00:11work being done to beautify this bagger and to be fair the work on the fairing was just the tip of
00:16the iceberg in the week since the painter spent many hours getting the parts painted to dave's
00:20specs and today they're coming back to bad pig customs dave also has a few things left to do
00:25before the call stamp chopper is road ready is it final assembly already where does the time go you
00:31know what they say time flies when you're having fun at bad pig customs there's never a slowdown
00:47but when two custom shops meet there may be a showdown
00:56the painted parts have arrived which can only mean one thing it's judgment day
01:10we just set it like right in back of the bike there just set it all on the ground really
01:13really careful as dave considers the paint he decides to mount some pieces for a better look
01:25i'm looking forward to seeing it together yeah slow down yeah i think it's going to turn out nice
01:35once all put back together what if i get a uh what if i get a pin striper do a stripe
01:40you know um i mean we could put some pin stripes on it too late
01:53i think when it's all put together it's going to look pretty sweet it looks all right

02:14we're going to try to do bling our goal is bling it out and make everything shiny

02:36paint job and double take customs has come in clutch with a donated interfering for the cause
02:43as a steel horse crew rambles on dave catches a rest before coming back and giving his best
02:50with all the ingredients now available dave tells us what's cooking today what we did to it was uh
02:56freshened it up we put new tires new brakes new cables flushed the fuel made it run really well
03:01added a paint job a lot of chrome it's going to be a very nice touring motorcycle to buzz around michigan
03:07chef dave is about to serve up a tasty treat first comes the radio and ignition
03:14then a set of sweet hand grips
03:20this is where we don't want to scratch it easy on that paint there dave
03:26he installs a docking kit for the rear seat rest
03:32and neatly tucks away wiring for the radio and tail legs
03:42a sturdy backrest in this touring seat will ensure a fine riding experience
03:49now this bike is looking lit
03:50dave mounts the saddlebags which add unique function and form for this type of motorcycle
04:00after all they don't call it a bagger for nothing
04:07time to put a lid on it
04:12final embellishments include a dash of chrome on the cylinder base
04:15and for a finishing touch the front fender
04:23it's almost ready to fire this bad boy up because this dnd fat caddy should sound pretty mean
04:28dave has officially rung the dinner bell and you won't want to pass on this dish

04:52it's going to be a good thing to do for a motorcycle pre-ride inspection whenever they go out
04:59i know that's not realistic i don't even do it every time
05:02one thing i do is i check my tires i check my tires for any undue wear or improper inflation
05:11you use the psi that the tire manufacturer has placed on the sidewall remember
05:18your brakes stop your wheels your tire stops your vehicle
05:24that's some wicked work on that bagger between the paint and new chrome there's a
