08:46So when you start talking about houses, you know, closer to downtown, it might get tough with that budget.
08:52But there are other options that we will look at.

09:07For me, I definitely want to see the main floor opened up, updating the kitchen.

09:17But I think maybe most importantly is just for me to have a space, my own space, a dedicated space, something that I can feel like, you know, is truly mine in that house.
