00:06na may makabagong makinarya para sa pagpapatayo at paggiling ng palay para sa mas malaking produksyon at kalidad ng bigas.

00:21150 rice processing centers na ang naitayo ng Department of Agriculture sa ilalim ng pamuno ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:30Since the start of the Marcos administration, we have actually built 150 rice processing centers all over the Philippines.

00:39And this year, we will complete 22 more. And next year, we will complete 30 more. And so on and so forth.

00:46Inanunsyo rin ang DA sa 2025 Sustainable Agricultural Forum kahapon na target ng kagawaran na activated ng command center ng DA sa third quarter na 2025.

00:57And I'm happy to announce that hopefully by the third quarter of this year, the DA will finally have its command center be completed and operational.

01:07Ayon kay DA Secretary Francisco Tula Rell Jr., makakatulong ang command center para bantayan, itrack ang supply, at ilatag ang data ng mga produktong agrikultura.

01:19Samantala, inanunsyo na ng Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation na gagamit sila ng satellite technology para sa processing claims para sa disaster hit farmers.

01:28If you use satellite technology, sa claims processing, hindi na kailangan pumunta doon actual, you know, going there, far flung area, it takes time.

01:38Nagbibigay ito na satellite imagery na maaaring gamitin para tansyahin ang pinsalan na agrikultura sa mga geotag na sakahan.

01:46Lahat ng farmer namin, gine-geotag na natin. If you geotag, so accurate na talaga yung, hindi na yung, you know, ocular, and then you just estimate the area.

01:57In that case, we are able to save a lot of money. And if we're saving a lot, our savings will now go to more farmers being insured.

02:04Target din ang PCIC na makahingi na karagdagang isang bilyong pisong pondo mula sa kasalukuyang 4.5 billion pesos para madagdagan pa ng 600,000 ang makapag-insured na magsasaka sa bansa.

02:18Kaugnay naman ang pag-aalburuto ng vulkang bulusan, sinabi ng DA na bagamat wala pang naitalang pinsala sa sektor agrikultura, na nanatili silang handa sa posibeng epekto ng pag-alburuto ng vulkan.

02:29Hindi natin alam, baka biglang lumakas yung eruption na yan. At we are already repositioning as of today ng mga seeds, fertilizers in case tamaan.
