00:15As a quick, before the weekend, the nominations of the COC here in Comelec NCR in San Juan City

00:22for the candidates for the Congressman of the Metro Manila are still going on.

00:27It was past 9 in the morning when former Makati Councilor Vincent Cese arrived here in Comelec NCR in San Juan City

00:35to receive the Certificate of Candidacy for the Congressman of Makati's 2nd District.

00:41He was accompanied by Makati City Mayor and Vice Mayor Aspirant Sen. Nancy Binay and Monsur Del Rosario.

00:48As of now, only 3 barangays are left in Makati City's 2nd District after the MBO barangays were officially included in the city.

00:56Cese is the gate of several barangays or residences.

00:59They will still serve as a whole heart if ever there is an election.

01:05In particular, vulnerable sectors like PWD and senior citizens will be targeted.

01:11According to Sen. Binay, as a body from the legislature,

01:16Makati City's 2nd District is under the law.

01:20Even though its population has shrunk, it still needs to be recognized and respected

01:25as long as there is a new law on redistricting.

01:56But whenever aspirants come, they have family members and other party members.
