00:00So, well, this site came about because we had a franchisee reach out from Sitting Bourne.
00:04He's a local lad and he found it felt like we needed a fried chicken offering in the area.
00:10And we happened to find this location right opposite the Greggs Drive-thru and I thought it'd be a good spot for us.

00:21We've got KFC in the town. What makes you different to them?
00:24KFC are obviously the ones who probably started fried chicken off really in the world.
00:30But we're a premium. We're a British homegrown brand. We're not from America.
00:35We do things ourselves and we're a bit more premium offering. We cook fresh to order.
00:42All of our food has got our own twist on it and we make our sauces, breading, everything like that from scratch.
00:48So I'd say we've got, we're different enough to those guys.
00:51I know they're busy, but it's been really busy so far. Yeah, it's been a good start and getting ready for a busy week.
