00:00 Arsene Wenger's Invincibles, Xavi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen and Folkestone Invicta's Under 13s.
00:06 Three teams which have cemented themselves in their club's history books after becoming
00:11 champions of their leagues by not losing a single match.
00:15 With 14 wins and one draw Folkestone had a 15 point lead by the tail end of the East Kent Youth
00:25 League season this year. It's also their second championship win in a row after winning Division
00:30 Two and now Division One of the league. They're clearly the team to beat but what sets them apart?
00:37 Good teamwork, good discipline. I think it's all like togetherness as a team and I think
00:42 obviously our coaching player, the way we play and obviously the players we brought in last season
00:47 it really helped us. All the team up and the team build up and all the goals that we score
00:52 it's just amazing to be fair. The work rate between the squad, like resilience and teamwork.
00:58 The unbeaten Folkestone Invicta youth led by their coaches John Ross and Greg Newman even went one
01:03 step further to claim a double by winning their league cup with an 8-3 thrashing of opponents
01:09 Snowden and Aylsham FC. I think it's the way they've bonded over the last couple of seasons.
01:14 You know like I say they hang about together outside school, at school and they've really
01:18 performed and bonded together out of the football itself. They listen, that's the main thing.
01:23 They do as they're told, they're learning every day and they get on really well with each other.
01:26 Great strike, lovely stop Michael. Off we go Stanley. Looking forward to the future,
01:35 head coach Greg has mixed emotions with some players set to leave and join the club's higher
01:40 division Kent Youth League side. I think they've all got a future. They're all playing at a
01:45 reasonable level. Some of the players are now going up to the Kent League, so they're playing
01:50 for County, some of them play for Shepway, some of them are going to play Kent League. So you know
01:54 there's nothing that they can't do. Luckily for us they all want to stay and continue to play so
01:58 we've kept the same team for four or five years pretty much now so yeah hopefully we can go on
02:02 and do it again next year and be fantastic. To get to the cup final again would be really nice,
02:06 it was a great day out and to have all the families there was fantastic. So I think the
02:09 main aim if we can get to the cup final we'd be really happy. And after coming all the way out
02:14 to set up a training session in the rain for our camera, it's clear this team's spirit and
02:19 love for the game is just as unbreakable as their unbeaten record. Bartholomew Hall for KMTV in Folkestone.
