00:00Mayo and Lao, the government's office did not approve some commitments regarding the 2025 National and Local Elections.

00:20On February 5, the government officials signed a Solidarity Pledge with the Police, Regional Office, and PRO-11 Grounds in Buhangin, Davao City.

00:32The Parliamentary Elections in Bangsamoro, Autonomous Region, and Muslim Mindanao-Kun Barm are close to completion.

00:38There is no doubt that this will be postponed.

00:42The Commission on Elections, Region-11, requested that the Government and the Police, Regional Office, and PRO-11 Grounds provide financial assistance for the election in May.

00:54We will show our sincerity, professionalism, and integrity in our electoral process.

01:04We need to do that, and if we do not do that, we will have problems.

01:09As a matter of fact, Sir, we have recommended 500 personnel from the PNP-11 to be trained by us in case their services are needed in the Barm elections.

01:28The first digital substation in Davao City was launched by a power company on February 5.

01:36It has a capacity of 50 megavolts-amperes.

01:41The power company is expected to fulfill some commitments regarding the stable and reliable power supply in the area of Davao City and other business districts in the city.

01:53According to the presence of my colleagues, the project is estimated to cost Php 180 million and has a capacity of 50,000 residential consumers.

02:05It is expected that the substation will be able to return the power supply more quickly during the power outage.

02:13It is also expected that the carbon emission contribution from the company will be able to protect the area.

02:23The advantage is that it is a digital substation, meaning it is more sophisticated.

02:29The signals are more digital.

02:32If there is a power outage, it can be restored quickly because it sends signals remotely to our control station.

02:38We can even turn it on and off remotely.

02:43And these are the first news in PTV Davao.
