00:00You have heard their singles, This Is Our Life and Used to the Darkness on 93.3 WMMR.
00:05They played in Philly a handful of times pre-pandemic, and if you saw it, you know that you are in for a real treat,
00:11and hopefully we'll be seeing them live again in the very near future.
00:15Joined by his band, William Tully on drums, Doc Mendelson on bass,
00:19we welcome Danny Rocco, a.k.a. The Rat King, a.k.a. Des Rocks, to Studio Z on MMR.
00:26Let's bring him out. Make some noise. Weaver and your cameras.
00:30Yeah, there they are.
00:33What's up?
00:34How's it going, everybody? How are you?
00:36Hi.
00:37How are you?
00:38Hello, hello.
00:40Can you hear me up there?
00:41This is probably just as mind-blowing for you as it is for me.
00:44We were running some tests before this, and your view, which, by the way,
00:49you all viewing this can toggle between different types of views.
00:52It looks like a game of guess who out there.
00:55It's crazy. I see you. I can hear you.
00:57I see everybody out there.
00:59It's pretty trippy.
01:01It's amazing.
01:02The things we've had to do to adapt during this pandemic.
01:05And I would ask you what you've been up to during the pandemic,
01:08but you've been making it pretty clear on Instagram
01:11that you have been hitting the studio hard all the time.
01:14So I'll let you explain in your own words what you've been up to for the past year.
01:18Yeah, I've been writing and recording a whole bunch.
01:20A lot of people, they always say, it's like, man, I just wish I had a month to be off the road, you know?
01:25And then I would write so much music.
01:27Well, now it's time to really put your money where your mouth is.
01:30So I've been writing and recording nonstop, and I'm working on my first album.
01:35Have you been in New York this whole time?
01:36I've been there every single day and every single night.
01:40Just grinding it out, right?
01:42Yeah, yeah.
01:43You can't leave.
01:44So I don't know.
01:45I have some weird Stockholm syndrome with New York City, I guess.
01:49Wow.
01:50Well, it's been interesting from a fan standpoint to see which artists sort of back into their caves
01:57and take the time to recharge in an introverted way,
02:00and then the people like you who just need to be on social media all the time,
02:04need to be writing all the time.
02:06Has it exhausted you at all yet?
02:07No, I mean, I think you could just chalk it up to some massive ADD.
02:11Like, I'm switching around constantly, always just thinking, like, far beyond
02:16and trying to take a bigger bite out of things than I might be able to.
02:20So, no, that doesn't really exhaust me too much.
02:22I'm kind of a mile-a-minute guy, you know?
02:25Well, we love keeping up with you on Instagram and everything else,
02:27and we love the music that has come out of this.
02:30The one thing that you haven't been able to do this past year, unfortunately, is tour,
02:34which is really a shame because your live shows,
02:37I know some of the people in this room have seen them, as have I, several times.
02:41They are explosive, high-energy shows,
02:44and one of the shows that you played here in Philadelphia was opening for the Rolling Stones,
02:50which must have been an incredible experience.
02:53What do you remember from that day?
02:55I remember just kind of being on edge all day,
02:59and we drove down from New York early in the morning
03:02in Eric's 1989 Volkswagen van that has the wrong color door on it.
03:09We showed up to the football stadium, and security's minds almost exploded.
03:15We just pulled up, and they were like,
03:16what the hell are you guys doing here?
03:18We're here to play the show.
03:21As the boy was falling off the van?
03:22Yeah, and this guy was like,
03:24like horn.
03:28And, yeah, I think they were pretty freaked out,
03:30and then they had to vet us and make sure we weren't clowning around,
03:34and they let us in, and we did our thing.
03:35What was it like being on that stage?
03:39I've actually been lucky enough to be on stage at the Link before,
03:43Lincoln Financial Field.
03:44It was for a Metallica show to introduce the band,
03:47and it took like a solid two minutes to walk from the side of the stage
03:52to the middle of the stage because it was so huge,
03:55and I've seen you rock it in tiny clubs.
03:58What was it like to just have this expanse in front of you?
04:02Oh, it was everything I've ever dreamed about having.
04:06It was unbelievable.
04:07Like, you're up there, and it just looks like CGI in the background,
04:10and I remember thinking, I was like, wow,
04:11the rendering is so good up there.
04:13It's so high def.
04:14You know what I mean?
04:15I was like, oh, no, it's real.
04:16So it was pretty crazy, yeah.
04:18It was like the exact atmosphere that I picture my music in,
04:22and it was really special.
04:24Did you get to talk to the Stones at all?
04:26I did, yeah.
04:27Yeah, they said they came by, and we had a great chat,
04:30and they said, thanks for doing this, and I said, anytime.
04:36That's it?
04:37Were you a little too nervous to say anything beyond that?
04:39No, we chatted a bit more, and yeah, it was just like you kind of like seize up,
04:45and you can't believe you're even in the same room as these people,
04:47so you're talking, and you don't even know what you're saying.
04:50But yeah, it was pretty unbelievable.
04:52Is the Stones a band that you listened to growing up?
04:56I know that you have a wide range of influences.
04:59You've cited Queen as one of your favorite bands.
05:01Is the Stones one of those as well?
05:02Yeah, they were definitely in the canon, you know,
05:04just like any big classic rock music that's meant to be played
05:08for lots of people throughout the world,
05:09that's something that really resonates deeply with me.
05:13I love that.
05:15I got to ask, this question has been on my mind for a while.
05:18What's the obsession with pizza?
05:20Yeah, well, you know what?
05:22You've played about it a lot.
05:23I say, what's not the obsession with pizza, you know?
05:26I don't know.
05:26Touche.
05:27I see, like, what's not the like?
05:29You got cheese, sauce, crunchy bread, you know?
05:31It's like, I think it's the best meal you could have.
05:33It's always there for you if you're feeling down.
05:35It's cheap.
05:36I love pizza, and pizza loves me.
05:39Wow, soulmates.
05:40Okay, what's your favorite pizza topping?
05:42I'm going to blow people's minds right now.
05:45Uh-oh.
05:46None.
05:48Stop.
05:48None.
05:49Pepper, are you a vegetarian?
05:51You like mushrooms, peppers, anything?
05:53I like them all.
05:54I respect all the toppings equally.
05:56I believe in equal rights for all toppings.
05:59But for me, like, you have to judge a slice based off the essentials before you can expand.
06:05That's just where I fall on that issue.
06:08Okay, all right.
06:09I can respect that strategy.
06:11Have you ever been to Lorenzo's here in Philly, by the way?
06:14Because they've got—I know everyone in every city is like, oh, this place has the best pizza.
06:18But truly, this place has the best pizza.
06:21And I've actually brought some bands there before.
06:23They listen to MMR all the time.
06:25They're cranking it in the kitchen.
06:26So next time you come to Philly, you've got to try Lorenzo's.
06:28I've got to try it.
06:29But you also have to tell me, is it the same thing with cheesesteaks?
06:32Like, do you have to have a favorite cheesesteak topping?
06:34Or is it the classic that gets the most respect?
06:37You know, I think that—actually, yesterday was National Cheesesteak Day.
06:40So there was a lot of discussion surrounding the various forms of cheesesteaks.
06:45And I don't think that the topping arena is as large as it is for pizza.
06:51But on that topic, if you want to be really bold and possibly get out of playing your show the next day,
06:56you can try the Philly taco, which is a cheesesteak wrapped in a slice of Lorenzo's.
07:01Because the Lorenzo's slices are as big as your face.
07:05So if you're up for the challenge, I'll do it with you.
07:07Damn, that sounds like a challenge that I am all about.
07:12Has anyone in the audience ever done that?
07:14Anyone?
07:16I'm seeing raises of hands.
07:17You're like, tell me we're not that crazy.
07:20I'm seeing raises of hands.
07:22No, absolutely not.
07:23We can hear all you guys, by the way.
07:25It's pretty crazy.
07:25Like, we can hear your audio.
07:27It's nuts.
07:28It's still blowing your mind, this game of Guess Who that's laid out in front of you?
07:31Yeah.
07:31I know it's not quite, like, opening for the Rolling Stones, but it's something.
07:35It's nuts.
07:36I feel like I'm in some sci-fi movie where, like, the world has ended and, like, this is, like, Liberia.
07:41And that's, like, China.
07:42And, like, we're all, like, meeting virtually to talk about what to do with the earth.
07:46Yeah.
07:46Right, right.
07:47It's crazy.
07:48We're speaking with Des Rocks in Studio Z on 93.3 WMMR.
07:52And for those who are just discovering your music, maybe aren't as familiar with it, I got to say, Des Rocks absolutely blurs the genre line.
08:02And you can hear that in your latest single, This Is Our Life, which we're playing here on MMR.
08:05You've got the loud guitars, and then you've got the more alternative-leaning effects.
08:10And then a gospel vocal chorus comes out of nowhere, seemingly, just hits you from the side of the head.
08:16But it's fresh.
08:18At the same time, I've heard you speak over and over about your classic rock influences and that foundation that you have.
08:25You love Queen.
08:25You love the Talking Heads.
08:26You love Jimi Hendrix.
08:27So how do you balance those classic influences while still trying to create a new sound that's never been heard before?
08:36Well, I think for me, like, there's very little conscious about my songwriting process, you know, and, like, my record-making process.
08:42I just have all these really weird different strands of musical DNA, and then they all just get mixed up into, like, a Des Rock stew, and they get spit out.
08:51But as a producer, I do pretty much everything on my own.
08:55We're just with a friend from high school, and we're just on our laptop.
08:58So, like, the production approach is very modern, but songs and melody, those are the things that never change, and those are the things that mean the most to me.
09:07So I guess it's those melodies through a modern lens, and it just creates, well, God knows what.
09:13I want to keep people guessing.
09:16Gotcha.
09:17I have a little bit of mystery.
09:18Well, since you do have one foot in the classic world and then one foot in the modern world, when you listen to music, not necessarily your own, just kicking back, listening to music, do you stream or do you go vinyl?
09:31Are you digital or are you analog?
09:33Both, which I think is really representative of my music as a whole.
09:38You know, like, I'm constantly streaming.
09:40I'm constantly voraciously checking out new stuff.
09:42And with the exact same amount of enthusiasm, I'm looking for old stuff, too.
09:46You know, like, just the other day, Eric brought into our studio a vinyl Elvis record that is just called Elvis Talks, and there's no music, and it's totally out-of-context stage banter that they'd made to try and get around the recording agreement.
10:01And it's just, like, the craziest shit ever, and we geeked out over it during rehearsal.
10:05So, yeah, like, it's all of the above.
10:08Wow.
10:09I don't think I've heard of that.
10:10I'll have to check that out.
10:11He just did it to get to fulfill his recording contract.
10:14That's nutty.
10:15Yeah, it's not anywhere online.
10:16It's only vinyl.
10:17Yeah.
10:18Wow.
10:19Yeah.
10:19Wow.
10:20Uh, well, look, we've got this fancy stage setup.
10:23I know you're itching to play.
10:25Let's put all of this to good use.
10:27Everyone in the audience, do you guys want to hear Des Rocks play some songs live for you?
10:32Yeah, that's great.
10:34Remember, keep your cameras and your mics on.
10:36Des, I'm going to have you take it away.
10:38Des, I'm going to have you take it away.
11:08I'm eating flames.
11:15Come on!
11:15I got your money, money, show me where to flee.
11:31I don't want to feed the monster according to your dreams.
11:34And then I'll show them what I've been through a day.
11:38If I'm stopping, I'll be my worst enemy.
11:41Good days and bad days.
11:43They don't feel the same.
11:47And if it kills me, I'm going to hold my thing.
11:51They don't feel the same.
11:54Now I'm afraid to sleep at night.
11:56Those who let me never feel the light.
11:57Loved by the darker sky.
11:59Tell me, where the hell am I?
12:00Tell me, where the hell am I?
12:06Now I'm afraid to sleep at night.
12:09And I'm overrun to the rain.
12:13Cause the day I rest is a day I'm living in the Lord.
12:17Go down on his way.
12:18There's happy moments, they are far and few between.
12:39I thought it was river blue for cure our misery.
12:42I'm only in New York and you wish I'm one of the way.
12:45So daddy's love me, make it short and break it free.
12:48Hey!
12:48Some days and bad days.
12:50They don't feel the same.
12:55And if it kills me, I'm going to hold my thing.
12:58Hey!
13:01Now I'm afraid to sleep at night.
13:03Those who let me never feel the light.
13:04Loved by the darker sky.
13:06Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:09Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:13Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:14Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:15Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:16Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:17Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:18Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:19Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:20Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:21Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:22Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:23Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:24Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:25Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:26Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:27Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:28Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:29Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:30Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:31Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:32Tell me, where the hell am I?
13:33And the road flowed down in vain
13:43Of men's stakes
13:59Lord, start me down
14:03Caught in the late night
14:09Lost underground
14:12I hear them gates
14:17Slating open loud
14:22Come close to midnight
14:27You'll fear the door
14:30And through my eyes
14:35I used to the darkness
14:38And everyone I knew
14:42Was lost and sure
14:45Long for love and love to heal
14:49Now would you pray
14:53Before you twist the knife
14:56Yeah, would you take my hand and take the light
15:00I'm trying to give up all the lies
15:05I'm used to the darkness
15:07I'm used to the darkness
15:09Hey, I'm just a pain
15:11And I'm only pleasurable
15:13I can't really care for all
15:16Everything I've done
15:18And I am no one else
15:21I'm used to the darkness
15:25I'm used to the darkness
15:27Yeah
15:28Well, come I lay on you
15:35I'm used to the darkness
15:39I'm used to the darkness
15:40To come join the rest
15:43Bring the rest
15:44Bring the rest
15:45Bring the light
15:47And through my eyes
15:48I used to the darkness
15:50And everyone I knew
15:54Was lost and sure
15:58But forgotten
15:59And will flee
16:01Now would you pray
16:06Before you twist the knife
16:08Yeah, would you take my hand and take the light
16:13I'm trying to give up all the lies
16:17I'm used to the darkness
16:19I'm used to the darkness
16:22And I'm so pain
16:24And I'm only pleasurable
16:26I can't really care for everything
16:30Another one
16:31And none else knows
16:33I'm used to the darkness
16:37I'm used to the darkness
16:40Yeah
16:40Let me see your digital little hand
16:49I can't use to the darkness
16:53To
16:54I can't use to the darkness
16:58To you
16:58I get used to the darkness
17:02To
17:03Yes, I did
17:05Wow, this has just been so great
17:09Seeing everybody
17:10It's been a while for us
17:12And, uh
17:13I wasn't supposed to do this
17:15But
17:16I'm too damn good
17:18To
17:18Give me a look all the lies
17:20To the darkness
17:21To the darkness
17:23To the darkness
17:24Yeah, I'm just a man
17:27I'm only pleasurable
17:29Can't believe me
17:31I can't believe everything
17:33Everything was wrong
17:34And I don't know
17:36The world is left to love
17:39I'm used to the darkness
17:41I'm used to the darkness
17:43To the darkness
17:44To the darkness
17:44And I don't know
22:03We got time for one more?
22:20Oh, thank you.
22:22It's been a minute for us.
22:25This feels really good, so we just want to milk it for one more second, but that's okay.
22:28Just, I just needed three minutes of your time, that's it.
22:44Just two minutes, 55 seconds more, and I'll be out of your hair.
22:47Yeah.
22:48Yeah.
22:49Yeah.
22:51And I'll be right back.
22:59Yeah.
23:01¶¶
23:31¶¶
24:01¶¶
24:31¶¶
24:53¶¶
24:54¶¶
24:55¶¶
24:56¶¶
24:57¶¶
25:05¶¶
25:11¶¶
25:17¶¶
25:19¶¶
25:23¶¶
25:25Oh, let me live.
25:55Oh, let me die.
26:01Thank you, everybody.
26:03Wow. Wow. Dez rocks. Keep it going for the band.
26:09Okay, next time we do this, it needs to be a little later in the evening.
26:12It's 4 o'clock here in Philly. Well, 4.30 now.
26:153.30 where you are in Nashville, but I feel like I should have had a drink in my hand
26:18and been in a dark, crowded space for that.
26:21That's my favorite comment. Thank you.
26:23Yeah, right?
26:24When was the last time you all played Plugged In Live together like that?
26:29Well, we rehearsed and we jammed a lot, but for real, in front of Flesh and Blood,
26:34a year and four weeks ago.
26:37Exactly.
26:38Yeah, in Detroit. And Heidi was there.
26:41Yeah.
26:42Hey, Heidi. What's up?
26:44Heidi's a big fan.
26:45Yeah, your band is one of the last that I saw live last year, but it wasn't in Philly.
26:50It was actually in Vegas for the Happens convention.
26:52And I was telling everyone, you got to come watch the Dez rock set.
26:56I know that it's an industry thing and everyone's busy networking, but you have to focus, pay attention.
27:00And a lot of people did.
27:01So that was so much fun.
27:03And I definitely miss that concert experience.
27:06Can't wait to get back to it.
27:07I'm sure you guys feel the same.
27:08Oh, yeah.
27:09Hell yeah.
27:09Thank you for spreading the word.
27:10That was fun getting down in a desert like that.
27:12I had a great time.
27:13Yeah, that was cool.
27:14So to recap that set real quick, Wayne, Used to the Darkness, This Is Our Life, and Let Me Live, Let Me Die.
27:22And Let Me Live, Let Me Die, correct me if I'm wrong, is that one of the first songs that you wrote with this iteration of the band?
27:31I know you've been in bands your entire life.
27:33Yeah, like Let Me Live, Let Me Die is one of the very first Dez rock songs.
27:37I was in this like shithole studio.
27:40Can I curse?
27:40It was too late.
27:41Sorry.
27:42No, it's the internet.
27:43It's fine.
27:43I was in this studio in Brooklyn, and I just remember being so frustrated with the industry and everything that was going on and all these politics.
27:51And I just got back, and I was like, just let me live or just let me fucking die.
27:55You know what I mean?
27:55It was just like this emotional catharsis to say.
27:58And the whole song came together in like 30 seconds, and I recorded it in like the raddiest, worst way.
28:04But I guess it had some kind of charm, and fortunately, people liked it.
28:08It had soul, too.
28:10It's relatable.
28:11Well, thank you so much for that.
28:12Again, that was incredible.
28:14And we do want to get to our MMR fan questions and the listener Q&A.
28:19So let's call first, since you called her out.
28:23Heidi has a question for you.
28:25Hey, Heidi.
28:30I can hear you, barely, but I can hear you.
28:34Okay.
28:34So since we were talking about touring, what do you miss about touring other than actually performing?
28:44I miss the camaraderie and like the band of brothers, so to speak, atmosphere of just like lots of people from all walks of life.
28:53Every race, gender, creed, everything, just like living together in a tour bus, you know, or in a van and just like, it's like a, like a, it's a really magical kind of experience of people coming together to do some pretty incredible things.
29:08And I miss that.
29:09And I miss that a lot.
29:12Nice.
29:13Thank you for your question, Heidi.
29:14Next up, we've got Patty Stee.
29:17Hey, Patty.
29:19Hi.
29:19Thank you so much for filling our rock and roll souls here.
29:24It's so wonderful to see you guys again.
29:26Wonderful.
29:26You were one of our, Tommy, come on back over, one of our last concerts in Harrisburg before the shutdown.
29:33So it's great to see you.
29:35So my question is, let's imagine that you have Full House.
29:41We're back in a regular situation this weekend.
29:45What, what song, I mean, you picked Wayne today.
29:47What do you think you would go with Wayne as your opening?
29:49It's like, what's your first song back when you've got like the full crowd back in, back in a live situation?
29:55Man.
29:56Your opener.
29:57My opener.
29:58I love opening with Wayne because it just kicks all of our asses.
30:01And it's like, even if you're not, even if you're a little sleepy before the show, that song will drag you kicking and screaming right into that set.
30:08Also, a new song called P.O.S. is really fun to open with.
30:12And that one is a similar thing where if you're having a drowsy day, it's not going to come on too kindly, that song.
30:22So we've rehearsed it a lot and have gotten all of our asses kicked by it a lot.
30:27Well, we can't wait to see it happen.
30:30And this was wonderful.
30:31Thank you so much.
30:32And I remember you from the show, Club XL Harrisburg.
30:35Yeah.
30:35Yeah, I remember.
30:38Nice.
30:38Rock on, Tommy.
30:39Thank you, Daddy.
30:41These questions were great.
30:42You guys are going to steal my job eventually.
30:44Now, we do have a little bit of time.
30:47If anyone else in the audience has a question for Des, I understand you can raise your hand and Des will be able to see you and call on you.
30:55So if anyone has a question, now's your chance.
30:57Cool, I'll do A8, Michael Ross with the glasses on, and then after that, I'll hit B8 Tom after that.
31:05I'll hit B8 Tom after that.
31:07Hey, Michael.
31:08Hey, Michael.
31:09Hey, Des and gang.
31:11I appreciate it.
31:12I'll try to be quick.
31:14One, I was fortunate to see you guys twice live.
31:17If this counts, this will be three times.
31:19You guys, phenomenal live.
31:21Real quick, you posted recently on your social media account that you love trilogies or you're fascinated about them, and you did the three EPs.
31:34I was wondering if the new album was going to be a part one of a trilogy, just throwing it out there.
31:42That's a great question.
31:43That's a great question.
31:44I think my response to that is you're on to something.
31:48On to something.
31:49I'm just saying, you know, you like trilogies, and yeah, thanks for putting on great rock and roll.
31:56And thank you, MMR, too, for just having us all on this.
32:00I appreciate it.
32:01Yeah, this is pretty nifty, man.
32:04Totally.
32:05You had someone in mind next?
32:06Oh, any more hands?
32:08B8 Tony with the cap on and the glasses on, and then after that, B4 Noel.
32:14But for now, B8 Tone.
32:19I think your audio is on.
32:22Oh, it's me.
32:23Hey, what's up, bud?
32:24Hey, what's going on, Tony?
32:27Name is Tom, by the way.
32:28Oh, you know, your name is blocked by the lights, and I just assume any T-O is Tone, which is very Italian and presumptive of me.
32:36I'm sorry.
32:36Dude, we're living it right now.
32:38What's going on, Tom?
32:41Nothing much, man.
32:42What I want to know is, when you go to a local show, do you hang out, or do you watch the sports teams?
32:54When I go to a local show?
32:55I mean, it's, yeah, like, you know, do you, like, go to a club and say that, let's rock on.
33:02Yeah, I'd say I'm the worst person you could ever go see a show with.
33:06If you want to not enjoy the show you're going to see, don't go with me.
33:09I will go to the back of this club.
33:11I will stand there with my arms crossed.
33:13I will evaluate every single piece of gear and every choice the band makes on stage, and then I'll go home and I'll stew about it.
33:19So don't, yeah, I go to them all the time, but just not in a way you might like.
33:24I'm with you, man.
33:25The analytical type, wow.
33:26Yeah.
33:29Yeah.
33:29Thank you, Tom.
33:30Thanks, Tom.
33:32Well, thank you very much.
33:33Yeah.
33:34I think we got before Noel, and I see some more that are hidden.
33:39I can't see the numbers.
33:41But I see it before Noel.
33:44Hi.
33:45Hey, Noel.
33:46Hi.
33:47My question was, out of your Des Rocks catalog, which song is the most personal to you?
33:55They're all extremely personal.
33:57Like I say all the time, I would live and die for every lyric and every musical choice and production choice in there.
34:03One that is particularly emotional is a song called Suicide Romantics that I end the last EP with.
34:12Great to see you again, by the way.
34:13You too, Noel.
34:15This is wild.
34:16Thank you, Noel.
34:18You're going to have to kick me out of this place.
34:20Yeah.
34:20Sorry.
34:22Oh, yeah, yeah.
34:24B6, Gracie and Holly Doris.
34:25This is crazy.
34:30A lot of, like, mother-child combos in the house tonight.
34:34It's crazy.
34:36A family affair.
34:38Is your audio on?
34:39Hey.
34:44B6, Gracie and Holly.
34:45Oh, you're not green.
34:48That means I can't call on you.
34:50Oh, your mic's muted.
34:54Turn the mic on.
34:55Turn the mic on.
34:55Quick.
34:56You're in.
34:56Turn the mic on.
34:58Hey.
34:59Hey.
35:01Oh.
35:02Just DM me.
35:04Why don't we go to...
35:04Well, let's go to someone else.
35:07And if it turns green, let us know.
35:10Any other questions?
35:11I'm also a woefully colorblind.
35:13So if it turns green or red, I'll let you know.
35:16Do you see the book as browns?
35:18I see nothing.
35:23Cool.
35:24Any other questions?
35:27Anyone?
35:27Anyone?
35:28I think that's about it.
35:30All right.
35:31Awesome.
35:31Well, thank you so much for joining us today, for taking the time to test out this wild
35:37guess who technology.
35:39It was mind-blowing, and I was certainly happy to be a part of it.
35:42On behalf of WMMR, we want to thank Claire for this virtual live audience technology that
35:48was used.
35:49Also want to thank Ted Hoekstra of AMFM for helping put all of this together.
35:53And, of course, Danny, William, and Doc, Des Rocks.
35:57And to all of you for joining us today.
35:59So give it up for Des Rocks, everybody.
36:00Thank you very much.
