01:49She was eventually terminated after taking a leave.
01:52McGee points out the calls are randomly routed to customer service reps.

02:06DTE said in a statement, in part, our customer service representatives may transfer calls they feel are inappropriate to their leader.
02:14And we have mental health resources to help employees who need additional support.
02:20But McGee says when you transfer calls to a leader, it can impact performance rating, bonuses, and possibly even their continued employment.
02:29Angelo Rodriguez eventually went on medical leave, citing mental health issues all because of this.
02:35She is seeking damages with this civil suit.
