00:00You mentioned obviously the upcoming games, three of the next four against teams who are above you on the table going for that sixth spot, are they like cup finals in a way that they could really change the picture?
00:09They're big games, they're big games and look we've got to just focus on Saturday, can we give ourselves a chance?
00:16If we get a positive result on Saturday then the door opens a little bit because we've got them all to play.
00:21We've got Bolton coming here in a couple of weeks and we've got Reading to play and Leighton Orient to play and Wrexham.
00:27So there's a big, big, big push hopefully coming and let's look forward to the end of the season.
00:33In three or four weeks' time, if you can get it right in those games it could look completely different.
00:38We've got to do it, it's never easy but we've given ourselves a chance over the last back-to-back victories, can we go and do it again?
00:46And then if we do that with the home games coming up and the games against us, it gives ourselves a chance.
00:53With the partnership with the front two and all the wide options you do have, isn't that a nice time to bring Tom Blackson back?
00:58There's not as much pressure on him as it would have been a while ago.
01:01Well we all enjoyed him and for the people who didn't see his performance at Exeter in particular, he had a Wundelholm debut.
01:07His performance at Exeter was terrific that night, that afternoon.
01:12It's a shame that we've lost him but look, he's back, he's good to have around, he can play in various positions.
01:21I think the supporters will be delighted to see him again.
01:23It must have been infuriating for both yourself and him, how well he started and to have it cut short so quickly.
01:30That's sport and football and sometimes you have to just, he's never really picked up an injury.
01:34That's the biggest thing on his CV was 150 games or whatever, he's 21, which is pretty rare.
01:41So yeah, devastated that he picked up an awful injury but he's okay now so I hope he can pick up where he left off.
01:50You mentioned contract situations, one of the regulars who's out of contract is Matthew Pennington.
01:54How important could it be to tie him down and obviously his experience?
01:57I think he brings big experience and he's had to be patient to come into the team.
02:03But there's no doubt at all that our results from Penrose and the team have been better.
02:07Look, we've got big discussions with a lot of people, I think the next three or four weeks.
02:12I think we'll just concentrate on what we're doing on the pitch and then we'll have them conversations.
02:18Obviously, I'll have the conversation with David and the owner and then we'll get stuck into what's going to be a big summer ahead, I would have thought.
02:25I'm impressed with you being with Atreida Penrose, starting the season probably not to his standards but then…
02:30He's a great pro, look, you can't get enough of people like Penrose, he's a really, really great pro.
02:36As somebody who sits in the chair and tries to manage these lads, if you had 20 of them you'd have no problem.
02:43He lives his life right, works hard, great pro and a really, really decent human being.
02:50I wanted to ask you about one of your former players, Connor Hourahan.
02:52He's got his first head coach job until the end of the season at Barnsley.
02:57Was he always destined for something like that?
02:59I always thought he might go into the coaching side of it, Connor.
03:03He's a big enthusiast of the game, he loves the game and I know he's doing the set pieces.
03:10I feel for the manager who I've got a lot of time for at Barnsley.
03:13I don't think he really deserved that but as we've seen this week it's a pretty brutal game.
03:19The Huddersfield manager's gone, the Barnsley manager's gone, the Wigan manager's gone.
03:23This industry which unfortunately has its dark moments for me and that needs it when people like him get the sack at Barnsley.
03:31I've got the hugest respect and I always will have.
03:34The way he sent a message when I lost my grandson stays with me.
03:39So for him to lose his job I'm sure he'll bounce back.
03:44You used the word brutal. These teams, Huddersfield, Barnsley, they're only a few points off play-offs and maybe this isn't a joke.
03:49This is what I can't understand but I'm never going to get there anymore.
03:55Now it just seems to be the norm, doesn't it?
03:59Somebody's been sacked again, the lads in and around have worked hard to get there.
04:05Ten, eleven games to go, they've changed the manager.
04:08I just can't see it, I can't see it at all but there you go.
04:11Just on Conor, you signed him at Villa.
04:14I took him to Aston Villa and he did very, very well for me.
04:18I paid a million quid from Barnsley for him so he did very, very well.
04:22I wish him the best of luck, maybe the opportunity for him.
04:25It wouldn't surprise me if he'd gone on and did well.
04:28Thank you very much.
