00:17What's the climate on the streets?
00:19How are you living this last remaining hours
00:22or the first hours of the day after the election?
00:26Well, the New Yorkers are in high spirit
00:32after the latest projections favor Donald Trump
00:36over Vice President Kamala Harris.
00:39Although the vote count has not yet finished,
00:42the Republican red continues to cover a large part
00:46of the 50 states of the American nation.
00:49Kamala Harris followers in the Big Apple
00:52assured that they will stay tuned until any
00:55of the two candidates declare victory.
00:58So far, Trump has a 51% lead over Harris
01:03compared to 48% for the Democratic candidate.
01:07And although Trump already has one of the swing states
01:11in his favor, the remaining six have yet to be defined

02:20So, so far as we are seeing the count, the vote counts,
02:25Trump needs 23 electoral college votes,
02:29while Kamala Harris needs 56 electoral college votes.
02:33So these figures are speaking by themselves,
02:36and you know there is pessimism
02:39in Kamala Harris' strongholds and followers,
02:42but some of her followers in Arizona are telling
02:47and are saying that they have to wait until the last result.
02:51They are holding to thin hope, as we were saying,
02:54but what can justify this little hope they have
02:59at this time of the election?
03:05Well, precisely the fact that many fear
03:11about Trump being president
03:14because he has promised massive deportations,
03:18and also he has talked about some other topics
03:22that affect the Hispanic community.
03:25That's why they have that hope until the last minute,
03:29until the last ballot is counted.
