00:25All Disney, all the time. I love it.
00:27This is a fake coffee because they know that I don't like it.
00:29So it's just more sugar than anything.
00:31Oh, there's sugar. That could be it as well.
00:34Now, we have to talk about everything going on on this ship.
00:38This is like many vacations inside a vacation.
00:42You're not stuck in one place on this excursion.
00:45And the best part is that everything is included.

00:49It's like a vacation after a vacation.
00:50So not only do you get to, it's just coming completely disconnected from the real world.
00:54All your dining is included.
00:56There's no dishes, no cooking, no grocery shopping.

00:59Oh, the entertainment is included.
01:01If you want more, you can ask for seconds of the same appetizer or dessert.
01:05Or fourth.
01:06Or have one of each.

01:10With friends, of course, not by myself.
01:12That's what I did last night.
01:13We were having dinner.
01:14And I was like, I was looking at my girl's sea bass.
01:16I was like, let me get a bite of that.
01:18And that bite turned, I'm going to need.

01:21I'll be like, get your own.
01:22You can have your own here.
01:23But it's no judgment either.
01:25Because when you do tend to want to sample a few things, they don't look at you like, you know, you don't need that.
01:31They don't give you that look.
01:32I like that.
01:33But no, we want you to enjoy.
01:34We want you to try things, right?
01:36We love that on our ship you can explore new things, new foods, you know, go to new places, you know, see a new show, meet new people.
01:43So, like, we enjoy when our guests want to do more things.
01:46That's why we're here, right?
01:47Our crew members are all dedicated for all of you.
01:50And so whenever you want more, they actually feel happy because they get to serve and really get to have that special moment with our guests.
01:56It is a great energy.
01:57And we were talking about the fact that last night we were headed, like, after the game, we're headed home.
02:02We're like, we got to go to bed because we got to be up early.
02:04And the kids are still up, turnt up.
02:07Like, I mean, I don't know if they hopped up on sugar, but these kids, 10, 30, 11 o'clock, they were still around Donald Duck downstairs.
02:13I'm looking down on them from deck four, and they're down there working them all night.
02:18So this is almost like it's their house.
02:20This is the house that the kids built.
02:22I love that you said that.
02:23We always want to make everybody feel like home, right?
02:25I don't know if even when you enter, right, we greet you by your first or last number, whatever you prefer, to make sure you feel already part of the family.
02:33Mickey or Goofy are where they're waving, right?
02:35The crew members are clapping for you.
02:37And yes, you're home, right?
02:38So the kids can be on their own in their kids' section.
02:41The adults have their own sections.
02:42The families can be together.
02:43And again, everything is included, so you have to think about logistics or anything.
02:47It's just like whatever you all want to do together or separated and then back together.
02:51You make your own vacation.
02:52You really make the best what is working for you to ensure that everybody has a fantastic time.
02:57So people think, like, oh, is it just for kids?
02:59Is it just for families?
03:00No, it's for everyone.
03:02And you really feel it.
03:03And it's 24-7, right?

03:05Because if after that you wanted food, there'll be room service to the room, right?
03:08Oh, yeah.
03:09At 12 o'clock in the morning.
03:10Or, you know, the clubs are open until the kids want until 11.
03:13And then the adult wants until a little bit later than that, of course.

03:17I mean, there's a lot to do.
03:19And there's also just the energy that's here.
03:21Because you don't really see.

03:25I mean, when I was taking a video of what you were speaking of when people are walking in,
03:29I went up top.
03:30And I'm looking down at it.
03:31And I just glanced.
03:32I mean, it's so funny.
03:33Because, you know, we see in the news how people in these suits, they can't really see all of the different angles.
03:40Mickey was waving at the people down there.
03:42I held up a camera at him.
03:44And all of a sudden, he looked at me, started waving and posing and dancing.
03:49And I'm like, how is he seeing everything?
03:51Like, he's the captain on the ship.
03:53He knows everything.
03:54He knows everything.
03:56He already knew that you were coming while you were celebrating.
03:59And he's just so happy to welcome all of our guests.
04:01Now, I'm looking at your name tag.
04:05And it says France.
04:07It says France, Espanol, Italiano, and Portuguese.
04:10Are those all languages that you speak?

04:13Oh, my gosh.

04:39And we do are very fortunate to have guests from all around the world.
04:42That is perfect.
04:42And so we love when we can welcome.
04:44And you'll see that on board our ships, we have crew members from all around the world.
04:47And they all get to greet our guests, you know, in the language where they're from.
04:51So they truly feel like at home.
04:52That is, again, another stab in being at home on this ship.
04:57That is just, they think of everything.
04:59And I got to tell you, we've met so many people.
05:01Some people are very, very Disney, like with the shirts, the ears, the everything.
05:06And then you have other families who are walking around like, this is my first time.
05:08I don't really know how to act.
05:10But everybody is comfortable and having a great time.
05:12So, yeah, I applaud everybody's efforts for making us feel comfortable here.
05:18And I implore everybody who's listening in the Bay Area to get on one of these ships fast with your family and let your kids run around on a sugar high for three or four days.
05:27Yeah, the Disney cruise is our next level.
05:29They don't compare to anything else.
05:30And we're having the best time.
05:31You know, we have that extra pixie dust that makes it just so different.
