00:00Thursday just arrived to Honduras in the framework of the SELAC, the United Summit of Head of States in Honduras.

00:13Many political figures have arrived to the country in this meeting.

00:20On Thursday, let's recall, under the motto, United for the Greater Homeland,

00:24foreign ministers are meeting at the headquarters of the Central Bank of Honduras.

00:30Just hours before the 9th Presidential Summit of the Community of Latin American Caribbean States,

00:36they will discuss economic and social solutions of regional interests in order to establish the thematic agenda

00:44with the strategy, the guidelines that SELAC leaders will analyze on Wednesday.

00:49Throughout the day, the delegation from the 33 SELAC member countries will receive a dossier to summarize

00:56in the work carried out by the Central American country during its years at the helm of the organization.

01:04A period that includes 16 such meetings.

01:06They will also review the Tegucigalpa Declaration, a key document for the regional consensus in Latin America and the Caribbean,

01:14which contains the action and equipments reached during the working group meeting of the 2024-2025 period.

01:23In a morning, in the Honduran vice minister of consular and migration affairs, Antonio Garcia received the foreign minister,

01:30Arnoldo Tinoco from Costa Rica.

01:33Also, Celinda Luna from Bolivia, and now he's arriving the president of the country, Luis Arce.

01:42The vice minister of international cooperation, Cindy Rodriguez, welcome Colombian foreign affairs,

01:47minister Laura Rabia, as well as the vice president of Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and Chile.

01:53Honduras authorities also reported the arrival of Panama's vice minister of bilateral affairs, Carlos Guevara,

02:03and the foreign ministers from Jamaica, Tiguan-Berbuda, St. Keith's and Navy's, Granada, Bruno Rodriguez from Cuba,

02:15St. Vincent and the Granadines, Frida and Tobago.

02:18Let's recall that earlier, Honduran defense minister, Rixi Moncada,

02:22welcomed Honduran's president, Amandu Orsi, at the Palmorela Air Base, north of the Tegucigalpa.

02:38Meanwhile, Venezuelan foreign minister, Ivan Hill, arrived in Honduras on Monday

02:42with the intention of reforming the need for Latin American unity to come from challenging times.

02:48His context of strength and regional relations under Honduran's leadership,

02:53specifically in light of U.S. policies, immigration, and global trade,

02:58the presence of these delegations reforms the growing interest in bolstering both bilateral

03:05and multilateral ties among the select members.

03:10Through the day, the presidents of Brazil, just as we are watching, Bolivia, Cuba, Guatemala,

03:18Mexico, and Colombia are expected to arrive in Honduras.

03:26arrived to Honduras in the framework of the summit.
