00:00Hey, it's your man, DJ Thumb Jammin' 105.7 Thumb is in the streets once again, and I have to stop by Twice Baked Gourmet Potatoes.

00:13I am Rochelle Hodge, the head chef over here at Twice Baked on the corner of Jones and Greg.
00:20We have came a long way, and only because of the community is why we're here.

00:26So you actually started off doing this, pretty much doing catering and things like that, right?
00:33Okay, so how I started off, I was a 25-year veteran going here, successful, and I decided I was going to go out there in the streets and do a little something where we get the potatoes.
00:45And the response was so amazing, I call it an accidental success, DJ Thumb.
00:50And why I say that is because I did not know it was going to come where we have a whole brick and mortar.
00:54So yes, we started off in a tent. Yes, thank you.
00:58We started off in a tent with a full kitchen, and we went to every carnival festival, every hotel, every school almost.
01:07And we just did our thing, and it just continued to elevate and level up.
01:11Well, I had a taco, and I also had an egg roll, but it just didn't make it to the bar.
01:21It didn't make it.
01:22So this is, of course, one of the twice-baked gourmet potatoes, and this one is called the classic, right?

01:29So I'm going to dig in just for a second.
