00:00I always catch them by their legs.
00:27If you try to grab them up here, you're just going to get a feather.
00:34There you go, and hover them under her chest.
00:36Perfect! You got it! You're a natural!
00:38Can I feather them?
00:39Yes, of course!
00:40Since the pandemic, we've seen more interest than normal,
00:43but then, especially this year, we've had much higher interest,
00:48I would say, three to four times as much as we were seeing this time last year.
00:53If you were to buy eggs of this quality,
00:55you would be looking, not at your grocery store, but at your farmer's market,
00:58where last week I saw eggs going for around $12 a dozen.
01:03Grab a chicken.
01:05Good question.
01:06Should I just look it up?
01:07Everybody's waiting for free eggs.
01:09Yes, I'm sure.
01:11It's almost like having a new, I don't know, family member or somebody new.
01:15It's really exciting because I'm responsible for them now.
01:18So, but it's going to be very interesting, yeah.
01:21Because I'm too lazy to wash it.
01:23I see.
01:24Um, then refrigerate it, then you are for unwashed eggs.
01:28Okay.
01:29Oh, they're coming out.
01:29We're very happy to have started in France.
01:53We're very happy after 100 years of continuing in France, in the north of France.
01:59And that's a knowledge that we could not export.
02:03What we've seen here, what we're able to do here,
02:06the rencontre between the font and the mails,
02:08which has nothing to nature at the beginning,
02:11it's a knowledge that local,
02:13with, here, artists who are passionate about what they do,
02:17who talk about an extreme heat,
02:19and that we can't export.
