CHELSEY RIDDIKULUSS, 33, from Canada, describes her look as cute, spooky and alternative! Chelsey's look grabs attention wherever she goes and has even been referred to as a 'visual feast!' Chelsey has been dressing this way since high school which is where her unique style really developed. Chelsey told Transformed: "I tried really hard to fit in but it just wasn't working, so I started to dress alternatively. The key elements to my look are crazy makeup, crazy hair and crazy headpieces... A little bit of everything!" Chelsey really found herself when she created her 'alternative decorative style' and started receiving admiration from her friends at art college. However, some members of the public have not been quite so kind. Chelsey said: "I do get judged on the way I look and dress. In high school, I went through a phase of wearing fairy wings and one of the girls in school would come up behind me with her lighter and try to set them on fire which was just awful. I get yelled at a lot from car windows too. I just keep walking but it hurts a little bit." Today, with the help of makeup artist Sandra, Chelsey is giving her mom, Gayle, the shock of her life by transforming from her 'alt decorative style' to a 'professional Chic business lady'. But how will Chelsey's mom react? Will she love the new look, or realise that the alternative style is what she's always preferred?

02:01No, not at all. I'm feeling pretty good. It's nice to have someone else doing my makeup.

02:09I started to dress differently back in high school, probably when I was about 15.
02:15I just started getting more and more and I started making and sewing my own clothes.
02:20I'd eat my lunch in the art room, spend a lot of time doing art.
02:24So that just sort of developed into my style.
02:27If I was to put a word on it to describe my style, maybe like pastel goth.
02:34I tried really hard to fit in. It just wasn't working so I started to dress alternatively.
02:40I started out with your basic goth, punk styles, emo.
02:45I went through all the styles.
02:48It means a lot to me being this creative. Art has been my entire life since I was in high school.

02:57I do get judged on the way I look in dress.
03:01Back in high school, I went through a phase where I'd wear fairy wings to school every day.

03:16And I've had some angry moms just be like, what the f***?
03:19Just like right out of their car windows so loud.
03:22I just keep walking. It hurts a little bit but I don't really care.
03:27I like being myself and I just want to rock that.

03:36I chose this business glam look because I work a very dirty job.
03:42I'm a dog groomer and I'm dirty all day.
03:45And I wanted a look that was pretty and professional.

04:05Not really. Other than when I was a little girl.
