00:00What sorts of people and what sorts of criminals to make this symbolic and have the desired effect would you think should be sent to Alcatraz?
00:07I think the worst of the worst, Tom, you're looking at your most violent offenders, murderers, the drug cartels.
00:13Those are the people that will be sent there to cut them off completely from society.
00:17Because, again, so many of them get back out on the streets.
00:20They're recommitting these crimes.
00:21Many have been deported only to come back to our country.
00:24And I think President Trump sees what is being done in countries like El Salvador, where they've really cracked down on crime.
00:31They have massive prisons there taking the worst of the worst off their streets.
00:36That's really been a game changer for their country.
00:38And I think he sees opportunity here on some level to show that we're standing up against the crime that we've seen in this country and the illegal immigration.
00:48Americans simply don't feel safe.
00:50So I think, obviously, it will make a big difference in messaging going forward.
