00:15 on a Brighton, Hove, Albion,
00:17 Crawley Town and Sporting Sussex.
00:19 I'm Matt Polk and this week I'm joined
00:20 by Brighton, Hove, Albion writer, Darren Howard,
00:22 Crawley Town expert, Mark Dunford,
00:24 and Sam Morton who covers both the Seagulls and the Reds.
00:27 Finally, what seems like eternity,
00:29 Albion will return to action this weekend
00:31 after an enforced two week break.
00:33 We'll preview Brighton's upcoming pair
00:35 of Premier League fixtures this week.
00:37 Plus, we'll take a look back at a fantastic win
00:39 for Crawley Town that moved them into the League Two playoffs.
00:42 You can read all the stories we are talking about
00:44 with videos and pictures online
00:45 at sussexworld.co.uk/for,
00:48 and you can check out other great videos
00:49 on shotstv.com and free view channel 276.
00:53 You may also be watching on latest TV,
00:55 so thank you very much for tuning in.
00:57 But first, we will start with Brighton captain,
00:59 Lewis Dunk, who started in England's two all draw
01:02 with Belgium at Wednesday, at Wembley,
01:04 sorry, on Tuesday evening.
01:06 The defender, once again, was given a torrid time
01:08 by Roma's Romelu Lukaku as his mistake allowed the striker
01:11 to provide the perfect cross for Uri Tielemans
01:14 to head in at the far post to give Belgium the lead.
01:17 It was a bit of a rough old night for Lewis Dunk,
01:19 wasn't it, Darren?
01:21 Has he fluffed his Euro chances
01:23 after that performance, do you think?
01:26 I hope not.
01:28 I hope it doesn't stand against him.
01:30 It may well.
01:33 Southgate has in the past, he's stood by, you know,
01:36 the likes of Harry Maguire when he's made mistakes
01:39 in similar positions on the pitch.
01:42 And it would be interesting to see if he offers
01:44 Lewis Dunk, you know, that same leeway.
01:48 Obviously, Maguire has been to tournaments in the past
01:50 and has played really well at major tournaments.
01:53 So how that will impact Dunk going forward,
01:56 I think it's really going to depend upon the next
01:58 10 games of Premier League matches that's going to take place.
02:02 Brighton have got 10 more games left of the Premier League season
02:06 and how he performs in those is going to take,
02:08 you know, have a huge impact on whether he does go
02:12 to the Euros or not as a squad or as a starter.
02:16 But yeah, I think it will make an impact.
02:18 And it came so quickly after his mistake
02:22 for Brighton against Roma as well.
02:23 He was in a similar area of the pitch,
02:25 Robert Lukaku was chasing him down again.
02:28 He wasn't outpaced, like sometimes Dunk is criticised
02:31 for a bit of a lack of pace,
02:32 but he was actually in the right position on the pitch,
02:35 but he just got his footing wrong,
02:38 went with the wrong foot, couldn't clear the ball.
02:40 And Lukaku again was onto him.
02:43 Whether he had like a flashback to that Roma moment
02:46 last night when that was happening
02:48 and he lost his concentration, I really don't know.
02:50 But yeah, it was just really...
02:54 I was gutted for him actually,
02:55 because he's played so well the last couple of years,
02:58 so consistent, so good.
03:00 And on the two biggest games of his career,
03:03 perhaps Roma and then this match against England,
03:06 I know it's a friendly, but it was to,
03:09 you know, really cement his place.
03:10 And he's made those two big errors.
03:13 So yeah, a real shame for Dunk.
03:15 I hope Southgate stands by him.
03:17 I hope he doesn't stand against him.
03:20 - Hmm. Absolutely.
03:22 It must be something about Belgium and Brighton players, Sam,
03:25 because a Brighton player also had another Brighton player
03:27 had a bit of a nightmare against Belgium on Saturday, didn't they?
03:31 - Evan Ferguson, yes.
03:32 Yeah, he missed a penalty in a 0-0 draw on Saturday.
03:37 So that's a real shame, obviously,
03:38 for him not to be able to kind of end that goal-scoring drought
03:42 that he's on.
03:43 It's a strange one, because obviously at the start of the season,
03:46 he couldn't stop scoring.
03:49 He was scoring hat-tricks against Newcastle,
03:51 and he just felt like he was Brighton's next £100 million player.
03:56 And I'm not sure what's happened,
03:58 but he seems to have just lost that confidence in front of goal.
04:00 I have noticed it with Brighton,
04:03 that he's really not been himself.
04:05 I mean, he's not been bad in the sense
04:07 that he's able to pick the ball up in kind of good positions
04:09 and hold the ball up and play other people in.
04:11 And it's just in front of goal, he's just really struggling.
04:14 But it could be one of those things, really,
04:15 where if he gets one, the floodgates could open
04:17 and just get that confidence back.
04:20 So, yeah, it's a shame he couldn't have done that
04:23 for the Republic of Ireland, then come back to Brighton
04:25 and have that goal-scoring touch back again.
04:27 Obviously, they really need him,
04:28 especially with Rijal Pedro, who I think is still out.
04:31 And it was a shame that he didn't find his goal-scoring touch
04:34 a bit early when Pedro was out,
04:35 so they wouldn't have missed him as much, maybe.
04:38 But he's still very young,
04:39 so I wouldn't say it's a huge concern at the moment.
04:42 I think he just needs to go back to what he was doing so well before.
04:45 And it's all about confidence in football at the end of the day.
04:49 And I really do feel like if he gets a couple,
04:51 then I think we'll all be laughing
04:52 and he'll go back to the form that he was in before.
04:55 Can we talk about Belgium's kit quickly?
04:58 Because I love Belgium's kit.
05:00 It's great, isn't it?
05:01 And did it look a bit odd last night,
05:02 just England playing Belgium
05:04 and the two coloured kits they were wearing?
05:07 It didn't look like an England versus Belgium game, did it?
05:09 But Belgium's kit was fantastic.
05:11 If you didn't see, it was basically Tintin.
05:14 And I absolutely loved it.
05:16 Absolutely loved it.
05:17 I really liked the England kit as well, actually.
05:19 It was really smart.
05:20 Yeah, it was really smart.
05:22 Yes.
05:23 Where did they hide the cross on that kit?
05:26 I don't know who it was.
05:29 I think that's probably for a podcast done by GB News,
05:32 I think, if we want to get this together.
05:34 With St George's cross.
05:35 Anyway, moving back to matters on the pitch.
05:37 Belgium's was the best cross of the night.
05:40 Yeah, that was a good cross on that, yeah.
05:43 But yeah, going back to matters, Albion matters.
05:46 As mentioned, Albion are back in action after a four-night off.
05:50 And it's not an easy return for them
05:52 as they travel to Tull, chasing Liverpool on Easter Sunday.
05:54 How do you see this one going, Sam?
05:56 They couldn't have asked for a harder fixture, really,
05:58 could they, after a four-night off?
06:00 No.
06:01 I think it pretty much is.
06:02 Obviously, going to the Etihad or Anfield or the Emirates
06:06 were probably the worst places to go.
06:08 And they managed to get Anfield to come back to.
06:10 But you never know with Brighton, do you?
06:13 I think this could be a game where they'd turn up and win
06:16 and we'd be all very surprised.
06:18 Because I'm not expecting them to, to be totally honest.
06:21 I think a draw would be a great result in the circumstances.
06:24 Liverpool are starting to get players back.
06:26 Obviously, it was incredible, really,
06:28 with the amount of injuries and players unavailable that Liverpool had,
06:30 that they still managed to keep their type of race going, really.
06:33 So now they're starting to get these players back.
06:35 Salah will probably be fully fit and firing for the game.
06:38 I think there's obviously been some concern about the form of Gappo.
06:43 He hasn't really lit things up for Liverpool just yet.
06:45 But there's so much talent in that squad, really.
06:47 I think, obviously, it's going to be Alexis McAllister,
06:49 who scored for Argentina during the international break.
06:51 And he's in great form.
06:53 So it's a really, really tough game for Brighton to get back to.
06:58 And you just really hope that after the international break,
07:01 they feel a little bit recharged.
07:03 Obviously, Lewis Dunne's case can put his errors behind him
07:06 and can just really put in a good performance.
07:08 And you just hope that they can really test Liverpool in the game.
07:13 Yeah, I'm not expecting too much.
07:16 I wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool came out and won the game
07:19 and kept their type of race going.
07:20 But as long as Brighton go toe-to-toe with them and don't crumble,
07:24 that's all you can really ask for, really, in the situation they're in.
07:28 Yeah, absolutely. And I suppose one other cause for positivity, Jeremy,
07:31 is the potential return of two key men to the game at Anfield.
07:34 Can you tell us a little bit about who could be returning for Brighton
07:36 and how big of a boost it will be for Roberto Di Serbi to have those two back?
07:40 Yeah, huge, huge boost.
07:43 Jal Pedro and James Milner, they've been missing for a large chunk of the season now,
07:50 both with thigh injuries.
07:53 And Di Serbi was saying before the international break
07:56 that he hopes to have them back for the Liverpool game.
07:59 I think Jal Pedro, just to feel,
08:02 I think Jal Pedro's got more of a chance than James Milner.
08:05 I think James Milner, maybe it might be a struggle for him to come back so quickly against Liverpool.
08:10 But I wouldn't be surprised if Jal Pedro makes an appearance,
08:15 whether that's from the start or from the bench, I think he could be involved.
08:19 But he's been really good for Brighton this season,
08:22 19 goals since his £30 million move from Watford, and he's been a miss.
08:28 So for these last 10 games where they're going for Europe,
08:31 hopefully he can get back to goal-scoring form.
08:35 And as Sam was saying, help the likes of Evan Ferguson,
08:38 help the likes of Danny Welbeck.
08:40 And then James Milner, obviously he's great to add some experience
08:45 to whether he's playing at full-back, whether he's playing in midfield.
08:48 So his return will be very, very handy for the last 10 matches.
08:53 And as well as Julio N'Zi, so he's now coming back to form as well,
08:57 Tarek Lamptey as well, hopefully his fitness is going to improve.
09:01 So hopefully, starting at Liverpool, there's going to be some good news
09:05 on the injury front and for the rest of the...
09:07 a bit better for the rest of the season.
09:10 Well, absolutely. And once Brighton have travelled to Liverpool,
09:14 they'll then be hitting the road to take on Brentford on Wednesday 3rd April.
09:18 It's another tough away game, isn't it, Sam?
09:20 It's another one that you can't really call, I think.
09:23 But how do you see this one panning out?
09:26 Yeah, as you say, another really tough game, isn't it?
09:29 I think Brentford are a bit of a mixed bag this season.
09:32 I think they've obviously had some poor results and some good ones as well.
09:36 So a bit like Brighton, I guess, but obviously Brentford,
09:39 in comparison, are nowhere near safe.
09:42 They really are struggling in the sense, if you look at the table,
09:45 they're just five points clear of the relegation zone.
09:48 So they're going to be desperate to put away as quickly as they can.
09:53 So I think in that sense, it's going to be a really tough game for Brighton
09:56 to go to Brentford to a team that's obviously still looking over their shoulder
10:01 and have so much to play for.
10:02 And obviously Brighton do as well in getting to Europe.
10:05 They're not fighting for their lives like Brentford will be.
10:08 And Ivan Toni, obviously, is back and he played for England as well
10:13 and got a goal for penalty spot, so I'm sure he'll be confident
10:16 and looking to follow that up in the game.
10:18 So a tough one.
10:20 I think, hopefully, they get a decent result at Liverpool,
10:23 get the confidence going, obviously, hopefully, Jal Pejo, etc. are back
10:26 and you never know.
10:28 I think Brighton can hopefully follow that on
10:30 and get a positive result at Brentford as well.
10:33 Haven't they got a really tough run in, Brian?
10:35 Isn't it statistically they've got the hardest run in out there?
10:38 Yeah, they've got the hardest run in according to the stats.
10:41 They've got Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Man United,
10:46 and Chelsea all still to play this season.
10:48 Man United, free, surely.
10:50 Oh yeah, Chelsea, who would have thought?
10:52 Yeah, and Newcastle and Isle of Ville as well,
10:54 all got to play this season.
10:56 So it's a really tough, tough run in for Brighton.
10:58 So I think they've got to be looking at that game at Brentford
11:01 as one they've got to be winning, I think,
11:03 to give themselves a little bit of a buffer
11:05 if they're going to try and get to the European places.
11:08 Absolutely. Well, best of luck to Brighton over the Easter weekend
11:12 and the coming weeks. Thank you very much, Sam and Darren.
11:15 Crawley Town moved into seventh and into the League Two play-offs
11:18 with an excellent 3-1 win at Trammere on Saturday.
11:21 And by all accounts, Mark, it sounded like an incredibly professional performance
11:25 and probably should have been more for the Reds.
11:27 Well, it did, yeah, absolutely.
11:28 And yeah, no, before the game, I think we said last week
11:31 that it was a really tough trip, Trammere.
11:33 They were in form.
11:35 They'd beaten Mansfield, they'd beaten Wrexham recently.
11:38 And to go there and do the job they did was fantastic.
11:42 We're going to take a quick break.
11:44 When we come back, we'll be talking all things Crawley Town.
11:47 (MUSIC)
11:50 And they didn't even have Scott Lindsay on the touchline
12:08 because he's serving a two-match ban.
12:10 But they got two early goals through Jeremy Kelly and Jay Williams,
12:14 who we'll come on to in a minute.
12:16 Both their first goals for the club, given 2-1.
12:20 And when Luke Norris pulled one back, sorry,
12:23 I think it was about 21 minutes.
12:25 And I think a lot of people would have thought,
12:27 and a lot of teams probably would at Trammere,
12:29 sort of, "OK, they're back in it and we'll see it back."
12:32 But Crawley still went for it.
12:33 And yeah, I think they had a goal disallowed for a foul on the keeper,
12:38 but Danilo Orsi scored.
12:39 And then, but then Orsi got his goal, his 18th of the season, I think it was.
12:45 Incredible.
12:46 And just a really, I mean, Scott Lindsay was like,
12:49 "Cather got the cream afterwards."
12:50 He was, as he said, he was quite relaxed watching up from the top.
12:54 But after you go 2-0 up after 10 minutes,
12:56 you're going to relax a little bit, aren't you?
12:58 So, no, really good.
12:59 And it's great that they're actually in the playoffs
13:01 because we've been talking for so long.
13:03 They've got games in hand, they're a point off the playoffs,
13:05 and now they're in the playoffs.
13:06 And they've still got games in hand.
13:08 So it's, yeah, they've got games in hand and it's in their hands.
13:12 So, yeah, really looking forward to this weekend.
13:15 Yeah, sticking with the Trammier game,
13:18 there was one surprise inclusion in the Crawley XI for that game,
13:20 wasn't there, Mark?
13:22 The not-so-mystery man now, I suppose.
13:24 But who was,
13:25 so you just got Lindsay Layman to start in XI,
13:27 and how much of a boost did you think that gave the Reds?
13:30 Oh, it was a huge boost.
13:32 He didn't just name him in the squad,
13:34 he named him, he was still captain,
13:35 it was Jay Williams.
13:37 Yeah, we all thought he was going to be missing.
13:39 He went, he got called up to St Kitts and Nevis
13:41 to play against San Marino.
13:43 That was on, so Monday night he played at Stogport,
13:47 then he flew to San Marino,
13:48 I think they were playing in San Marino, weren't they?
13:50 Yeah.
13:51 And he was in the squad for the Wednesday night.
13:55 He didn't play, he was on the subs bench,
13:57 didn't play, they won 3-1 incredibly.
13:59 And then by all accounts,
14:01 he picked up a bit of a knock in training.
14:04 And yeah, he thought it'd be best if he came back
14:06 and got treatment with Crawley Town,
14:08 because people he knows,
14:10 I think that's quite regular, isn't it,
14:11 in football, people go back to where they were,
14:14 with people they trust to treat them.
14:16 And then it turned out he was fit for Saturday.
14:19 They got permission from St Kitts and Nevis,
14:21 which I'm sure Crawley and Scott Lindsay
14:23 were very grateful for.
14:24 And then he came up, popped up and scored his first goal
14:27 after 10 minutes, yeah, incredible.
14:29 Yeah, what a week in the life of Jay Williams.
14:31 I mean, he is someone we haven't actually spoken to
14:34 yet this year.
14:34 He's never been put up for press or anything afterwards
14:39 or pre-game or anything.
14:40 So it'd be really interesting to speak to him
14:42 about what that whole experience was like.
14:45 Yeah, crazy old week.
14:46 But yeah, no, it was a huge boost for Crawley
14:48 to have him back in the squad.
14:50 I mean, would they have got the same result?
14:52 Who knows?
14:53 They were in such good form, they might have done.
14:55 It certainly didn't hinder their chances
14:58 of winning up a Tranmere there.
15:01 - Absolutely.
15:02 We mentioned Scott Lindsay,
15:03 and as you said, Mark, he took the game in
15:04 for the sidelines as he was serving a touchline ban.
15:06 But post-match, he said he wanted to ensure
15:09 everyone had their feet firmly on the ground
15:11 as the Reds went up to seventh and into the playoffs.
15:13 Sam, it might be easy for Lindsay
15:15 to keep the players grounded,
15:16 but I suspect the supporters are beginning
15:18 to start to dream, aren't they?
15:20 - They certainly are.
15:21 When you look on social media,
15:22 especially after that win at the weekend,
15:24 all the comments underneath the Crawley Towns post
15:28 were just saying, "Now it really does look good.
15:31 "There's lots of excitement."
15:33 And I think someone said,
15:34 "Should we get the hotel booked for Wembley already?"
15:37 And I just go, "Just get the book out."
15:39 But I hope no one's doing that and tempting fate.
15:41 But it really does look on at the moment,
15:45 and it's incredibly exciting, really.
15:46 I think we've mentioned before,
15:47 there's still very surreal how Crawley's managed
15:49 to do this just literally 12 months after
15:51 they looked like they were gonna be getting relegated.
15:53 So the job that Scott Lindsay's done
15:56 can't be overstated, really.
15:59 And I think it's brilliant where they're at,
16:01 and they just have such confidence when they're playing now.
16:04 And even as a journalist and fans watching them,
16:06 you don't expect them to lose,
16:07 which is an incredible position to be in.
16:10 And they can really hopefully keep this momentum going.
16:13 And as long as they do that,
16:15 then I think there is every chance
16:19 they'll get to get to Wembley for the playoff final.
16:23 - Absolutely.
16:24 Well, you mentioned the confidence there,
16:25 and I think this was encapsulated
16:26 by Dino Orsi's comments after the game against Trent,
16:29 when he said that if Crawley could,
16:31 they'd play again tomorrow.
16:32 And again, you've also touched on it there, Sam,
16:34 but when you compare the position
16:35 of the Reds now to last season,
16:37 it's absolutely mind-boggling.
16:38 I think most people at the start of the season
16:40 would have had Reds as favorites to go down.
16:43 What have been the main differences
16:44 between this season and last,
16:45 and how much credit should Scott Lindsay get
16:47 for this incredible upturn in fortunes for Crawley Town?
16:51 - Yeah, massive credit, really.
16:52 He's made such a huge difference,
16:54 and he's just brought in some new belief into the players.
16:57 And also, he's made some great sign-ins,
16:59 and he was questioned for some of the players
17:00 that he brought in,
17:02 people saying that, "Why is he looking at non-league
17:04 "and players that have not been tried and tested?"
17:06 But they've come in with a point to prove,
17:08 learning on the job, learning with other players
17:11 that have done the same thing, come up from non-league,
17:12 and they've all just made such a huge impact,
17:15 and really kind of bedded in well with them,
17:17 with the other players.
17:18 And obviously, you've got players like Clyde Lollas
17:20 that's come in, and you'll all see that
17:22 it just hit the ground running straight away.
17:24 And I don't think anyone expected them to have done that.
17:27 And obviously, we've seen the improvement
17:28 of Corey Adai in goal as well.
17:29 It's made such a massive difference,
17:31 not concealing silly goals at key moments.
17:34 But just, probably the biggest thing
17:36 is just having that consistency in the dugout, really.
17:40 I think, obviously, last season was so hectic
17:42 with the management changes so many times,
17:44 the coach and staff, and the players
17:45 probably not knowing who was gonna be leading them out
17:48 for the next training session kind of thing.
17:49 And now they just had someone like Scott Lindsay.
17:52 There was a little bit of talk about him leaving,
17:53 obviously, during the season,
17:55 but he stayed, and he stayed to his job, really,
18:00 and he's kind of showed that belief and faith
18:01 in his team and the players
18:03 and what he can achieve at the club.
18:04 And I think it's brilliant.
18:06 And obviously, the fans love him, I think.
18:09 I think he's really, really kind of gelled into the team
18:12 and really made a big impact in Crawley.
18:14 So, hopefully, he'll be here with Crawley
18:16 for a long time yet, not just this season.
18:19 - Absolutely.
18:20 And, Mark, it seems every week,
18:21 I ask you whether or not you think
18:22 the playoffs are on for Crawley Town,
18:24 but it does feel like the playoffs
18:26 are on for Crawley Town now, doesn't it?
18:28 - It really does.
18:29 They're just, yeah, they've got, what is it now?
18:33 They are seventh, and they've got two games in hand
18:35 over Gillingham, who are below them,
18:37 and AFC Wimbledon.
18:38 Yeah, I mean, mathematically,
18:42 they can get automatic promotion, can't they?
18:43 Win all their games.
18:44 - Oh, can they?
18:45 - I think so, mathematically.
18:47 I think there's a lot of things
18:48 that have to go their way for that to happen, but.
18:49 - Yeah.
18:50 - Yeah, but it really is on,
18:52 and, yeah, looking at this weekend,
18:54 you've got Doncaster Rovers on Saturday,
18:57 good Friday, sorry, at home in front of a sellout crowd,
19:00 so there's gonna be 5,000, 6,000 people
19:02 at the Brawfield Stadium.
19:03 Saturday, Doncaster, though, weirdly,
19:06 although they're 19th, they've only lost one
19:09 in the last 10 games, which just seems bizarre
19:11 to be 19th in the league at that.
19:13 So it's not gonna be easy,
19:15 and we've seen Crawley Falter at home against
19:17 the likes of Accrington, Morecambe, Crewe, et cetera.
19:20 So, yeah, they've gotta really be on it,
19:23 but I'm sure they will be this weekend,
19:25 and it's gonna be really interesting.
19:26 But then it's those three games afterwards,
19:29 Newport away, I know you've got,
19:31 do you wanna ask the question, Matt?
19:32 - Well, yeah, I was gonna ask you,
19:34 they've got Doncaster, as you said, on good Friday,
19:36 and then they're off to Newport on Easter Monday,
19:38 with games against Mansfield and Wrexham on the horizon.
19:41 How important is it that, what would Crawley need
19:44 for them to feel good about themselves
19:46 going into those games, Mark, in terms of points?
19:49 - I mean, if you ask Scott Lindsay that,
19:50 I think you could lose both games at the weekend
19:52 and you'd still feel good.
19:53 - Oh, right.
19:54 - But, I mean, he wouldn't be happy,
19:57 but I'm sure he'll be like, "Well, it's still in our hands."
20:01 But I think they'd be disappointed
20:03 if they didn't get at least three points
20:05 from those two games, or four points even,
20:07 of winning a draw would be a brilliant return.
20:10 Two, I mean, if they win both games at the weekend,
20:15 well, it doesn't really matter what happens
20:18 at Mansfield and Wrexham.
20:19 If they lose this weekend to these two games,
20:22 then that's where you don't want to be getting into a rut
20:24 and like, "Oh, God, now Mansfield and Wrexham."
20:27 But, yeah, I can see they should win Saturday, Friday.
20:32 Newport's not an easy place to go,
20:35 but I think they've won there before.
20:36 So I can't see them,
20:38 I can see them getting something at Newport.
20:40 And then, yeah, Mansfield and Wrexham, it's, yeah.
20:43 We've seen Tranmere beat them, both those teams recently.
20:46 So the way football works, if Tranmere beat them three-one,
20:49 if they're one-nil, Crawley win.
20:52 So that means Crawley must beat them, mustn't it?
20:54 I don't know if that's how football works.
20:56 - Absolutely, well, best of luck to the Reds this Easter weekend.
20:58 We'll move on to score predictions,
21:00 starting with you, Sam Norton.
21:02 You talked about Liverpool at home to Brighton on Sunday.
21:05 How do you see that one going in terms of the scoreline?
21:08 - I think Liverpool will win this one.
21:11 I think Liverpool will come out two-one winners from this.
21:14 - Deron, do you see much hope for Brighton?
21:19 - I think after the international break,
21:20 it's always a little bit of a leveller.
21:23 So I'm hoping that will work in Brighton's favour.
21:26 I'm going to go for a very optimistic two-one to Brighton, I think.
21:31 - Ooh, Mark, do you share Deron's optimism?
21:33 - Not in the slightest.
21:35 I'm going...
21:36 I've watched Brian in Rome, unfortunately.
21:40 So I'm going to go for a Liverpool three-one, I think.
21:44 I think, I do think Liverpool will win the league this year.
21:47 And yeah, I think it's good.
21:48 - Do you think? - Yeah, I do think they will.
21:50 Yeah.
21:51 - Then Brighton take on Brentford on Wednesday.
21:55 Deron, again, another tough one for me to call, I think.
21:59 How do you see that one going?
22:01 - Yeah, this is a really tough one to call.
22:03 I think I'm going to go for a one-one at Brentford.
22:06 I can't say, I think that's, like you say,
22:08 I think it's going to be very difficult for Brighton, though.
22:11 - Sam, how do you see that one going?
22:13 - I think Brighton will win this one.
22:15 I'm going to go for three-one, three-one Brighton.
22:18 I think Jal Pedra will be back and firing.
22:21 And Evan Ferguson will break his goal drought.
22:24 - Mark, do you share that with Sam?
22:26 Do you see that? - No.
22:28 No, I'm going to agree with Deron this time, one-all.
22:32 - And then, yeah, we've got the Crawley Towns two games,
22:34 starting with their home game against Doncaster on Good Friday.
22:37 I think you alluded to as much, I think you can see it being a Crawley win,
22:40 but what scoreline do you think it will be?
22:43 - I'm going to go three-one Crawley.
22:44 I think that it's going to be absolutely rocking at the Broadfield Stadium.
22:47 - Absolutely rocking. Will it be rocking, Sam?
22:50 - Yeah, I agree. I'm going to go for two-nil.
22:52 Two-nil Crawley, a clean sheet, and, yeah,
22:55 and the party will literally be starting.
22:58 - Deron, are we going to make it a quick clean sweep of wins over the weekend?
23:00 - Yeah, I'll go with Sam.
23:02 I think they're on a roll at the moment. They're comfortable two-nil.
23:05 - And last but by no means least, Crawley at Newport.
23:07 Mark, another tough one for me, I think.
23:11 - Yeah, I think they will get something,
23:13 but I'm going to go... I mean, they shocked me at Tranmere.
23:15 I predicted that they will get a point at Newport last week,
23:19 and I will stick with that. I'm going to go for a one-one.
23:22 - Sam, one-one very quickly?
23:23 - Yeah, I was going to say the same. One or draw.
23:25 I think we should be a great result.
23:27 - And last but by no means least, Deron?
23:29 - I'll go for a draw as well. Two-two. Two-two.
23:34 - Absolute brilliant stuff. Thank you very much for your time this week, chaps.
