00:04to the families living in the 6-kilometer permanent danger zone of Vulcan.
00:09The directive was passed by Director Raul Fernandez of the Office of Civil Defense,
00:14Western Visayas, and the Chairperson of the Regional Task Force of Canlaon.
00:18Following the assistance of the local governments in the Negros Oriental and Occidental,
00:24the local governments of La Castellana, La Carlota City, Bagus City, San Carlos City, and Canlaon City have passed the order.
00:31Again, the local officials have given the order to evacuate the affected residents as soon as possible.
