01:21I am the judge of her commune so I am going to give the word to her.
01:26Tell me first, how have you been living this moment, this process today?
01:33First of all, thank you Telassar, a warm and revolutionary greeting from here from the
01:38avenue that takes us more quickly to Miraflores.
01:41Today's experience has been wonderful.
01:43There is a people in the streets since yesterday.
01:45Since January 3rd, we are defending the revolution of our President Nicolás Maduro Moros.
01:50Today is a historic day.
01:52Since we are in the swearing-in of our President, this is to tell the world that we are the
01:56country with more democracy and that those who think to attempt against our democracy,
02:00against our peace in Venezuela will not return.
02:03It is a wonderful experience.
02:05It is historic.
02:06We are part of the right chapter of history after what our Eternal Commander Hugo Rafael
02:11Chávez left us.
02:12You took part in one of the most important elections of the last few months that has
02:16to do precisely with popular democracy, returning that power capacity to the people, and you
02:21were elected Justice of the Peace, what does that mean?
02:24And why is it important in this project?
02:29Well, after the elections of July 28th, and after many international and national political
02:35debates, our President and the whole team of the people of Venezuela have decided to
02:40Our President and the whole team that accompanies him decided to carry out a process of
02:44communes elections, from the bases of our popular power, to choose the Justices of the
02:49Peace with the purpose of maintaining harmony, starting from our communes.
02:53An important historical process, where all the people went out to the streets to choose
02:57their Justices of the Peace of the popular power.
03:00It is a wonderful experience, and to have been elected in Miranda State, in the
03:04municipality of Urdineta, in the commune Venezuela Patria Independiente is one of the
03:09things that I am most grateful to God, because it makes me feel that I am now a more
03:13important part of history, to show our children and grandchildren that peace will always
03:17win in Venezuela.
03:22From your experience in the state of Miranda, and from your perspective of what is
03:26happening here today, what message would you give to those who are not in Venezuela
03:30to tell them what is happening in the streets?
03:33The initial message is to return to the homeland, we need you here.
03:37Venezuela is a country that is on the road to victory, economically we have proven
03:41in the last few months a remarkable growth from the entrepreneurial movement.
03:45Our international and national companies have shown that our productive economy
03:49is moving forward, and that we here in Venezuela do not have any kind of war.
03:54With Nicolas Maduro we have a people's victory, I would say an eternal one,
03:58because from today's victory, from 2025 to 2031 we will continue working to build
04:04a beautiful country. So, come to Venezuela, we are here in peace, and what we want
04:09is to continue working to build a better country based on harmony, on respect.
04:13We need you, come here to Venezuela, we are waiting for you here in Venezuela
04:17to welcome you with open arms.
04:21That call is one made by many of the people present here, and it is an invitation
04:27for people from all over the world to come and join the Venezuelans in this process
04:33that they are heading. So, this is just a little bit of what is happening
04:38in Caracas at this moment. Let's recall that this is a very important day.
04:43President Nicolas Maduro has been sworn in for his third mandate,
04:48and in his speech he was recalling that this was a swearing-in ceremony
04:53accompanied by the people, with the people and for the people.
04:57And accompanied by the people means that this people, the Venezuelan people,
05:02is out on the streets, they are out on the streets listening to that address
05:07and also now celebrating. So, this is what is happening in Caracas.
05:11We will continue to bring you all the information. We go back to you.
05:20Thank you for all the information and being present on this morning.
05:25We'll be here with more information, more news for you
05:29and our news brief from the south. Stay tuned.
