00:00 [Music]
00:14 [Greetings]
00:23 Respected viewers, we are once again here with the program Asr-e-Hazir and Ahqam-e-Deen.
00:31 As you know, in this program, Shari'ah issues are discussed in light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
00:37 And every time we discuss a topic.
00:40 We receive your calls and address your queries.
00:44 So, first I will discuss the topic that we are discussing.
00:48 After that, God willing, your calls will be entertained.
00:51 Our numbers will be displayed on the screen.
00:53 Those who wish to call, they can call on this number.
00:57 As you know, our topic was Wudhu.
01:00 We were discussing the obligations of Wudhu.
01:02 So, before this, we recited the verse of the Holy Quran, the Hadith,
01:07 and told you that there are four obligations of Wudhu.
01:10 Before the four obligations, the details of the first obligation, i.e. washing the face,
01:13 had been explained in detail.
01:15 And the questions we received about this, in the form of public,
01:18 through social media, we included them as well.
01:21 And we also mentioned the answers to the questions we received on air.
01:25 The second obligation, the details of Wudhu,
01:28 the important details about it, we had already explained.
01:31 i.e. washing both hands, including the elbows.
01:35 The details of this were explained in detail.
01:38 There are some general queries about this.
01:41 We will include those that were left that day.
01:43 The previous day, we could not complete the Qilat of Wudh.
01:46 So, the remaining queries that are usually found in the form of this obligation,
01:50 in the minds of the public, the public asks these questions,
01:53 and we have received these questions properly.
01:55 And then, through social media, we are including these questions.
02:00 So, see, washing both hands, including the elbows.
02:03 In this, we received one question,
02:06 that sometimes people do this, that they have tight sleeves,
02:10 they use tight kurta's with sleeves, as is the fashion nowadays.
02:14 So, when they do Wudhu, while doing Wudhu, the sleeves do not get completely up.
02:18 And some people do Wudhu in the same way,
02:21 they wash the sleeves as much as they can,
02:24 and where the sleeves do not get up, they leave a part.
02:27 So, does Wudhu happen like this or not?
02:29 See, as we said in the previous program,
02:32 that it is obligatory to wash both hands, including the elbows.
02:36 It is necessary to wash the elbows.
02:38 If your elbows are not washed, then in this case, the obligation will not be fulfilled.
02:42 So, because in the tight sleeves, if there are tight sleeves,
02:45 someone did this, that they did a little up, and left the front part,
02:48 and did not pour absolute water on it, then in this case, the obligation was not fulfilled.
02:52 And when the obligation was not fulfilled, then Wudhu did not happen,
02:54 and when Wudhu did not happen, then the prayer was not performed.
02:56 And if someone did this, that the sleeves could be as high as possible,
02:59 the sleeves could be as high as possible,
03:01 and he poured water on the rest of the sleeves, from above,
03:05 the sleeves were not up, but the water was poured from above.
03:07 So, if the cloth is so fine that if the water flows down from above,
03:13 then in this case, Wudhu will be performed,
03:15 although it is better to remove the cloth and wash it from there.
03:19 But if the water reaches, at least two drops of water flow,
03:23 then in this case, the obligation will not be fulfilled, even after washing from above.
03:27 So, be careful in this.
03:29 It is better that if your sleeves are tight like this,
03:32 then while performing Wudhu, you do not remove the cloth from above,
03:35 and if the cloth is thick, then you do not remove the cloth from above.
03:38 So, if the cloth is thick, then you do not remove the cloth from above.
03:41 So, if the cloth is thick, then you do not remove the cloth from above.
03:44 So, if the cloth is thick, then you do not remove the cloth from above.
03:47 So, if the cloth is thick, then you do not remove the cloth from above.
03:50 If your sleeves are tight like this, then while performing Wudhu,
03:53 you remove the cloth from above and perform Wudhu.
03:55 Perform Wudhu in such a place where there is no issue of indifference.
03:58 And perform Wudhu with sleeves removed.
04:00 There is caution in worship.
04:02 Do not waste your worship like this.
04:04 And first of all, you should not adopt such a fashion
04:07 that causes such a disorder in your worship.
04:10 Then, in the same way, in a general theory,
04:13 it is true that some people are people who do work.
04:16 So, for people who do work, there is some exemption in this regard,
04:20 something is easy or not.
04:21 Like, those who work in the color, then there is color in their hands.
04:25 If they are laborers, then they have a thick soil on their hands.
04:28 If they are fishermen, then the fish skins are left on their hands.
04:33 Similarly, those who work in writing,
04:36 they have light or darkness on their hands.
04:39 Or those who work in the color, those who paint,
04:42 they have color on their hands, paint is left on their hands.
04:45 So, for such people, there is some ease or lightness or not.
04:48 And similarly, for women, there is some lightness in the matter of henna or not.
04:52 So, our Shariah is Shariah-e-Samha, Shariah-e-Sahala.
04:55 It provides us lightness.
04:57 In these cases, the commandment is that
04:59 whatever work is related to it and it is needed,
05:02 and why not put something with germs on the body,
05:06 if there is a lot of damage in removing it, there is difficulty,
05:09 then as easily as possible, remove it.
05:12 Otherwise, if it is not possible to remove it completely without difficulty,
05:16 then it is exempted.
05:18 So, pour water, ablution will be done.
05:20 In the cases I have mentioned,
05:22 whatever work is related to it,
05:24 whatever need is there,
05:26 whether it is of general nature or of special nature,
05:29 and there is a need to take care of it,
05:31 there is a need for difficulty,
05:33 so for that, Shariah has kept this lightness.
05:35 So, if there is a color on the hand of the person who does the work,
05:38 then as far as possible, remove it.
05:41 Otherwise, if it remains, then it is exempted, ablution will be done.
05:44 Similarly, regarding the fish skins,
05:46 it is also mentioned that when the fish skin dries up,
05:50 and if it is applied on the body, then it is prevented from reaching the water.
05:53 So, for the fish workers, there is a way of exemption in this.
05:57 If they try to remove it completely,
06:00 but still something or the other remains,
06:02 and if there is difficulty in it,
06:04 then if they pour water on it, their ablution will be done.
06:07 But a person who has no connection with the work of fish,
06:10 and his fish skin got stuck on his body,
06:13 which was supposed to be washed in ablution,
06:16 and it dried up, and he did not take care of it,
06:19 and just like that, water poured from above,
06:21 and the skin remained stuck, water did not reach below it,
06:23 because it is meant to reach the water,
06:25 his ablution will not be done,
06:27 because there is no harm in it, no difficulty,
06:29 this is not his work either.
06:31 For him, the general command is that he will remove it,
06:34 remove the skin and bring water below it,
06:37 then only the duty will be fulfilled.
06:39 He did such ablution, and then saw that the skin remained,
06:42 so there is no need to do the complete ablution again,
06:44 it is not necessary to do the complete ablution,
06:46 just by removing the skin,
06:48 if the water is poured on the part below it,
06:50 then the ablution will be performed.
06:52 Similarly, a general theory is that
06:55 in the winter season, people apply cold cream or lotion,
06:58 on the face, or on the hands, or on the feet,
07:02 so in this case, what is the command of ablution?
07:05 If the water is poured on the cold cream or lotion,
07:08 then the ablution is done,
07:10 it is not necessary to remove it.
07:11 So see, whether it is cold cream, lotion,
07:13 or Vaseline, or oil,
07:15 these are not the meanings,
07:17 and even if they are the meanings,
07:19 then the condition is lightened in them,
07:21 they are not considered to be the conditions,
07:23 in these cases, the ablution is done.
07:25 You have applied cold cream, lotion,
07:27 or Vaseline, or oil,
07:29 and you perform ablution on it,
07:31 then your ablution is performed.
07:34 If these things are in the psychological sense,
07:36 then even if they are the conditions,
07:38 then the Shariah here,
07:39 lightens them,
07:40 they are not considered to be the conditions,
07:42 in these cases, the ablution is done.
07:44 These were the details about the second obligation,
07:46 the general theories,
07:47 which we have mentioned.
07:49 Now, let us come to the third obligation of ablution,
07:53 which is to massage.
07:55 Massaging is an obligation,
07:56 which means that your hair should reach your head,
07:59 you have to roll your hands,
08:01 massaging with both hands is a Sunnah,
08:03 when we will explain the Sunnah,
08:05 we will explain the details in it.
08:07 Massaging at least one-fourth of the head is an obligation.
08:10 You have to massage one-fourth of the head,
08:12 if you massage with one hand,
08:14 then the massage is done,
08:15 although the Sunnah is that it should be done with both hands.
08:18 This massage means that you have to roll your wet hands,
08:21 and the hair should reach one-fourth of your head.
08:25 And the hair above the head means that,
08:27 the hair above the head,
08:29 if the hair is hanging below someone's head,
08:31 and the wet hair is hanging below the head,
08:33 and the wet hand is rolled,
08:35 then this massage will not be done.
08:36 Massaging means that the hair above the head,
08:39 you have to massage those hairs,
08:40 at least one-fourth.
08:42 It is better to massage the whole head,
08:43 it is the best Sunnah,
08:45 but if you do one-fourth of the head,
08:47 then the massage is done.
08:48 But the hair should reach the head,
08:50 it is not that the hair should not reach the head,
08:52 if the hair does not reach the head,
08:54 then there will be no massage,
08:55 the wet hand should be rolled,
08:56 and the hair should reach the head.
08:57 It is not necessary to wash it,
08:58 massaging is enough.
08:59 But, if someone has washed it,
09:02 then the order of massage is fulfilled or not.
09:04 For example, someone has taken a bath,
09:06 and the water has reached the head,
09:08 and has washed it,
09:09 then there is a need to massage separately or not.
09:11 But the head should be massaged,
09:13 but if someone has washed the whole head,
09:15 instead of the massage,
09:16 then also the ablution is performed.
09:18 Like someone has taken a bath,
09:19 whether he has taken a bath under the shower,
09:20 or in the swimming pool,
09:21 or has taken a bath with a bucket,
09:23 and has taken a bath,
09:24 then in the form of taking a bath,
09:25 it is not necessary to perform ablution separately.
09:28 Ablution is also performed by bathing,
09:30 because all the organs are washed with water,
09:32 and the head is massaged,
09:33 and instead of the massage,
09:34 you have washed the whole head,
09:36 then also the order of massage is fulfilled.
09:38 We will not say that the oblation was not performed,
09:40 but the oblation was performed.
09:42 Now, whether taking a bath is necessary or not,
09:45 people are sometimes confused about this.
09:47 They think that even after taking a bath,
09:49 there is a need for ablution separately.
09:51 And since we are in the swimming pool,
09:52 and in the swimming pool,
09:53 it is not right to perform ablution.
09:55 So, see, after taking a bath,
09:56 there is no need for ablution separately.
09:58 If someone wants to do it, he can do it,
10:00 but ablution is also performed by bathing,
10:02 when the water flows on the ablution.
10:04 And there is no problem in taking a bath.
10:07 When we take a bath,
10:09 then ablution is also performed.
10:11 There is no condition for ablution,
10:13 that the ablution should not be in the state of ablution,
10:15 because we take ablution alone,
10:17 we do not perform ablution in front of anyone.
10:19 In front of anyone,
10:20 if there is any ablution,
10:21 then whether it is performed or not,
10:23 this is a separate problem,
10:24 a separate order will be given on it.
10:26 But whether ablution will be performed or not,
10:28 ablution is performed by bathing.
10:30 Viewers, we have a caller with us.
10:31 Assalamualaikum.
10:32 Waalaikumassalam.
10:34 Yes, tell me.
10:36 Hello.
10:38 Yes, tell me.
10:40 Yes, Mufti Sahib, I have two questions.
10:43 Yes.
10:44 One, the people who are in the house,
10:46 they say something,
10:47 they are unlucky.
10:48 They say something,
10:49 when our master went to the house,
10:50 he was in trouble.
10:51 So, the second,
10:52 should I answer the call of Allah while eating?
10:55 Okay, I will tell you.
10:56 Yes, viewers,
11:03 I will include the answers to your questions,
11:05 InshaAllah, at the right time.
11:06 Now, I will talk about the topic
11:08 that I was discussing,
11:09 then InshaAllah,
11:10 we will come to it.
11:11 So, regarding the massage,
11:12 I was saying that
11:13 as far as bathing is concerned,
11:14 ablution is performed by bathing or not,
11:16 so see, ablution is also performed by bathing.
11:19 There is no problem in this.
11:20 But,
11:21 whether you will get the reward of ablution or not,
11:23 in this case,
11:24 because the reward of good deeds
11:27 is related to its intention.
11:29 "Innamal a'malu bin niyyat"
11:31 It is a Hadith.
11:32 "A'i sawabu al-a'mali bin niyyat"
11:34 The reward of deeds is based on intentions.
11:37 So, if you will do ablution while bathing,
11:39 then in this case,
11:40 you will also get the reward of ablution.
11:42 And if you did not do ablution while bathing,
11:44 then you will not get the reward of ablution,
11:46 but ablution will be performed.
11:47 And the deeds that are permissible by ablution,
11:49 the deeds for which ablution is necessary,
11:51 all those deeds will be performed by you.
11:53 Like touching the Holy Quran,
11:55 praying,
11:56 doing Tawaf, etc.
11:57 So, these deeds will be performed by you.
11:59 This is a different thing,
12:00 because you did not do ablution,
12:02 so you did not get the reward of ablution.
12:04 You have to do ablution to get the reward.
12:06 So, it is better that when you bathe,
12:08 you do ablution while bathing,
12:10 so that you get the reward of ablution
12:12 and you also get the reward of ablution.
12:14 You also get the reward of ablution.
12:16 Similarly, we have received a question that
12:18 if a woman has a dupatta on her head
12:21 and she massages from above the dupatta,
12:23 does such a massage happen or not?
12:25 Actually, it is not necessary to massage from above the dupatta,
12:28 but it should be done on the head.
12:30 But if a woman massages from above the dupatta,
12:33 and the dupatta is thin
12:36 and the sweat reaches down to the hair below the dupatta,
12:39 then the massage will be performed.
12:41 But if the dupatta is so thick
12:43 that the sweat does not reach the hair below it,
12:46 then the massage will not be performed.
12:49 We have a caller with us.
12:51 Assalamu Alaikum.
12:53 Waalaikum Assalam.
12:55 Yes, please go ahead.
12:57 I have three questions.
12:59 The first question is that
13:01 if someone gets the opportunity to offer prayers
13:03 at the last minute of the prayer,
13:05 and if he performs ablution,
13:07 then his prayer will be completed.
13:09 But if he performs ablution,
13:11 then he will get the opportunity to perform ablution.
13:13 So, will this prayer be considered as his ablution or his ablution?
13:17 Yes, I will tell you.
13:19 The second question is that
13:21 if a woman's last 15 days were completed,
13:24 and on the 16th day,
13:26 she saw a dry mark of blood on her dress,
13:29 then how will she count the period of ablution,
13:33 from the time she saw it,
13:35 or from the last time of that day?
13:38 Because the blood mark…
13:40 Yes, I will tell you.
13:41 There is one more caller. Assalamu Alaikum.
13:43 Waalaikum Assalam.
13:45 Yes, please go ahead.
13:46 I wanted to ask that my daughter…
13:48 Yes, yes.
13:49 My daughter, her husband has divorced her,
13:52 and she has four children.
13:54 She lives on separate rent.
13:56 And I am also a widow.
13:57 I cannot pay the zakat.
13:59 I spend all my daughter's money.
14:03 I fulfill all her responsibilities.
14:05 So, is it necessary for me to pay the zakat even after this?
14:08 Yes, I will tell you.
14:10 I will tell you.
14:11 Ladies and gentlemen,
14:12 now the time has come.
14:13 We hope you will stay with us for a short break.
14:15 Ladies and gentlemen,
14:16 so, we were saying about ablution before the break.
14:19 So, we got a question about ablution that
14:21 if you have applied henna on your head,
14:23 then in this case, can you perform ablution or not?
14:25 So, see, if you have applied henna,
14:27 and you have not washed it yet,
14:28 henna is applied,
14:29 its germ is still there,
14:30 then in this case,
14:31 ablution cannot be performed.
14:32 Yes, when you have washed the henna,
14:34 and after washing,
14:35 you have performed ablution,
14:36 then ablution is done.
14:37 Similarly, the matter of color is also there,
14:39 if you have dyed your hair,
14:40 and if the color is there,
14:41 the germ is still there,
14:42 and you have not washed your hair,
14:43 then ablution will not be done.
14:44 After washing,
14:45 if you have performed ablution,
14:46 then ablution is done.
14:47 In itself,
14:48 henna or color,
14:49 after washing,
14:50 they are not considered.
14:51 When they are applied,
14:52 then their germ is there,
14:53 then they are considered.
14:54 When they reach the water,
14:55 otherwise,
14:56 when they are washed,
14:57 then they are not considered.
14:58 Similarly,
14:59 a question was received that
15:00 if someone has performed ablution,
15:01 and after ablution,
15:02 if he has cut his hair,
15:03 then will he have to perform ablution again,
15:05 or will he have to perform ablution again?
15:07 This is the same as before.
15:09 So, if someone has cut his hair,
15:11 then the same as before,
15:12 is enough.
15:13 There is no need for ablution,
15:14 nor is there a need for ablution separately.
15:16 The ablution has been performed.
15:18 And now,
15:19 we will come to the answers to your questions.
15:21 Inshallah,
15:22 the topic that we have discussed,
15:23 either we will discuss it in the end,
15:24 or Inshallah,
15:25 we will discuss it in the next program.
15:27 Now,
15:28 we will address your questions,
15:29 the queries of today,
15:30 and before that,
15:31 the leftovers of the previous program,
15:33 the first question,
15:34 which was asked,
15:35 which was asked in the last program,
15:37 first we will take the leftovers,
15:38 and then we will include the questions of today.
15:40 So, in the last program,
15:41 a sister had asked this question,
15:43 that the Sharif Aqeer,
15:44 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:45 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:46 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:47 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:48 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:49 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:50 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:51 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:52 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:53 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:54 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:55 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
15:56 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:17 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:45 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:46 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:47 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:48 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:49 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:50 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:51 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:52 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:53 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:54 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:55 who is the Sharif Aqeer,
16:56 who is the Sharif Aqeer,

24:03 I have some money with me,
24:06 I want to invest it in an account,
24:10 I have no limit of profit,
24:14 it can be loss also,
24:16 if there is profit in business,
24:20 then I will get more profit,
24:21 if there is less,
24:22 then I will get less profit,
24:24 can I invest it,
24:26 it does not suit me,
24:27 it is a BNS account of a bank.
24:29 I request you to stay with us for a short break.
24:37 Welcome back,
24:38 we have a caller with us,
24:39 let us ask her a question.
24:40 Assalamu Alaikum.
24:42 Assalamu Alaikum.
24:45 Yes, please go ahead.
24:48 I wanted to ask,
24:50 my husband divorced me after 6 months of marriage,
24:54 then after 2 years,
24:56 he divorced me again,
24:59 I want to know if he is divorced or not.
25:05 Ok, I will tell you.
25:07 I was telling you,
25:11 the questions were being answered,
25:13 so I asked you to answer the question
25:15 about the Azan on Friday.
25:20 The next question was,
25:22 is it wajib to answer the Azan or not?
25:25 The question was,
25:26 should we answer the Azan on Friday or not?
25:29 This was a different question,
25:31 that is it wajib to answer the Azan or not?
25:34 There are two types of answers,
25:37 one is verbal answer,
25:39 and the other is practical answer,
25:41 which is the answer based on the action.
25:43 What is the meaning of the answer based on the action?
25:45 When the Azan is called,
25:46 we are being called for the prayer.
25:48 So, the answer that we will try to give for the prayer,
25:50 for the Jamaat,
25:52 is called the practical answer.
25:54 Now, is it wajib to answer the Azan or not?
25:57 The final statement that we give is that,
26:00 the answer to the Azan is wajib,
26:03 which means it is the answer based on the action,
26:05 the practical answer.
26:06 This is also called, 'Ijabah bil qadam'.
26:09 To answer with the action,
26:11 to try for the prayer,
26:13 to try for the Jamaat.
26:14 This is wajib for the one who has the Jamaat.
26:17 The one who has the Jamaat,
26:18 it is wajib that he tries for the Jamaat,
26:20 after the Azan,
26:21 and now he gives the practical answer,
26:22 this is wajib.
26:23 Now, let's come to the answer with the tongue.
26:26 Is it wajib to answer the Azan with the tongue or not?
26:30 The scholars have different opinions on this.
26:32 Some of the scholars say that
26:34 it is wajib to answer with the tongue.
26:36 But the one on whom we give the fatwa,
26:38 and this is also the opinion of the great scholars,
26:39 like this is the opinion of Imam Qazi Khan,
26:41 this is the opinion of Imam Halwani,
26:44 this is the opinion of Sadr-o-Sharia,
26:45 Badr-o-Tariqa,
26:46 and this is the opinion of Alam Ahmad Ali Azmi.
26:47 And this is the opinion of many great scholars.
26:49 And we give fatwa on this,
26:51 that it is not wajib to answer the Azan with the tongue.
26:54 Yes, it is mustahab,
26:55 if someone gives, then he will be rewarded,
26:57 and there are hadiths about this reward,
26:59 and there are also instructions to answer with the tongue.
27:03 So, the answer should be given with the tongue,
27:05 but if someone does not answer the Azan with the tongue,
27:08 then he will not be a sinner,
27:10 because this was not wajib,
27:11 wajib was the practical answer,
27:12 ijaba bil qadam.
27:13 If someone does not give that answer,
27:15 that is, if he deliberately leaves the Jamaat,
27:17 without the permission of the Shariah,
27:18 then in this case he will be a sinner.
27:20 And this is related to men,
27:22 because the Jamaat is not obligatory on women,
27:24 so that answer is not wajib on women.
27:26 Yes, what is wajib on them,
27:28 if they are not in the state of Shariah,
27:30 they are not in the state of Uzoor,
27:31 they are not in the days of impurity,
27:33 they are not in them,
27:34 then in this case, the command for them is,
27:36 after listening to the Azan,
27:37 after that, as per their convenience,
27:38 they should prepare for the prayer,
27:39 that is, they should offer the prayer.
27:41 This is anyway,
27:42 but for them,
27:43 those who do not have the Jamaat,
27:44 then that answer is not there.
27:45 Otherwise, answering with the tongue,
27:47 if women also give,
27:48 then they will also be rewarded.
27:49 If men give,
27:50 then they will get twice,
27:51 because it is in the Hadith,
27:52 they have been rewarded twice.
27:53 So, it is better to give with the tongue
27:55 when there is no meaning.
27:57 Similarly, today a caller asked this question,
27:59 this is about the answer of the Azan,
28:01 that if you are eating,
28:02 then while eating,
28:03 the answer of the Azan should be given or not.
28:06 But as far as the practical answer is concerned,
28:08 that is fine,
28:09 when you are eating,
28:10 then after eating,
28:11 you will prepare for the prayer,
28:12 you will prepare for the Jamaat,
28:13 you will do it right for it,
28:14 that answer will be given.
28:16 Giving with the tongue,
28:17 if it was not necessary other than eating,
28:19 then it is not necessary even while eating.
28:21 But,
28:22 while eating,
28:23 can you give the answer of the Azan or not?
28:25 That is,
28:26 if permission is given or not,
28:27 then permission is given.
28:28 If there is no bite in your mouth,
28:29 and you answer the words of the Azan with the tongue,
28:32 then you will also be rewarded in this.
28:34 By the mercy of Allah,
28:35 the hope is firm.
28:36 But if there is a bite in your mouth,
28:37 and you feel difficulty in answering,
28:39 and you do not answer,
28:40 then the sin was not the same.
28:42 Even without reason,
28:43 if you did not say the words with the tongue,
28:44 then it was not a sin.
28:45 But,
28:46 it should be given with the tongue,
28:47 that there is a reward.
28:49 Without reason,
28:50 if you do not answer the Azan with the tongue,
28:52 then you are deprived of the reward.
28:53 And,
28:54 a person should be sensitive in the matter of reward,
28:56 and should try.
28:58 Similarly,
28:59 a brother had asked the question,
29:01 that on the topic,
29:02 please tell us a little bit about Masah.
29:04 By the will of Allah,
29:05 when the statement of the obligatory of ablution will be completed,
29:08 and the listening of ablution,
29:09 and the Mufsidat of ablution,
29:10 and the Nawaqiz,
29:11 then,
29:12 by the will of Allah,
29:13 we will talk about Masah in detail.
29:15 Now,
29:16 I will tell you the important explanation.
29:18 The Masah on the Moses,
29:20 some people consider the Juraabah as Moses,
29:22 so,
29:23 Juraabah is called Moses in our Urf,
29:25 but,
29:26 the Masah on Moses,
29:27 by which the foot is washed,
29:28 by which the feet are settled,
29:29 the place of washing the feet is counted,
29:31 in which the ablution is done,
29:33 those Moses are meant,
29:35 that the thick Moses,
29:37 and,
29:38 our feet are hidden from them,
29:40 and,
29:41 they do not get wet immediately,
29:43 like this,
29:44 one is that,
29:45 if you put too much water,
29:46 then,
29:47 after a while,
29:48 there is a slight moisture in it,
29:49 that is good,
29:50 you put water,
29:51 as soon as you put,
29:52 it gets wet immediately,
29:53 these thin Juraabah,
29:55 these thin Juraabah,
29:56 immediately water gets wet,
29:58 there can be no problem on them,
29:59 the thick Moses,
30:01 the skin,
30:02 the thick ones,
30:03 if a little water gets wet in them,
30:06 because it gets wet late,
30:08 it does not get wet immediately,
30:09 so,
30:10 those are enough for Moses,
30:11 for Moses,
30:12 for Moses,
30:13 the best is the same,
30:14 and,
30:15 it should be done,
30:16 it is necessary,
30:17 on them,
30:18 there can be a problem,
30:19 apart from them,
30:20 there can be no problem.
30:21 The rest,
30:22 how long is the period of Moses,
30:23 for the resident,
30:24 the period of Moses,
30:25 that period is one day,
30:26 one night,
30:27 and,
30:28 for the traveler,
30:29 three days,
30:30 three nights,
30:31 the rest,
30:32 God willing,
30:33 the details of it,
30:34 regarding Moses and Moses,
30:35 God willing,
30:36 we will mention separately,
30:37 in the episode,
30:38 and,
30:39 a brother asked a question,
30:40 that our Qari,
30:41 he led the prayer,
30:42 and,
30:43 during the prayer,
30:44 in the second rakat,
30:45 instead of two prostrations,
30:46 he did three prostrations,
30:47 and,
30:48 he did not do the sahib,
30:49 so,
30:50 did the prayer happen or not?
30:51 So,
30:52 if someone,
30:53 instead of two,
30:54 did three prostrations,
30:55 by mistake,
30:56 by mistake,
30:57 in this case,
30:58 it is necessary to do the sahib,
30:59 if he did the sahib,
31:00 then,
31:01 the problem would be solved,
31:02 but,
31:03 because the Imam,
31:04 did not do the sahib,
31:05 so,
31:06 in this case,
31:07 the problem would be solved.
31:08 Then,
31:09 regarding the ring,
31:10 we had told,
31:11 a question was asked,
31:12 that the weight of the ring,
31:13 you had told,
31:14 should be less than one miscal,
31:15 should not be equal to one miscal,
31:16 so,
31:17 the weight of the ring,
31:18 which is less,
31:19 so,
31:20 in this,
31:21 it is only light,
31:22 that is,
31:23 the weight of silver is meant,
31:24 the weight of the neck,
31:25 the neck's weight will also be counted,
31:26 so,
31:27 the weight of silver,
31:28 is told,
31:29 regarding the man's ring,
31:30 that it should be less than one miscal,
31:31 within four and a half months,
31:32 so,
31:33 the weight of this weight,
31:34 is only the weight of the silver,
31:35 the weight of this is meant,
31:36 the weight of the neck,
31:37 no matter how much,
31:38 it is good,
31:39 the weight of the neck,
31:40 is not counted in this,
31:41 and the ring,
31:42 which we have worn,
31:43 the neck is big in this,
31:44 but it is within one miscal,
31:45 less than four and a half months,
31:46 sometimes,
31:47 from a distance,
31:48 it looks like,
31:49 it is more,
31:50 but it is not more,
31:51 the neck is big,
31:52 and the weight of the neck,
31:53 is not counted,
31:54 the weight of the light,
31:55 that is,
31:56 the silver,
31:57 is counted,
31:58 that should be less than one miscal,
31:59 this is the order for the man.
32:00 Then,
32:01 a sister had asked,
32:02 that keeping animals in the house,
32:03 is inauspicious,
32:04 see,
32:05 if you have kept animals,
32:06 pets,
32:07 and you do not take care of them,
32:09 so,
32:10 if you are not taking care of them,
32:11 if you are not taking care of them,
32:12 if you are not causing them pain,
32:14 or if you are not taking care of their food,
32:15 and water,
32:16 and grains,
32:17 then,
32:18 in this case,
32:19 it is a sin,
32:20 and the sin is inauspicious,
32:21 so,
32:22 in this case,
32:23 doing this is a cause of inauspicious,
32:24 but,
32:25 if you have kept pets,
32:26 and you have taken care of them,
32:27 and you are taking care of them,
32:28 and you are not doing any kind of misdeed,
32:29 then,
32:30 in this case,
32:31 because,
32:32 there is no sin,
32:33 and when there is no sin,
32:34 then,
32:35 there is no concept of inauspiciousness,
32:36 similarly,
32:37 a sister asked this question,
32:38 that,
32:39 her husband said,
32:40 that you are free,
32:41 he said free twice,
32:42 and later,
32:43 he turned back,
32:44 and he did not turn back,
32:45 but,
32:46 in saying you are free,
32:47 there is a difference between the scholars,
32:48 some scholars consider it as a divorce,
32:49 and some,
32:50 consider it as a divorce,
32:51 and some,
32:52 consider it as a divorce,
32:53 and some,
32:54 consider it as a divorce,
32:55 and some,
32:56 consider it as a divorce,
32:57 and some,
32:58 consider it as a divorce,
32:59 and some,
33:00 consider it as a divorce,
33:01 and some,
33:02 consider it as a divorce,
33:03 and some,
33:04 consider it as a divorce,
33:05 and some,
33:06 consider it as a divorce,
33:07 and some,
33:08 consider it as a divorce,
33:09 and some,
33:10 consider it as a divorce,
33:11 and some,
33:12 consider it as a divorce,
33:13 and some,
33:14 consider it as a divorce,
33:15 and some,
33:16 consider it as a divorce,
33:17 and some,
33:18 consider it as a divorce,
33:19 and some,
33:20 consider it as a divorce,
33:21 and some,
33:22 consider it as a divorce,
33:23 and some,
33:24 consider it as a divorce,
33:25 and some,
33:26 consider it as a divorce,
33:27 and some,
33:28 consider it as a divorce,
33:29 and some,
33:30 consider it as a divorce,
33:31 and some,
33:32 consider it as a divorce,
33:33 and some,
33:34 consider it as a divorce,
33:35 and some,
