00:03The big meeting that had happened at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence.

00:10A high-level meeting.
00:11And you can see from the images on your screen.
00:14Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh,
00:18the CDS, the NSA, Ajit Doval as well.
00:22Of course, remember, officers from the Navy, Air Force, the Indian Army.
00:27This is one of the most crucial meetings that we are looking at.
00:32Of course, the details are not out.
00:33Ashok Singhal joins me for the latest on that.
00:36Ashok, tell us about this meeting, what details are you coming to.
00:41And this exclusive image gives a lot of attention to the top leadership of the force.
00:46He is talking with Prime Minister Modi today.
00:50The Prime Minister, the Prime Minister, Rajnath Singh, the CDS, the NSA,
00:55and all armed forces chiefs are on this.
00:58It's going to be complete.
01:00The military minister's business is on this.
01:02The Prime Minister is on the right floors.
01:04The Prime Minister is on the right floors.
01:06And the coronavirus is also on different meetings.
01:08And with the other forces, the military minister, the military may have requested the exam.
01:15We have a lot of people who are ready, who are ready, because the search operations are going there in different areas.
01:23NIA is seeing themselves.
01:26The team has reached there, the people who are in the moment, the locals are also working with them.
01:33So the Prime Minister, which has been made in Bhartia and Pakistan,
01:38I am very grateful to Modi,
01:52but of course, clarity is not understood.
01:58But the anger is also in the logo,
02:00which is what happened after a strike,
02:02or action should be done.
02:04details I understand
02:06now we will give it
02:07and it is sensitive
02:08but when
02:10Raksha Mantri
02:11sits
02:12National Security Advisor
02:13sits
02:14the three senior
02:16most officers
02:17sits
02:18so this meeting
02:19can be accepted
02:20in the last week
02:21it is the most crucial
02:22because
02:22now there were
02:23separately meetings
02:24now they were
02:25sitting together
02:26and this big meeting
02:28which is
02:29this image
02:29exclusive
02:30India Today
02:30is now
02:31in front of
02:31Aashok
02:32I think
02:33the Prime Minister
02:34has said
02:35that
02:35he has said
02:36that
02:37we will not
02:40bless anyone
02:40who has done
02:42this work
02:43and who has done
02:44their actions
02:45will also
02:45teach them
02:47and will not
02:48bless anyone
02:49and
02:49you can see
02:50that
02:51there were
02:51surgical strikes
02:52were
02:52diplomatic strikes
02:53last week
02:54CCS
02:54went to
02:55against Pakistan
07:25the impression in pakistan is that an indian attack is imminent that pakistan is on the defensive
07:30the impression in pakistan is that their civilian leadership does not want this conflict to
07:36escalate but general asip muneer their army chief who's actually cornered after uh the the
07:42terror attack and the fact that questions are now being asked within pakistan uh of uh one his
07:48activities to activities of his relatives uh so he wants to escalate this conflict now in all of
07:54this what should india's response be how what has india's response been so far and how does
07:59this escalate and of course the discussion on escalation matrix the the assessment in india
08:06is that we are on top of that escalation matrix when you deal with the situation but when you have a
08:11radical islamist maulana uh masquerading as their army chief uh who sees this as a religious war
08:19look at the name of the names of their exercises even right now lalkare moment um you know that
08:26it's good point yes it just goes on to show what their mindset is they're comparing this to the badr
08:33uh operations uh and and all of that so that's the kind of mindset that pakistan is moving forward
08:40with and india is just perhaps wargaming the road ahead here god of our request to stay on
08:46shivani sharma closely tracks the defense forces also joining me and of course we're not putting
08:50out any sensitive information that's obvious to say the least but shivani this is also a reminder
08:55pakistan would be watching this image too looking at this and they're already rattled they're already
09:00moving their radar system to the border even though india hasn't made any mention at all of the
09:05military strike but this image is defining in so many ways all eyes on modi government
09:10this was the second continuous day when prime minister narendi modi is taking shock of this
09:16situation with a reason that as after we had met prime minister yesterday this was a 40
09:21minute long briefing and today again we were reporting about some multiple counter-terror attacks
09:28that the indian army and the security forces were taking on at different places the locations were not
09:33to be disclosed because of the sensitive nature but now when prime minister narendi modi is taking
09:41briefs from not only the cbs raksha mantri the nsa the three chiefs it means that something big
09:47it is transpiring uh and tomorrow is again the second ccs in a week so this is not going to understand
09:56back sir uh india is preparing for some action and some action is still going on on ground which is
10:03not disclosed as of now and there will be a right time when india will be uh disclosing what's going
10:09on and india's strategy goes on on in its place and prime minister narendi modi is taking the personal
10:16monitoring personal grief of the whole operation that still goes on even as we speak sugar so this is
10:24very important to mention out here that in past one week there have been multiple meetings and
10:29prime minister narendi has been involved in this all these meetings and today again for the second
10:34day he's meeting the defense minister along with the nsa the cds and the oil service teams stay on
10:40with you shivani gaurav i have a question for you we look back at every time that pakistan has tried to
10:45harm us whether it's pulvama for example and other incidents as well how do you think then
10:50modi government with all eyes right now on him specifically the trust is on the prime minister
10:56leading the nation precisely what kind of a response do you think the government will attempt to go with
11:03we've already done the diplomatic strikes pakistan is expecting a military strike do you think india
11:08will look at all options possible not just the strike that pakistan expects so there shouldn't be
11:15a strike when pakistan expects one because pakistan then would be ready for one uh let pakistan sweat
11:20it out for some time the manner in which pakistan is right now sweating uh you know this nervousness
11:26uh just reflects uh uh you know pakistan's state of mind their ministers are panicking every day
11:33they're holding one briefing after the other meeting after the other and saying you know an indian
11:38attack is imminent they're rushing to global capital seeking intervention so they realize that
11:43something will happen and they're not ready for it remember pakistan um calls india and you know
11:49look at the kind of language that was used by uh their their minister hanif abasi referring to indians
11:55when he you know when he uses words like makar bania or words of on those lines when he talks about
12:01india but look at the reality of pakistan they've actually removed their own war wastage reserves
12:08or their stocks of ammunition and sold them to uh to ukraine to make money there and these are
12:15intelligence inputs that are available even with india there are reports that have been filed in
12:19western media that pakistan withdrew its own uh stocks its own reserves what its own army was holding
12:27and sent them to ukraine because they wanted to make a quick buck but they haven't been able to
12:31replenish them now if you think they think they'll fight a war when they don't even when they haven't
12:37even replenished some of their ammunition it's a joke and they know it and they know they you know
12:42that india knows this and the world knows this um that's point one point two the amount of flying
12:48guards that they're using on their fighters right now um it's interesting to see how many life
12:53extensions they would be giving both to the engines and the airframes when push actually comes to shove
12:59what kind of ammunition will they have all of this is effectively war game uh you know because uh war
13:05is not that he's done something today so india has to do something tomorrow you know you don't
13:11respond in hot blood revenge is a dish that's best served cold so you wait let him sweat it out
13:17let him make the mistakes he's making he also has internal troubles that he's facing from gilgit
13:23bagistan to balochistan and then strike at a place in time of your choosing that perhaps would be
13:28the best strategy and already pakistan not expecting the visa cancellations the water
13:33treaty in advance and other decisions and perhaps a reminder that that's what the government's
13:38approach will be slow and steady and hit when pakistan does not expect it thank you very much
13:44god of sound shivani sharma all our colleagues on the ground this is the big story right now this
13:48evening look at this image i'm leaving you with this visual the discussions that have possibly
13:52unfolded in this room at prime minister's residence 7 lkm in delhi and a strategy that pakistan would
14:00clearly be wondering about
