00:00The Commission on Elections, Comelec, will now destroy some 6 million ballots that were first printed last January.
00:09These are the 6 million cut-off ballots that will not be used in the midterm elections
00:15because the names of the candidates added by the Supreme Court are not included.
00:23After the warehouse of Comelec in Santa Rosa, Laguna,
00:26the papers will be sent directly to Mabalakat, Pampanga, where they will be dissolved or recycled.
00:32The National Archives of the Philippines is the body of the Comelec

00:38The PPCRV, NAMFREL, LENTE, and the Commission on Audit are also involved
