00:08We are thoroughly impressed. You've been here before. I've never been on a Disney cruise
00:12But we are huge Disney fans in our family with two little girls. That's all they want to do. They live Disney at that household. So
00:19Fly up the flying in for a lot of these people and coming into Miami was a whole different experience
00:24Tell us why the departure from Miami is so important
00:28So when you think about Disney cruise, a lot of people know we sail from Port Canaveral, which is near Orlando
00:34But they don't realize we sail from Miami almost all year round
00:38For us we think Miami is just a great city to sail from because it's so easy to get to
00:42It really is a travel hub. You can get flights in and out of Miami, especially if you're coming from out of state
00:49But even coming from Florida itself, you're coming from St. Pete or Tampa. You know, you can drive over
00:54You don't have to worry about the hassles of flying and it just offers a lot more options for our guests to be able to sail from

01:01You know both Port Canaveral and Miami and you can also extend your trip because you can have a little bit of a lip before you get on the ship and then
01:09Spend a little bit of time afterwards and make it a just a festive nice sunshiny type of excursion
01:14Absolutely, so families who come and sail with us they can add a day to their cruise either before they sail or afterwards
01:21They can experience all the amazing things that you know are in Miami. So I mean there's legendary beaches
01:27There's some really great museums. The dining is fantastic
01:30Yeah, so to be able to pair that with a Disney cruise. It really doesn't get any better now
01:35Castaway is where we're headed and then also Bahamas
01:38What other like destinations are out of these ports?
01:43So when you sail from Miami all of our cruises visit
01:46Castaway Cay which is Disney's private island paradise
01:49We also sail to other destinations in the Bahamas as well as the Caribbean
01:55So some of our longer cruises go to both well to either Western Caribbean or Eastern Caribbean
02:01There's some beautiful stops there including the British Virgin Islands Tortola Grand Cayman
02:08And a lot that are affected by yesterday's memorial with the with the with the Queen, you know because she's sovereign over the Bahamas
02:17And a lot of those lands at your British Virgin Islands and everything else
02:21So it's it's kind of a it's it's kind of a topical yeah that we are visiting with doing a tribute to the Queen
02:27I should say with Disney and honestly, I just I mean I told them me coming on this ship for the first time in and without my daughter
02:36So I'm like solo. I was treated like I was a kid yesterday
02:41I mean, I got all of the love when I got on the boat
02:44I photo or photographs and stuff and I'm like wow
02:46I really thought they were gonna be like, all right, listen, you're by yourself
02:49Just skirt along guy just keep moving
02:51But it really was like everybody doesn't feel like an act
02:55It feels like everybody's having the best time ever
02:57It is it's amazing like, you know
02:59We like to say there's fun and relaxation for everybody
03:02So it doesn't matter if you're traveling as an adult you're traveling with your family without
03:07There's just so much fun
03:08So for adults, we have a lot of adult exclusive spaces
03:12There's the pool the spa there's adult exclusive dining
03:16So there's so much for you to do, but you can also feel like a little kid
03:19Yeah, get your photo with Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie
03:22You can see our amazing Broadway style stage shows
03:25Tonight we're going to see Beauty and the Beast
03:27So you can be you know a full-grown adult or you can feel like a little kid and let your you know Disney heart just soar
03:34It only took about four hours to drive to Miami and yeah
03:38You really can take advantage of the whole Miami area
03:40And I know that's what Davi did
03:41He planned a whole vacation before going on the Disney cruise
