00:00We're tracking our next big storm.
00:01Well, we have a storm that's going to
00:04be rolling across the Intermountain West
00:06and it kind of kicks this one into gear.
00:09It's going to be making its way north and
00:11east, spreading with it plenty of winter
00:14weather yet again and some of these
00:16areas that were just hit with this past
00:18storm. This goes Wednesday night
00:20through Friday night.
00:21This storm we are anticipating
00:23causing major travel disruptions
00:24and we have our heaviest snow lined
00:26up here across northern Texas.
00:28Along the Oklahoma border and even
00:30into Little Rock in Arkansas, Dallas.
00:32You're right in that heaviest snow.
00:34This is going to be a big storm and
00:37certainly a disruptive one as we head
00:39into the later half of the week.
00:41That ice potential builds here too.
00:43Wednesday night through Friday night
00:45in the area that we're concerned
00:47about the significant icing impacts.
00:49That's going to extend parts East Texas,
00:51parts of I-20 and even there.
00:53Three parts of the Arklatex Wednesday
00:55night into Thursday, trees will be
00:57at risk of being weighed down in turn.
01:00That's going to cause power outage concerns.
01:02So then we continue the story across
01:04some of the areas that already saw
01:07some nights Thursday night into Friday
01:09night that extends across the Mid-South.
01:11Dallas, though you could see upwards
01:13to a quarter of an inch of ice,
01:15and as we've seen with this past storm,
01:18it doesn't take much to cause slick
01:20spots and trouble on the roadways.
01:22This goes 9 PM Central Time Wednesday
01:24through the evening on Thursday night.
01:26This is a great tool to have you want it.
01:29You want to be able to stay on top of the
01:32storm, see how much ice, how much snow
01:34is expected to fall in your backyard.
01:37Because yeah, we have some snow too.
01:39In Dallas,
01:39you're in that three to six inch range.

01:43It's going to be a big storm,
01:45especially across our South Central states.
