00:16The security guard involved in the viral video showing him chasing away a Sampaguita vendor in Mandalayong City has already submitted his counter-affidavit.
00:24According to the PNP Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies, representatives from the security guard's agency have also submitted documents to Kamp Krame.
00:34The PNP Civil Security Group did not provide details about the contents of the documents.
00:39However, these will be used for the preliminary evaluation.
00:42It will be the basis for the PNP to determine whether there is a probable cause or sufficient evidence to file a complaint against the guard for violating the Private Security Services Industry Act.
00:53They will also review whether the security guard violated ethical standards.
01:09The police have also sent a notice to the female Sampaguita vendor to appear before them and share her side.
01:15She is expected to appear before the social office next week.
01:19If she fails to appear, the preliminary evaluation will proceed.
