Ordinary Ukrainians are taking up arms against the Russian military, while a brewer swaps making craft beer for Molotov cocktails as it joins the war effort.
Transcript
00:00We are now on the sixth day of war. We've done enough Molotov cocktails to
00:13provide the local territory defense and to ship to other cities in Ukraine for
00:20them to have something to defend their selves.
00:24This is the day when even police tells the civil people how to prepare the Molotov cocktails
00:34and that tells that all the Ukrainians are united in one thing that we
00:43need to defend our cities and our country.
00:54My name is Taras Maselko and actually I'm here to show what we are doing for our defense.
01:01These are the Molotov cocktails which we produce, which our guys, which we normally in
01:13normal life produce craft beer. They started to produce Molotov cocktails and you will see
01:19Putin here because this is the label of the beer Putin Huilo, which means Putin is a d**k head.
01:26You will see Putin with a nuclear bomb here. The soldiers and the trucks covered with blood
01:41coming to Ukraine because this is what they bring here. This label is coming from back
01:48from 2014 when we have Russians coming into the Crimean Peninsula and Eastern Ukraine.
01:55It's horrible. It's a war ongoing and kids die now on the street and the houses because
02:08they're throwing bombs and they're shooting left and right. And these things actually, it's
02:15a little part of that which we can use to stop the Russian tanks to defend ourselves.
02:21Some people join the territorial defense, some of them preparing the cocktails, some are
02:30helping the people who ran from Eastern cities.
02:33We need to stay brave and we will and we will stand to the last to defend ourselves, to defend
02:48our cities, to defend our families and to defend our country.
