In this gripping episode, Oneindia uncovers the rising India-Pakistan tensions following the brutal Pahalgam terror attack. A peaceful Kashmiri town turned into a graveyard when Hindu tourists were selectively targeted and executed by Pakistan-backed terrorists. The Modi government’s reaction is swift, strategic, and unforgiving.

With diplomatic ties being scaled down, visa services suspended, and military readiness at its peak, India Pakistan tensions have reached a boiling point. Prime Minister Modi has sent a clear warning: those behind terror will face consequences beyond imagination. 00:00Hello and welcome to One India. My name is Pankaj Mishra. In this episode, we bring you the full picture behind the growing tensions between India and Pakistan in the aftermath of the brutal Pehalgaam terror attack.
00:12A peaceful hill station in South Kashmir turned into a killing field. Innocent tourists were singled out, identified by name, their faith, questioned and executed in cold blood.
00:25The horror of Pehalgaam has shaken India's soul and the country's response under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is as fierce as it is uncompromising.
00:36In Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi minced no words. He thundered, the punishment will be beyond imagination of the attackers and the Bharat will destroy every remaining inch of the land used for terror in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
00:51A clear signal, not just outrage, but action too. India will no longer tolerate death by a thousand cuts. This isn't the first time India has lost innocent lives to Pakistan-sponsored terror.
01:06But this time, the response is different. It's strategic, sweeping and swift.
01:11India has suspended visa services for Pakistani nationals. The High Commission is scaling down operations in Islamabad.
01:19Pakistan's airspace is now blocked for Indian airlines in a tit-for-tat response.
01:24And in response, India too is reviewing all existing bilateral treaties.
01:30Pakistan, meanwhile, has gone into a diplomatic overdrive, but not in remorse.
01:35Pakistan has threatened to suspend all bilateral agreements with India, including the landmark Shimla Agreement of 1972.
01:44And it has made an overconfident statement that any move by India to stop or redirect the Indus waters will be treated as an act of war.
01:55Let's be clear here. This isn't just diplomatic posturing from India's side.
02:00Pakistan is pushing the boundaries, daring India to respond militarily.
02:05But India, instead of saber-rattling, is preparing in silence and strength.
02:12Just hours after Pakistan's maritime alert, India's newest indigenous warship, INS Surat, conducted a live missile interception test in the Arabian Sea.
02:23Using the MR-SAM system co-developed with Israel, India demonstrated its ability to detect and destroy sea-skimming threats at 70 kilometers range.
02:34This wasn't just a test. It was a message.
02:38And as the military tightens its news, the world is also watching.
02:43The United States has issued a do-not-travel advisory for Jammu and Kashmir.
02:48India is not backing down. Not diplomatically. Not militarily.
02:52And certainly not morally.
02:55The wounds of Pehalgaam are still raw.
02:58The lives lost were not just statistics.
03:00They were families, tourists, pilgrims.
03:03Their only crime in the eyes of the terrorists was that they were Hindus.
03:08And today, India has resolved not just to mourn them, but to avenge them.
03:14Bharat will respond with strategy, with strength, and with full resolve.
