00:00Sa matala po, Department of Social Welfare and Development naghahanda sa pagsasagawa ng feeding program sa mga kabataan kasabay ng pasokan.

00:23muling i-activate o inahanda na ng Department of Social Welfare Development o DSWD ang kanilang school feeding program.
00:34Mahigit 1.5 million na mga batang nasa Child Development Center at Supervised Neighborhood Play
00:41ang makikinabang sa supplementary feeding program ng DSWD.
00:46Ayon yan sa datos ng ahensya.
00:48Sa programa nga Bagong Pilipinas ngayon ng PTV, sinabi ng tagapagsalita ng DSWD na si Assistant Secretary Arin Dumlao
00:57na sa loob ng 120 days, ang mga bata ay bibigyan ng hot meals at gatas.
01:04Sa pagpapatupad ng nasabing programa, titimbangin yung at susukatin ang tangkada ng mga bata na may edad dalawa hanggang 5 years old.
01:13Ayon kay Dumlao, gagawin ito sa simula at habang ipinapatupad ang feeding program para makita ang magandang epekto nito sa mga bata.
01:22Sinabi rin ni Dumlao na whole of government approach ang pagpapatupad ng nasabing programa
01:27para matiyak na tuloy-tuloy ang pagpapatupad nito kahit mayroong mga sakuna o kalamidad.
01:33In the past 3 years na ini-implement natin itong supplementary feeding program,
01:40an average of 73% ng mga undernourished children na na-identify or na-revolve natin prior to the start of the feeding cycle
01:53ay nag-improve po yung kanilang nutrition status after the feeding cycle which is 120 days.
02:00So makikita po natin, naging malaki yung ambag nitong SFT sa pagpapabuti ng kalusugan at nutrition
02:10ng mga bata na nasa child development centers at mga supervised neighborhood plays.
02:17Angelique, ang feeding program na DSWD ay bahagi ng isang kautosan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marquez Jr.
02:28kung saan ito ay isa sa kanyang mga programa para tugunan ang Zero Hunger sa Bansa.
02:34At mayroon itong nakalaan na budget na nasa mahigit 5.18 billion pesos.
