00:08since we have some unexpectedly warm weather going on I thought ice cream I'm actually standing in

00:15front of Frosty White we've been on Main Street here in Belleville since 1955 and let me tell

00:20you something the turtle flurry no calories it's just delicious let's go check out Belleville

00:25all right right now I am at the butcher shop in Belleville this is Jordane Blair she runs the

00:34butcher shop along with your brother Austin and your dad Jim is that correct and I'm in the complex

00:40right now that's very new here in Belleville pretty much all the shops opened up in January of 2022

00:462023 we're brand new yeah just kidding all right and I got to tell you I wouldn't know that this

00:54was if I didn't see like clearly there's tons of meat behind us but going by smell I would never

00:59guess I was in a butcher shop because it just it smells immaculate not like chemicals it just

01:04you walk in and it smells extremely fresh and clean and that's something it's not by accident

01:09it's very very important to us here we work very hard all day long every day keeping everything

01:14fresh keeping everything clean we want people to have quality products when they're shopping with

01:19us and in order to do that it has to be clean and it has to be fresh well there you go there you go or

01:23else you know there's going to be family squabbles now do you guys all play Monopoly together we

01:28don't but we live on the same street oh my god well yeah we're all neighbors yeah all neighbors and

01:33you run a business together yeah all right well you know good for you like you're way better than

01:38our family I gotta tell you Jordane yep all right we are live at the butcher shop let's go check out

01:42some more Belleville thank you thank you anytime City of the Week has been out in Belleville people have

01:47been extremely nice friendly great stories there's still a lot of history in Belleville but there's also a

01:52a lot of new construction whether it's homes or an entire new shopping mall like it's a small

01:59community but it's also really experiencing a lot of growth we're live in Belleville great people as
