"We will hit terrorists in Pak, there shouldn't be doubt..." What EAM told US State Secy Rubio on May 1

New Delhi May 10, 2025 (ANI): On May 1, when tensions between India and Pakistan were high, EAM Jaishankar had a phone call with US State Secretary Marco Rubio . Before India launched Operation Sindoor, EAM Jaishankar cleared India's stance while talking to Rubio. According to sources, EAM told US State Secretary that 'India will hit terrorists in Pak' and 'there shouldn't be a doubt about it'. Jaishankar gave this message a week before Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor to target terror camps in Pak and POK. On May 7, Indian forces targeted 9 facilities including UN-designated terror groups JeM, LeT, killing around 100 terrorists. On May 10, after cessation of hostilities between India and Pakistan, EAM emphasized country's firm stance against terrorism. On May 11, it was revealed that Indian Armed Forces crippled Pakistan with heavy strikes, critically damaging its air bases
