00:00Based on the victory of the former US President Donald Trump in the US Presidential Elections,

00:05what should we expect from the effects of this in our country?

00:14It will be good for the Philippine economy if US President Donald Trump wins

00:19after the 2024 US Presidential Elections.

00:23According to Finance Secretary Ralph Recto,

00:25this will have a positive effect on the equity,

00:27but the rise of bond market rates will be temporary

00:31because of the strong dollar.

00:34In addition, this will have a positive effect on the good location of the Philippines.

00:39Recto also said that it will be good for everyone if he wins,

00:43especially if there is no tension and conflicts in other parts of the world.

00:48If President Trump will be good for global security,

00:52and if you have less geopolitical tensions and less wars,

01:31this victory is a positive development,

01:33and especially if President Trump will stop the conflict between Ukraine and Russia

01:37that resulted in the end of the conflict.

01:41I think the prices of those commodities coming out of Ukraine and Russia will stabilize.

01:49So that's good for the world.

01:51And we in the Philippines, we import those populated items and also energy coal.
