00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. issued the Executive Order No. 82
00:05which is being re-constructed by the Regional Development Council
00:08to speed up the development of each region in the country.
00:12Under the Executive Order No. 82 issued by the President on January 28,
00:16there are 12 agencies and the government is accepting the additional members of the RDC.
00:22Some of these are the Regional Heads of the Commission on Higher Education,
00:26Department of Education, Department of Energy, Bureau of Local Government,
00:30Finance, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development,
00:34Department of Information and Communications Technology, Department of Migrant Workers,
00:38Department of Transportation, Cooperative Development Authority, Office of Civil Defense,
00:43Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and Philippine Information Agency.
00:48It aims to strengthen and improve the progress for the governance of the regions in the country.
