00:34 Dear viewers, once again we are here with the program Asr-e-Hadir and Ahkam-e-Deen.
00:40 As you know, we select a topic in this program,
00:45 we take a topic, we make a speech topic and discuss it.
00:49 During this time, your calls are also included, your queries are also addressed
00:54 and in the light of the book and Sunnah, we try to answer them.
00:57 So today, our topic of discussion is Hajj.
01:01 Because Hajj is near, so we have made Hajj a topic of discussion.
01:05 Inshallah, we will discuss as much as we can about Hajj today.
01:08 In the next episode, we will discuss Hajj in a series.
01:14 First of all, viewers, let us know what is Hajj and what are its virtues and what are its rules.
01:22 The linguistic meaning of Hajj is to do something great,
01:27 to do something worthy of respect, this is called Hajj in linguistic terms.
01:33 And in terms of terminology, Hajj is to make a vow with intention
01:37 and to stand in the field of Arafat and circumambulate the Ka'bah.
01:43 This is called Hajj in the linguistic terms.
01:47 And about Hajj, Allah has commanded,
01:51 "And for Allah is the most forbearing, the one who is able to do Hajj to the House."
01:56 It is in Surah Al-Imran.
01:57 "And for Allah is the most forbearing, the one who is able to do Hajj to the House."
02:05 That is, it is necessary to perform Hajj on the one who is able.
02:09 Allah has commanded this in the Holy Quran.
02:13 And in the second place, Allah has said,
02:14 "And fulfill the Hajj and Umrah for Allah."
02:20 And just as its validity is proven from the Book of Allah,
02:23 similarly, its validity is also proven from the Hadith of Karima Tayyiba.
02:27 This is a Hadith of a Muslim,
02:28 Syedna Abu Hurairah (ra) has said,
02:31 "The Messenger of Allah (saw) addressed us and said, 'O people! Allah has ordained Hajj on you, so perform Hajj.'"
02:50 On this, a man said,
02:51 "O Messenger of Allah! Every year, it is Fasakah."
02:55 So the Messenger of Allah (saw) silently said,
02:58 "Hatta qalaha salasa."
03:01 This was said three times.
03:02 On this, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
03:04 "Lauqultu na'am la wajabat wa la mastata'atum."
03:09 "If I had said yes, it would have been obligatory on you,
03:12 then you would not have been able to do it."
03:16 And then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
03:18 "Darooni ma taraktukum."
03:19 "Whatever I do not say to you,
03:21 whatever I leave, you should also leave it."
03:24 "Innama halaka man kana qablakum bikathrati sualihim wa ikhtilafihim 'ala anbiya'ihim."
03:31 "Before you, people were destroyed because they asked too many questions
03:35 and they disagreed with the Prophets,
03:39 and that is why they were destroyed."
03:41 Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) said,
03:42 "Izza amartukum bishayin fa'tu minhu mastata'atum."
03:45 "So whatever I command you to do,
03:47 you should do as much as you can."
03:52 "And when I say to leave something,
03:55 waidha nahi tukuman shayin fa'daroohu."
03:57 "When I say to leave something,
03:59 then leave that thing."
04:01 Now from this hadith,
04:02 we also know that doing Hajj is obligatory.
04:05 We also know that it is obligatory once in a lifetime.
04:09 We also know from this hadith
04:11 that Allah (swt) has given His beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) the authority.
04:17 This is called the authority of the Tashari'ah.
04:20 There is an authority of the Takween and an authority of the Tashari'ah.
04:23 Meaning that Allah (swt) has sent His beloved as His Prophet and Messenger.
04:28 And along with this,
04:29 He has given you the authority to make laws.
04:34 You are also free from Allah's permission and from Allah's grace.
04:39 That is why you are saying that if I had said yes,
04:41 it would have become obligatory.
04:42 Meaning that if I had said yes,
04:44 it would have become obligatory and it would have become a duty every year.
04:48 So Allah (swt) has given His beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) the authority of the Tashari'ah.
04:53 Just like Allah has given the authority of the Takween to His beloved,
04:55 He has also given the authority of the Tashari'ah.
04:57 So His work is not just to convey,
04:59 He also conveys,
05:00 He also preaches,
05:02 He also clarifies, explains and explains.
05:04 Tashari'ah.
05:06 He explains, means He clarifies.
05:08 Similarly, Allah has given him the authority of the Tashari'ah.
05:11 There is an authority with a "hay".
05:13 This means to clarify, to open and explain, to interpret, to translate.
05:18 And there is another one with a "ayn".
05:21 Meaning to make something famous, to make Shari'ah.
05:25 So Allah (swt) has given His beloved the authority of the Tashari'ah,
05:29 He has given him the authority of the Tashari'ah and He has also given him the authority of the Tashari'ah.
05:34 This hadith is also included in it and many other hadiths also point to it.
05:38 And there are also indications about it in the book of Allah.
05:42 Then about the superiority of Hajj,
05:44 Another thing that we have also found out is that one should not ask too many questions.
05:47 Then we come to the superiority of Hajj.
05:49 So as this hadith came in Sahih Muslim,
05:51 Similarly, the Prophet (pbuh) has said about the superiority of Hajj,
05:56 When asked, "What is the best deed?"
05:58 It is narrated by Abu Hurairah (r) and Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim both have it.
06:02 That the Prophet (pbuh) was asked, "What is the best deed?"
06:05 So the Prophet (pbuh) said,
06:07 "To believe in Allah and His Messenger."
06:09 To believe in Allah and His Messenger.
06:11 "And to do Jihad in the way of Allah."
06:18 Then he was asked, "What is the best deed?"
06:20 So the Prophet (pbuh) said, "Hajj Mabroor."
06:22 That Hajj Mabroor is the best deed after that.
06:25 Then at another place it is narrated that,
06:27 "The reward for Hajj Mabroor is Paradise."
06:31 This is also the statement of Allah's Messenger (pbuh)
06:33 Then the most important thing about the superiority of Hajj,
06:35 Which the Prophet (pbuh) has said,
06:37 It is also found in Sahih Bukhari, it is a proven hadith.
06:41 That Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said,
06:43 "Whoever does Hajj for Allah and does not do any immorality,
06:55 does not do any Fisk, does not disobey Allah,
06:58 then he will return as the day his mother gave birth to him."
07:03 This is the rebirth of a person.
07:07 This is the second birth of a person.
07:09 When a person is born, he is free from sins.
07:13 So even by doing Hajj,
07:15 he has done Hajj in the way of Allah and has done it well.
07:18 And Allah has not disobeyed him.
07:20 He has kept the protocol of Hajj.
07:22 So now all his deeds have become neat and clean.
07:27 All his sins have been forgiven.
07:31 This is the superiority of Hajj that Allah's Messenger (pbuh) has said.
07:35 Similarly, Allah's Messenger (pbuh) has said,
07:38 This is also a hadith, it is a hadith of a true Muslim.
07:40 In which Amr bin As, may Allah be pleased with him,
07:42 When he was doing the Bai'at of His Holiness,
07:45 He said that when he raised his hand,
07:47 His Holiness pulled his hand.
07:49 So the Prophet (pbuh) asked,
07:51 "What is the matter?"
07:52 He said, "I want to make a condition to you."
07:54 The Prophet (pbuh) asked, "What?"
07:55 He said, "I want to make a condition to you that I will be forgiven.
07:58 If you promise me this, then I will do Bai'at."
08:01 So Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said,
08:03 [Arabic]
08:11 "Do you not know that Islam removes the sins of those before it?"
08:15 Similarly, Hijrat removes the sins of those before it.
08:18 And similarly, Hajj removes the sins of those before it.
08:22 That is, when a person does Hajj,
08:24 The sins of the previous person are forgiven.
08:28 The sins of the previous person are removed by the blessings of Hajj.
08:31 That is, Hajj becomes the remission of sins.
08:34 Similarly, by combining Umrah and Hajj,
08:37 Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said,
08:40 [Arabic]
08:43 "One Umrah is the remission of sins that are in between the two Umrahs."
08:47 That is, if a person does Umrah,
08:49 And then if he does Umrah from a distance,
08:51 Then the sins that are in between,
08:54 This Umrah becomes the remission of those sins.
08:56 These two Umrahs became the remission of sins that are in between.
09:00 And the Prophet (pbuh) said,
09:01 [Arabic]
09:05 "And the reward of Hajj is only Paradise."
09:08 That is, whoever does Hajj, will do Hajj for the pleasure of Allah.
09:11 And his Hajj is accepted.
09:13 That is, the Hajj is accepted.
09:15 Whoever's Hajj is accepted, his reward is Paradise.
09:18 That is, by the grace of Allah, he will surely go to Paradise.
09:23 This glad tiding has been given by the true translation of the words of Allah's Beloved (pbuh).
09:29 Allah's Beloved has given this glad tiding.
09:32 That he will go to Paradise.
09:34 That the reward of Hajj is Paradise.
09:36 Hajj-e-Mabroor means Hajj-e-Makbool.
09:39 Then, similarly, the benefits of Hajj,
09:42 So, by combining the two, the one of the great Hajj and Umrah,
09:45 This has also been stated.
09:46 That too, come in the hadith, where the government of the Prophet (pbuh)
09:49 has given the order to do the Hajj and Umrah of Ta'bil-Hajjah and Umrah,
09:53 Do one after the other.
09:55 So, he said,
09:56 [Arabic]
10:04 He said, "Umrah and Hajj, they remove poverty and sins in such a way,
10:11 As a coal removes the dirt of iron, the dirt of gold, the dirt of silver.
10:19 Similarly, the sin of a person is also the dirt of the dirt.
10:22 Similarly, the poverty of a person is also the dirt of the dirt.
10:26 So, Hajj and Umrah, both of these things,
10:28 Remove the dirt of poverty,
10:32 And remove the dirt of sins.
10:35 So, one of the advantages of Hajj came to light,
10:37 Hajj and Umrah of both,
10:38 That one is forgiveness from them,
10:41 Paradise is granted,
10:42 For sins, the person becomes clean and neat.
10:45 So, in the same way, this is a way to remove poverty,
10:48 It is also a way to remove poverty.
10:51 This has also been found from this hadith.
10:53 Then, this Hajj,
10:55 This Hajj is said for the weak and the weak,
10:58 That the weak people who cannot do Jihad,
11:01 So, for them, it came in a special hadith,
11:03 [Arabic]
11:05 That Hajj is the Jihad of every weak person.
11:08 That is, the excellence of Jihad,
11:10 If he does Hajj, then he will get this excellence in Hajj.
11:13 Here we have a caller with us, let's include the caller.
11:16 Assalamu Alaikum.
11:17 Assalamu Alaikum.
11:20 The line has been dropped,
11:22 You can join us again.
11:23 Viewers, a short break time is required here.
11:26 We hope you will stay with us.
11:28 Viewers, welcome back.
11:29 So, before going on the break,
11:31 We were talking about Hajj,
11:33 What are the benefits of Hajj?
11:34 I was mentioning the excellence of Hajj in the hadith.
11:38 So, in the end, I said that for the weak people,
11:41 The weak people who cannot do Jihad for the sake of Allah,
11:44 So, for them, it was said,
11:45 [Arabic]
11:47 Similarly, it is said for women.
11:50 Ummul Ameen Syed Ayesha Siddique,
11:52 So, this thing, when Taha (R.A) asked the government of Isat-e-Usam,
11:55 Is there Jihad on women too?
11:56 So, he said, yes, there is such Jihad on them that there is no quarrel.
11:59 Then he said,
12:00 [Arabic]
12:01 What is that Jihad?
12:02 It is doing Hajj and Umrah.
12:04 And in a hadith,
12:05 Ummul Ameen Syed Ayesha Siddique,
12:06 So, this thing,
12:07 Taha (R.A) says,
12:08 [Arabic]
12:12 That I asked permission from the Prophet of Allah,
12:14 For Jihad.
12:15 So, the Prophet of Allah,
12:16 In response, said,
12:18 [Arabic]
12:19 That Jihad for women is Hajj.
12:21 So, now, this has revealed
12:23 How many virtues of Hajj have come before us.
12:25 This Hajj,
12:26 With this Hajj,
12:27 The sins of the person are forgiven.
12:28 This Hajj becomes the remission of sins.
12:30 With this Hajj,
12:32 Jihad for Allah is rewarded.
12:34 With this Hajj,
12:35 The person is granted paradise.
12:37 With this Hajj,
12:38 The person's relationship with Allah and Allah's Messenger,
12:40 A.S. is strengthened.
12:42 Similarly, this Hajj,
12:44 The person's poverty,
12:46 That is, the need is also removed.
12:48 The person is in need of Allah,
12:50 And Allah should be in need.
12:52 So, with that need,
12:54 This Hajj saves.
12:56 This is a means of that need,
12:58 To save from the need of the creature.
13:00 To save from the need of the creature.
13:02 So, we should do Hajj for the pleasure of Allah.
13:04 The real purpose is the pleasure of Allah.
13:06 The intention is always purely for the sake of Allah.
13:08 The other benefits of this Hajj,
13:10 Are also granted by Hajj.
13:12 So, this Hajj,
13:14 Now, on what is Hajj obligatory?
13:16 And secondly,
13:18 When this Hajj becomes obligatory,
13:20 How to delay it?
13:22 And before that,
13:24 I should also say that when was Hajj obligatory?
13:26 And when was Hajj obligatory?
13:28 When was Hajj obligatory?
13:30 There are different sayings,
13:32 But the consensus is that
13:34 Hajj was obligatory in the year 9 Hijri.
13:36 Hajj was obligatory in the year 9 Hijri.
13:38 And in the year 10 Hijri,
13:40 The Prophet (PBUH)
13:42 Has performed Hajj.
13:44 Now, when this Hajj becomes obligatory,
13:46 How to delay it?
13:48 Some people perform Hajj obligatorily,
13:50 Despite that, they do not perform Hajj.
13:52 They say,
13:54 "First, we have to finish this work,
13:56 Then we will do this work,
13:58 Then we will perform Hajj."
14:00 And some people think that
14:02 They will perform Hajj in the last age.
14:04 So, the first thing is that
14:06 Hajj is a very difficult task.
14:08 If Hajj has become obligatory on you,
14:10 Then you should perform Hajj immediately.
14:12 Because, deliberately delaying Hajj
14:14 In the year of Hajj,
14:16 Is a sin.
14:18 It is a severe sin.
14:20 And it is also advised in the Hadith,
14:22 That you should perform Hajj immediately.
14:24 And there are also regular warnings.
14:26 Sayyiduna Farooq Adam (RA) said,
14:28 "Whoever dies,
14:30 And he is a Musir,
14:32 And he does not perform Hajj,
14:34 He will die in any state,
14:36 Whether he is a Jew or a Christian."
14:38 That whoever is happy,
14:40 And does not have a hard time,
14:42 And dies in a state where he has not performed Hajj,
14:44 He will die in any state,
14:46 Whether he is a Jew or a Christian.
14:48 This is not the way of Muslims.
14:50 It is not the glory of Muslims
14:52 That Hajj is obligatory on him,
14:54 And he dies without performing Hajj.
14:56 This is a severe warning.
14:58 This tradition, the Hadith that I just mentioned,
15:00 This Hadith is in Musannaf-e-Ibn-e-Shaybah,
15:02 In Sunan-e-Syed-bin-Mansur,
15:04 And in Sunan-e-Bayhaqi.
15:06 This Hadith has been quoted as a reference.
15:08 It has been quoted as a statement of Sayyiduna Farooq Adam (RA).
15:10 But the Ajilla Muhaddeseen,
15:12 Like Hafiz-e-Ibn-e-Azhar Asqalani (RA)
15:14 And Hafiz-e-Ibn-e-Kaseer (RA)
15:16 They say that this Hadith is a correct reference.
15:18 This Hadith is a statement of Sayyiduna Farooq Adam (RA)
15:20 It is a proven Hadith.
15:22 The other Hadiths that are related to Sayyiduna Rasool-Allah (SAW)
15:24 Are very weak in some cases,
15:26 And are not correct in others.
15:28 Therefore, the Hadith that is proven
15:30 And is a reference to Sayyiduna Farooq Adam (RA)
15:32 Is a statement of Sayyiduna Farooq Adam (RA)
15:34 And I have mentioned it in this regard.
15:36 We have a caller with us,
15:38 Let's call her in.
15:40 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
15:42 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
15:44 Walaikum-Salam.
15:46 Walaikum-Salam.
15:48 Yes, please go ahead.
15:50 My question is that
15:52 They say that they cannot perform Hajj.

21:16 They say that they cannot perform Hajj.
21:18 They say that they cannot perform Hajj.
21:20 They say that they cannot perform Hajj.
21:22 The details of this are that
21:24 the person should have enough money
21:26 to travel and to spend.
21:28 The person should have enough money
21:30 to travel and to spend.
21:32 If the person is from a family
21:34 and there are people
21:36 who are responsible for his expenses
21:38 then he should have enough money
21:40 to spend.
21:42 The person who has enough money
21:44 to spend on Hajj
21:46 which is more than the basic needs
21:48 of life
21:50 like travel and expenses
21:52 and living expenses
21:54 and the people who are responsible
21:56 for their expenses
21:58 then it is a must to perform Hajj
22:00 on such a person.
22:02 It is a must once in life.
22:04 It is also a mercy of Allah
22:06 that He has made it a must once.
22:08 If it is a must every year
22:10 then it is the same thing
22:12 that the government said
22:14 that you should not have it.
22:16 So Allah has made it a must
22:18 that you should not have it.

23:16 I would like to take a short break and I hope you can stay with us.
23:19 Welcome back, everyone.
23:20 Before taking a break we were discussing Hajj and what is Hajj obligatory.
23:25 The last topic was about being able to do the Hajj.
23:30 The topic of being able to do Hajj is obligatory.
23:33 I have mentioned one aspect of being able to do Hajj, the financial ability.
23:37 I have talked about financial ability.
23:39 The other aspect is physical ability and I have mentioned that.
23:43 In the sense of physical ability, financial ability and physical ability are also included.
23:49 The third aspect is called the ability to be peaceful.
23:52 That is, to be on the path of peace.
23:55 The jurists call it the path of peace.
23:58 This is also a condition that the path is peaceful.
24:01 Then there is another important aspect which is in the context of this.
24:05 The caller has asked a question, so I will relate it to you.
24:09 The man is obligated to do Hajj, the woman is also obligated to do Hajj.
24:14 But can a woman do Hajj without a mehram or not?
24:19 The real issue is not Hajj, but the journey.
24:23 The Prophet has forbidden a woman to travel without a mehram.
24:29 So it is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mehram.
24:34 If a woman lives in Mecca, she can do Hajj without a mehram.
24:42 If a woman does Hajj without a mehram, will she do Hajj or not?
24:46 Hajj will be performed, but doing so is a sin.
24:50 It should not be done because Allah's beloved has given this command.
24:53 Allah and His Messenger have given the command not to travel without a mehram.
24:57 If you want to do Hajj for the sake of Allah,
24:59 then those who upset Allah will do Hajj.
25:02 Will you get reward for doing Hajj?
25:04 If Hajj is obligatory, then it will be done.
25:07 But the sin you have committed will be a permanent sin.
25:11 So if you are doing something for the sake of Allah,
25:16 then do it for the sake of Allah.
25:17 If a woman has the ability and the means,
25:23 then there is an additional condition.
25:27 She should have a mehram.
25:30 If a woman wants to go with her, then it is well and good.
25:34 But if she does not want to go with her,
25:37 or if she does not have the ability,
25:40 then she will have to spend money for Hajj.
25:44 There are two opinions on this.
25:47 Some say that Hajj will not be obligatory
25:50 until she has the mehram or if she has a mehram to go with her.
25:57 Some say that Hajj will be obligatory,
26:01 but it will be right to perform it
26:03 only if she has a mehram or if she has to spend money for it.
26:06 Those who say that Hajj is not obligatory,
26:10 they say that it is not necessary to perform Hajj
26:14 if she has passed away.
26:18 But those who say that it was proven by the soul
26:22 and it was an additional condition,
26:25 they say that if she has passed away,
26:30 then she should have a will to perform Hajj.
26:33 If she does not have a will to perform Hajj,
26:35 then she will be a sinner according to those jurists.
26:38 There is a slight difference between the jurists.
26:41 But it is a jurist's agreement
26:44 that a woman cannot go without a mehram,
26:47 even if it is Hajj.
26:50 This is what the sister asked.
26:52 We will now come to the answers of the callers.
26:55 We will discuss their questions and their answers.
26:58 We will discuss the details of Hajj in the next episode.
27:02 God willing.
27:04 Before answering the caller's questions,
27:07 I would like to say that last time,
27:11 I mentioned a rule
27:13 that the differences between the scholars of Ishtihad
27:18 have a wide range of possibilities.
27:20 If a person is doing something,
27:24 then he will not be punished
27:27 until he considers it to be unlawful.
27:30 I mentioned the same rule in the Khilaf.
27:33 The person will be punished
27:35 if he considers it to be a sin
27:39 and still fails.
27:41 If he considers it to be lawful in the light of the argument,
27:44 or if he considers it to be lawful in the light of the argument
27:48 and still fails,
27:50 then he will not be punished.
27:53 Some people have asked for a reference
27:56 to the Zabta.
27:59 I have brought the book to show you the Zabta.
28:01 Allama Abdul Wahab Shahrani, may God have mercy on him,
28:03 is a great scholar.
28:05 He was a jurist, a muhaddith, and a mutakallim.
28:09 He has passed many great ilmams.
28:10 We have also made an episode on him.
28:14 If you want to know the details of his life,
28:16 you can watch it on our show, Sarma-e-Aslaaf,
28:19 on the official channel of ARYQ TV.
28:23 His book is Al-Ajwabatul Marduiyah
28:26 An Aymatil Fuqaha'i Was Sufiya.
28:28 This is the book.
28:29 Al-Ajwabatul Marduiyah An Aymatil Fuqaha'i Was Sufiya.
28:32 He has written about the Aymat-e-Fiqh and the Aymat-e-Tasawwuf.
28:36 He has given answers to various questions.
28:38 He has mentioned the Zabta in this book.
28:41 The page number is 372.
28:43 He has mentioned the issues of Ishtihadi-Ikhtilaf
28:48 between the scholars.
28:50 When will the Fisk be considered?
28:52 He says, "Wa biljumlati fawa amrun mukhtalafun fihi bayna al-ulamai
28:57 "fa la yufassaku bihi illa mu'taqidu tahareemihi."
29:02 In short, if the issue is between the scholars,
29:06 the Fisk will not be considered.
29:08 "Agar usi aadmi par ke jo uski hurmat ka itiqad rakhta ho,
29:12 "use haram samajhta ho, ar uske bawajood us fail ko kare."
29:16 He has mentioned the Zabta.
29:17 I have also mentioned the Zabta in the issue of Ishtihadi-Ikhtilaf.
29:22 The Fisk will be considered only when the person considers the action or the deed as a sin.
29:29 And if the person is doing the deed despite the fact that it is a sin,
29:32 without the permission of the Shariah.
29:34 Only then will the Fisk be considered.
29:36 Otherwise, if the person considers the deed as a sin,
29:39 or if the person has any excuse,
29:40 then the Fisk will not be considered.
29:44 Now let's come to the answers of today's callers.
29:46 We have taken some callers on-air and some callers off-air.
29:51 I will repeat the answers of all of them.
29:52 The first question was,
29:53 "The sister's sister asked, 'We cannot perform Hajj with Mehram.'
29:56 "It is said that we are two sisters, we do not have any Mehram.
29:59 "So, in such a situation, is Hajj obligatory on us or not? What is the order?"
30:03 So, Hajj is not performed without Mehram.
30:05 I have already explained in detail that
30:07 a woman cannot perform Hajj without Mehram.
30:11 It is necessary to have Mehram.
30:13 So, Hajj is not obligatory on them in some cases,
30:17 unless Mehram is performed.
30:18 And in some cases, Hajj is obligatory,
30:21 but performing it is necessary only when Mehram is performed.
30:26 Or when someone is made Mehram.
30:28 Otherwise, performing Hajj is not necessary.
30:31 It is better to perform Hajj before the time of death.
30:36 It is better to wait until the time of death
30:38 and if there is no Mehram, then it is better to perform Hajj.
30:43 Then, a sister asked a question,
30:44 in fact, it was her sister who asked,
30:45 "Someone left a belonging with my husband
30:49 "and my husband passed away.
30:51 "After his death, I asked him to take this belonging from me."
30:56 He did not take it at that time.
30:58 He was lazy and said that he will take it later.
31:01 Now, he has passed away.
31:03 So, what should we do with that belonging?
31:05 One of the commands is that
31:06 you should first give that belonging to the heir of the person.
31:11 And if the heir of the person is not found,
31:14 then in such a case,
31:15 you should give charity to the Shari'i Fakir.
31:19 You should give charity to any Shari'i Fakir.
31:22 If the heir is not found,
31:24 if the heir is not found even after searching.
31:26 Then, a brother asked a question,
31:27 "How can we give charity to the professional beggars?"
31:31 It is not permissible to give charity to professional beggars.
31:34 This is the law of Fiqh.
31:36 This is the law of Shari'ah.
31:38 "Ma haru ma akhduhu, haru ma aita'uhu."
31:41 It is forbidden to give charity to the things that are forbidden to take.
31:45 So, it is forbidden to give charity to professional beggars.
31:48 It is not permissible.
31:49 So, it is not permissible to give charity to such people.
31:52 And to give charity to such people is against their sin.
31:57 And Allah has forbidden,
31:59 has given the command,
32:00 "Bir ur taqwa wa ta'awanu alal birri wa taqwa."
32:03 Help each other in the work of goodness and righteousness.
32:07 "Wa la ta'awanu alal ifmi wal udwaan."
32:09 Do not help each other in the work of sin and rebellion.
32:13 So, giving charity to professional beggars
32:14 is against their illegal work.
32:17 So, they should not give charity.
32:19 Give charity to a white-collar person,
32:23 to the relatives of the person you see,
32:26 or to a mosque,
32:28 or to religious institutions.
32:30 Or give charity to religious institutions
32:33 or to institutions of welfare.
32:35 If you want to give charity to Allah,
32:37 then give it to a place where it is permissible.
32:40 If you are giving it for the sake of reward,
32:42 but you find that you are not getting reward,
32:44 but instead you are getting sin,
32:45 then you should not give it to such people.
32:46 You cannot give it to professional beggars.
32:48 If someone is really worthy
32:50 and is allowed to ask questions,
32:52 then such a person can be given.
32:54 If someone is really capable.
32:55 But professional beggars are a gang.
32:59 There is a mafia behind them.
33:01 They have a very different story.
33:03 Sometimes videos are released
33:05 about how they are loaded with money.
33:06 They are richer than the rich.
33:09 So, professional beggars should not be given.
33:12 Then a brother asked a question.
33:15 It is said in the Quran and Hadith
33:18 that men will get 'Hoorah'.
33:20 So, what will women get?
33:22 Women will get men.
33:24 There will be no unmarried in heaven.
33:26 If a woman is unmarried,
33:27 and she has passed away,
33:29 then she will be married to a man.
33:31 If she was married,
33:32 then her husband will get her in heaven.
33:37 Then a brother asked a question.
33:39 If the woman's front part is out of the head,
33:41 then does the 'Wudhu' break or not?
33:43 If the woman's front part is out of the head,
33:45 then the 'Wudhu' does not break.
33:46 Yes, if a woman has got both the front parts
33:50 due to some disease,
33:53 then in such a case,
33:54 the jurists say to perform 'Wudhu' carefully.
33:56 Otherwise, in such a situation,
33:57 the front part is out of the head.
33:59 Whether it is a man or a woman,
34:00 the 'Wudhu' does not break.
34:01 And a brother asked a question.
34:03 The last row of the funeral is superior.
34:04 The first row of prayer is superior.
34:05 What is the reason for this?
34:07 So, see, it is not mentioned anywhere in the Hadith
34:09 that the last row of the funeral is superior.
34:10 This is the saying of some jurists.
34:12 And the reason and wisdom for this is
34:14 'Tadallul' and 'Inqisari'.
34:15 That is why they said this.
34:16 But it is not mentioned in any other Hadith.
34:18 In the Hadith, it is only about prayer
34:20 and that is the first row of prayer.
34:21 The Hadith does not mention about the funeral
34:23 that the last row is superior.
34:24 We have reached the end of the program.
34:25 May Allah be our, and your, and everyone's,
34:28 Protector and Helper.
34:29 And finally, we say,
34:30 "All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds."
