever need and then this house will never give us no visit David we don't want to start our home
41:10we've got to start our home what we want is a forever home so you found them that I found them
41:14that for 50k over their budget yes that's so nice of you pool's questionable we'll have to
41:21pool's changeable yeah especially with the sale of this Jenny cried when she walked down into the
41:26basement she did she did oh because she's leaving the house no because she loved it
41:30why made me cry a little bit too they made me cry but that they didn't cry they didn't cry once

42:03oh Jenny what happened what happened honestly it really was tough you showed us something that was
42:12really hard to pass up ultimately we love this place and what age was able to give us
42:17gave us everything that we need you know we've had both our kids in the house all these sentimental
42:23things over those 15 years I think is what made us decide to yeah to love it congratulations if
42:31you're ever having a pool party we'll come just let us know we'll open invitation to both and we'll
42:35have a race we won't but he'll do laps for you oh I'd love to see that
